I was recommended by a friend to go to Park Jewelers when it was time to buy an engagement ring. Like anyone else, I had been to all the big-​box jewelers, all the mall stores, the nationwide companies and just wasn’t impressed… They were all the same. Park Jewelers is a family business that knows you by face, call you by name, and takes great care of you. If you want something specific and they don’t have it, they’ll order it. If they can’t order it, they’ll custom make it (which is what I did with the engagement ring). Tony and his family clearly take great pride in providing you the perfect piece of jewelry. And they won’t nickel and dime you to death. If anything, they’re more than fair with price and the service they provide. In the last 18 months, I’ve purchased 4 pieces of jewelry from Park, and combined, they were formally appraised for more than double what I paid for them. My diamond felt loose on my engagement ring. I called Park Jewelers to see if they could help and the gentleman told me to come right in and they’ll fix it free of charge! Took less than 5 minutes. Great customer service I will def be back!

I had Park Jewelers resize my wedding and engagement rings. They are highly engraved on three sides. Not only can you not tell the work was done and design matched, they went above and beyond in detailing the parts of the engraving that have been worn away. They look as good as new and the work is excellent. I highly recommend Park Jewelers and think that they have some of the prettiest and most unique jewelry around. It was a pleasure to deal with them not to mention the trust factor which is priceless. Thank you!
