Appt. Nov. 24th, was excited for my 1st hair visit since I had been in the hospital and home for several months. Looked for a salon and hairstylist that would look at the pics of what I wanted, color and cut, give me suggestions if they thought it wouldn’t work. I did not get one here. I did call back, asked for the manager, was told she wouldn’t be there for 3 more days. I told the gal what was wrong, and asked for the manager to call me and now, a week later… still haven’t heard from anyone, not even the stylist. I spent over $ 100.00 for my hair, and look like I spent $ 10. and did it myself. No way to treat a customer.
