DayDreams Day Spa & Bath Shop

While visiting from Ohio I had the immense pleasure of being pampered at DayDreams in Lakeland. I had the signature package with the back mud treatment add on, let me just say it was the most enjoyable spa experience I have ever had. My technician Natalie was very professional and very good at her job. The spa itself is gorgeous and serene. The customer service was great. As you can see I have nothing but great things to say. Visiting DayDreams is an investment in yourself.

This is the best place for relaxing and feeling beautiful!!! I’ve been twice so far and I’m dying to go back. You get to pick a fragrance of lotion for your whole visit which is a fun addition you don’t get anywhere else. My husband surprised me with a package and they worked with him to keep everything a secret to me and let him pay ahead of time so I didn’t have to worry about that. Talk about great personal customer service!

I love the atmosphere here at Brandon Daydreams, it is calm and relaxing. Sometimes too relaxing because I always dread leaving! The customer service is always great and the ladies are super helpful. I have experienced a little bit of everything here and I was never disappointed. They massage to your preference and will change it up if it is not to your liking. They are very accommodating. We always give daydreams gift cards to our girlfriends at work too! We all love this place.

Spa is impeccably appointed. Dim lighting, candles, pleasant and relaxing. Everything you would expect from a spa. Victoria gave me a much needed, excellent massage. Bought a massage package. Trust me you will too. Give it a try.

I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to use it at daydreams day spa. When I called and made my appointment for the luxury pedicure they asked if I also wanted to add the manicure as a combo to go with my pedicure. When I went to my appointment for my pedicure the technician started out doing okay but then did not complete the pedicure with the lower leg and foot massage. Also There was some kind of mud stuff that was used I guess to soften your feet and that was left on my feet afterwards and it made my feet look dirty. During my manicure I told the girl the only reason I added the manicure to my pedicure was for the massage on my arms and hands because I type all day at work. Knowing this, she still did not massage my hands or arms at all. In the description for the luxury mani and pedi it said your lower legs and feet would be massaged and your lower arms and hands would be massaged. I feel like I paid $ 100 and did not get my money’s worth. I will not go back to this place because after emailing the company twice about my visit, I never got any correspondence back so I feel like they don’t care if you have a bad experience. I only went here because of all the good reviews that I read. Apparently I got the wrong technician.

I stumbled upon this place accidentally looking for the Lakeland mall. People are friendly and showed me around the place and were very down to earth. They don’t offer a sauna but the atmosphere in this place is worth giving it a try. Whenever I’m in a Lakeland I will definitely stop on by.
