Thanks to the crew at Ed’s for catering a great lunch to the child care providers, vendors and staff who attended the La Paz/Mohave Early Childhood Conference on Saturday, June 11th. Great sandwiches… guess we need double of the Italian Subs next year!

Best sandwiches in havasu hands down. It can get super busy during lunch time there but you can call ahead. I always get the whole Italian with pepper spread and olive spread. I suggest if you take it to go get the oil and vinegar on the side so it isn’t soggy. The sandwich is so big 2 people can share. This place is consistently good. Bring cash unless you want to pay $.50 to use your credit card.

Ed’s Deli is a really tasty spot in havasu! They put this pepper spread on their sandwiches that is really yummy! Sandwiches are consistantly good but the inside/atmosphere leaves much to be desired. If you looking for a quick lunch or to grab some sandwiches before going out on the lake this is your place. keep on keepin on Ed’s!

Delicious! The pastrami sandwich was excellent. I used extra yellow chili sauce on my half; ingredients were fresh esp the shredded lettuce which I’m usually not a fan of(although my hubby is). We also ordered the tuna and had everything on it — very, very good If we lived here, we would eat here several times a week, and it would take a while to try everything that is on their menu. It all looks great!

Absolutely the best Sub in Lake Havasu City. Very busy so you must be patient. Don’t forget the special chili sauce. I go there at every time I work in Lake Havasu. I wish they were open past 5:00 pm, but I understand why. Remember if you are paying by card, there is an additional $.50 charge.

I have been going to Ed’s Deli since I was 5 years old and am now 29. Now that I no longer live in Havasu I make it a point to get Ed’s Deli anytime I go back home. This is the best sandwich shop around. You must get the pepper spread! YUMMY!

I love Ed’s, been going there for years. I was just recently in town visiting and went there with my sister. The lady who helped us was SO rude(old lady with blonde curly mullet). Worst part about that was that she is the manager. Couldn’t even speak to anyone about how poorly me and my sister were treated. It makes me never want to go back in there again. We asked her for ex pickles on our sandwiches and for some reason that irritated her, so she starts throwing the toppings on there and charged us double the price for two extra pickles. Eds is my favorite sandwich place, which is why I will return but never again will I let that lady make my sandwich or help me ever again. Maybe if she is going to treat customers like that then she shouldn’t be in customer service. Only reason it gets two stars is because of how much I enjoy their sandwiches and pepper spread.

Just a simple deli, we arrived at lunch time and there was a pretty long line, yet it took only few minutes to get up to the counter to order. The staff was quite effecient and friendly. Like most of the other reviewers, I had the pepper spread and it was a great addition to my lunch. Not only is the food great, so are the prices!

Awesome!!! If your in Havasu you haven’t lived until you’ve eaten a sub from Ed’s! They have been holding it down in Havasu for ages and now I see why!

I’m not from Lake Havasu, I’m from San Diego. My family & I were looking for a deli place to eat at before we head back home. We found this place named«Ed’s Deli». By far it’s one of the best deli’s I’ve ever been too :)

Great grinders. The spread of minced peppers is the bomb. Not sure how they make such a great sandwich for $ 4

This is a great sandwich shop. Deli is in then name but they didn’t slice anything fresh in front of me and the lunch meat was in bags in tubs so I was a little worried I have to admit. The lady working inside was real friendly. She showed me the menu and explained some of her favorites. I am a pastrami guy so I ordered a large pastrami sandwich on white bread. The sandwich only cost around $ 6. When I first unwrapped the sandwich it looked great. The tomato and onion was fresh though I did pick a lot of the lettuce off. The bread was very good. The pastrami tasted pretty good however I’d ask for extra of it on my sandwich next time. They do have different stacked versions but the menu was a bit confusing honestly. I see they charge different prices depending on the type of bread you choose and and if you want it super stacked or not. The sandwiches pack well if you are going to the lake too.

This turned out to be a good spot to grab a bite to eat. After a day of swimming in the lake we felt like a cold sandwich. I did a search for sandwiches on Unilocal and Ed’s came up. They were still open(they aren’t open late) so we decided to give it a shot. Walking in we were greeted by a 2 workers who pointed out the menu board to us. The prices all looked reasonable. I ordered a «He-Man»(half size) priced at $ 4.55 that had bologna, ham, pastrami, salami and I chose provolone for the cheese. It came on a white hoagie and you can choose from different spreads and veggies to go on it. I thought the sandwich tasted good. The bread was excellent and the meat could have had more flavor, but was definitely above average. I will stop here again and try a different sandwich and they have different soups each day so I’d like to try some of them as well. The sandwiches come in half and whole sizes and the prices range from $ 3.75 to $ 6.45 depending on what size and sandwich you pick. Ed’s isn’t open late, so make sure you call ahead of time to see if they are open. They do take phone orders if you want to have your food ready for pick-up.

Dear Ed, Im glad I found your Deli place off of Unilocal. As I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that your place was a bit small with some tables and chairs at either end. Im glad I showed up just after lunchtime so I can have a seat and enjoy whatever sandwich I might get. Looking at the menu, I see that you have plenty of options. I couldnt decide what I wanted so I went with the Footlong He-Man Hoagie($ 6.45) which has Ham, Balogna, Pastrami, Cotto Salami, Capicola Ham, American and Provolone Cheese. I had them throw all the fixins like Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Pickles, Black Olives, Pepperocinis, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Oil, Vinegar, Mayonnaise, Mustard, and their popular Hot Pepper Spread. Wow! First of all, I cant believe I finished it. Second of all, I was not hungry for dinner until about 9 pm! It tasted pretty good and definitely filled me up. Man, that Hot Pepper Spread really gave it a bit of kick to round out the taste. Im laughing now that I think about it because they asked me if I wanted any chips with my sandwich. I wanna give a shout out to Liz for helping me decide what sandwich to get and putting it together for me. I asked if they had a take home menu so I can list all the ingredients in this review but they ran out. So Liz wrote everything I needed to know on a piece of paper and here you are reading about it. Overall, I had great service and great food at decent prices. Only thing that kind of bothered me was that there was a 50 cent charge to use plastic. I guess the minimum is 10 bucks? Anyways, I had a great meal without having to spend too much cash. Will be back if im ever in the area. Sincerely, Roger T.
