Golden Touch Cleaners

Tried this place out due to location. They are right on my way home from work. Their prices are reasonable, but that’s where the good news ends. My clothing did not look clean when I picked it up. Specifically, my raincoat had creases in it, hair on it, and gray smudges (like powder on a black coat).
I also found it very off-​putting that it smells like the restaurant next door. The restaurant is great, but I don’t really want my clothing to smell like brick oven pizza.
The young woman doing intake and checkout at the front desk was surly and unpleasant. It was rather shocking how unfriendly she was and I felt as though my presence was a hassle for her. Finally, there was an older woman sitting silently in the corner of the store. She never said a word, but was certainly not friendly or welcoming.
I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this business: Poor quality cleaning, unfriendly service.

This is the dry cleaner that is closest to my house and they always take good care of me. The prices are reasonable and my dress shirts are starched perfectly.
