Linda’s Homemade Beef Jerky

Linda’s Food’s is the place to go if you want the best sausages around. I always try to keep my freezer stocked with their bratwurst, Italian and polish sausages. I recently moved to Phoenix from Lake Havasu and have tried the top rated sausages in the Phoenix area and have been extremely disappointed. None of them have even come close to Linda’s.

Today I purchased Linda’s Alfredo sauce, freshly dryed fettucini noodles, and a bunch of deli meats.
I cooked medium shrimp and added petite peas to the Alfredo sauce and cooked the pasta as suggested for 5 min. It was perfecto! My husband said it was better than any restaurant. Hes very picky do trust me, this is a huge compliment!

I’ll update this review once I’ve tried the deli meats, putting out a charcuterie tomorrow to go with my Sangria.

good beef jerky is very difficult to find. we order from a vendor in montana and stop at a factory in san luis obispo when we need our ‘fix’ of good jerky. after reading how wonderful linda’s place is supposed to be, we made a special stop to check it out and purchased a large bag of smoked jerky. what a mistake, we should’ve purchased a SMALL bag as a taste test. it would have been a much less expensive mistake to make.
dry. tasteless. lots of pepper. no flavor. did i mention ‘dry.’ friends we were staying with, tasted it and refused any more.

Usually the 1^st stop when we get to town. Excellent sausages! The beef jerky is great too. Excellent service. A must go to if your cooking.

Just love this place. Best mild italian links ever! And they actually sell homemade lasagna pasta sheets to take home to make your lasagna with… amazing stuff! If you live in Havasu and have not tried this place, you are missing out! Joanna. Did it Again

They have a website, I just found it.
Ya know, Lindas is much more than beef Jerky. They have all sorts of Italian meats and sausages that they make right there. They have tons of frozen dinners that they make right there, you just take them home and put it in the oven.
It’s really a deli, meat market and frozen food place. There is no place to sit, no place to eat, and most of their food needs to be cooked. It’s NOT a restaurant at all.
Everything is made with care and personal attention.
And the reviewer who mentioned how nice they are isn’t wrong, they are nice and helpful and you get great stuff! Always a big smile.
It’s not cheap but you can’t get great for cheap, and I would describe their food as great. That said I don’t consider the prices to be out of line at all, more like normal. It’s a good deal for the quality you get, and i think you could save about $ 1 on worse quality at Safeway next door.
I have bought their beef jerky, their Italian sausages (fresh, not frozen or even cooked) and their pepperoni sticks. All are well worth it and the quality is in there.
I haven’t tried the frozen dinners because it was just me and they are too big for that, unless you want leftovers which I didn’t.
But I am sure having met the husband and wife proprietors you won’t be disappointed with the quality. It’s gonna be in there. They are nice, and their food is nice. You’ll love it. I recommend Linda’s. You will either see her or her husband when you go there.
The pepperoni sticks are particularly good, for walking around. Like Slim Jims but not made in a factory. More like made just for you! If you like sausage, and I do.

What a hidden gem in the desert.
The beef and turkey Jerky was packed with great flavor.
The peperoni and jalapenos sticks are out of this world. You could tell they are homemade.
Besides great jerky and sticks they sell great Italian frozen food.
Very friendly owners, you cant go wrong.
