This place has gone down hill so much. The tea taste worst than lake water. There salsa is like tomato soup and the queso tastes burnt. The service is not great. I really am very disappointed. I have been to several chilies and they were fine but this one isn’t worth your money. If you are looking to have dinner maybe you should check out Applebees.

My family and I usually come to this chili’s on Sunday’s, but I have to admit this time was a complete disappointment. The service was HORRIBLE and the food was even worse! Won’t be coming back any time soon.

This is another place that we go to often for lunch due to the variety of food they offer(always a good thing when going out as a group). There is one thing we all love though, the chips and queso! No where else compares to the thin, crispy chips at Chili’s. Y’all know what I’m talking about! Sure, they have their signature dishes like the baby back ribs, chicken crispers, and southwestern eggrolls, but those chips! We never have a problem with service at this location whether it’s just a few of us or the whole office. Great place for lunch since you’re able to pay for your tab at the table. Love that concept!

The place itself inside was clean and nice. The waiter Andrew S was great, kept our drinks filled and made good recommendations. The food was really good, had bacon cheeseburger & my wife had the fajitas. Now the negative, we sat close to the kitchen and heard some profanity, not happy about that since my 10 year old daughter was with us. The other thing was the bathroom, it was kind of trashed. Will be back due to the customer service we received.

On Friday the 27th we went to Chili’s(Lake Worth, TX76135) for dinner. We left a $ 10 tip. When the charge showed up on our account an extra $ 10 was added onto our bill. When we called to inquire, it took my husband 3 times of calling and leaving messages before he was able to get a straight answer. They couldn’t find our CC receipt, they said there was nothing for that card so even though we were pretty sure we had used my husbands cc that night we tried mine, nope, so we called again, spoke to another manager who took my husbands card number again and said he’d call back in an hour, called back, had nothing to report. They oddly enough couldn’t find the receipt the server turned in. My husband asked the manager to humor him and ring up our exact order and told him what the total would be. The manger did and confirmed my husband was correct. The server added an additional $ 10 to his tip!!! Seriously! how greedy can you get? We already left a $ 10 tip on a $ 48 tab and this guy adds another $ 10 to it? We were told our money would be refunded and additionally something would be sent to us. It has been 2 weeks since this incident happened and nothing has happened. No refund and nothing in the mail. So Chili’s can and obviously will allow its employees to steal from customers and do nothing about it. This should have been a priority to get us our $ back ASAP. This is the second incident we’ve had at this chili’s. A few months ago the waitress poured ice water on our baby and then stood there we had to tell her to get something to wipe it up she came back and were standing up now as water is all over us and have our undressed baby on the table and she used the napkins for the floor. We had to have a stranger get up and come help us. When she came back and we had dressed the baby in new clothes she said at least she looks cute now. Seriously, the fact that we gave this Chili’s more chances after this is our own fault. We should have known. The manager, Matt was very kind last time and jumped right on this situation. When we went in there after the incident they were so much better with their service but now this? Ridiculous! $ 10 is a tiny amount, I wonder how many people this has happened to and they never caught it. People please check your receipts and hold onto them until the charge comes through on your bank. This Chili’s is super shady.

Hate that they allow smoking in this restaurant. If the smell of cigarette smoke bothers you, I do not recommend this place because it reeks of smoke. The service is pretty spotty too. The food sometimes takes a while to come out so I don’t recommend coming here at a peak time if you’re in a hurry. I do appreciate the fact that they have those kiosks at the table now where you can pay for your meal — it helps to get out a lot quicker. The food is decent though and the place seems to be clean, so I will continue to come back.

When we arrived at 6pm we were told that it was a 20 – 25 minute wait. We were a party of 5. Three adults and two children. It took an HOURAND A HALF before we were ever seated. No one apologized for the wait. We got to our table and low and behold! There were SEVERAL empty tables that could have been seated at. Then it was another 15 minutes before someone came and asked us for our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time as our drinks because we’d already had plenty of time to look at the menu. The server then asked if we wanted our salads first before our meal arrived, to which we said an enthusiastic YES since we’d already waited so long. Yeah… we got our salad seconds before we got our entrees. Which was over 30 minutes AFTER we first spoke with the waitress. Had I known that it was going to take over 2.5 hours for us to eat a meal I would have NEVER went there. As far as the food goes, the ribs that were ordered were horrible. The meat was hot, but the kitchen had put cold bbq sauce on it before bringing it out. It was not cooked with the sauce on it. Which made them dry and tasteless. The steaks that were ordered were not cooked right, they were more medium rare than medium, but after waiting so long there was no way that we would have sent them back. It could have taken another 45 minutes and there was no guarantee that it would have been correct. On top of that they tasted like nasty Grill Masters steaks with soy preservatives. Just horrible and not truly meat. I will NEVERAGAIN visit a Chili’s, even if someone does give us gift cards. Completely horrible experience.

Two enthusiastic thumbs down –went to Chili’s… Poor server even though she was really nice the whole thing about getting service was annoying– salads were discussing… No salt pepper on the chicken The lettuce was wet and soggy and barely any dressing … My husband’s burger was nothing spectacular… This chain is constantly trying to do a facelift and stay relevant however I think that it remains disgusting

Food is great, but I got to give it only 2 stars. It’s 2014 and they still allow smoking… Ya, it might be only in the bar area that smoking is allowed, but that’s the only place i the restaurant to go to eat and watch the game. Chilies should ask their neighbor restaurants how going to No Smoking has helped their business…

I am NOT a fan of Chili’s. Here on business and needed a place to eat. I always want something different, but the guys said NO, same old thing please. Well, surprise, the best ribeye I have had in 6 months. Cooked perfect and the buttery garlic sauce was so good. Doesn’t mean I’ll be back, but it sure was good.

I have been going to Chili’s for several years. They are starting to change though. I was surprised to see that now they put a suggested tip of 18% on all invoices, including to go orders. You may also want to check your tickets if you use a coupon. They have a nack for forgetting to take these charges off. I usually always have a coupon on my phone, because I do all the surveys. The food is still ok for the most part if you don’t feel like cooking. Just be aware of the tip added even on to go orders. It’s only 18% which is fine with me, because I normally give 20%. I just don’t think it should be automatic. It does say suggested though.

So we ate here on Christmas Eve night after a movie and had a FABULOUS time. The food was hot, the waitress was kind and she got our LARGE order(there were 8 of us) right the first time! We ended up eating there a few days later(just 3 of us) as we had a basketball tournament in the same area and again — SCORE! Great food, hot, crispy, juicy and wonderful! Definitely will NOT hesitate to eat here again!

Mediocre to bad service, mediocre food — we’re done. We’ve been frequenting this Chili’s for years now just because it’s convenient, and at our last visit we decided we’ve had enough. The service has consistently gone downhill, and during the last visit our food took an extra long time(20+ minutes) to arrive at our table. The food itself was sub-par: dry ribs, old corn and under cooked fajita onions. Advise to management: you need to hire better servers and kitchen staff — but the servers are worse. Your servers have minimal skill and behave very unprofessionally in the dining room floor. During one of our visits we witnessed one of the servers spill food and their cleanup efforts were terrible — they barely cleaned up their mess. Our last server was a soft mumbler and very hard to understand — why would you hire someone like that?
