Bad customer service and rude girls. They are more interested in chatting on phone or with their friends that come visit then at the ma. Each time I’ve come in they are chatty with each other and not paying attention to the customers. Every time I’ve bought something there has been a defect with the products and when bringing them back it is always a hassle. Test your products before you leave the store because you will get home and they will fall apart shortly thereafter. TRUST me.

Quite literally my favorite place to be. I’m here for practically every collection launch. The people here are so friendly and wonderful. They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Highly suggest going here!

I love MAC. Always have & I believe I always will. Anything I need regarding makeup is available here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The store is organized & clean. I wish there were more seated booths available however. Will I be coming back? YES! Do I think this location is great? YES! Thank you SmithHaven MAC for being awesome!

I love this place. The second I walk in I am greeted & it makes a difference because even if an associate is with another customer & cannot assist me right away I at least feel acknowledged and welcome to look at their products while I wait. & once an associate begins to help me I have their undivided attention.
I found their associates are really knowledgable about the products & they always ask me questions about the styles I like to help me find the perfect shade & finish (I love matte)
AND there has been times id come into MAC with an idea in mind & they completely «redesign my face» for example I came in oneday & just told them I want to have darker lips for for fall and winter with neutral eyes. & they have me so many options & recommendations on what I can do with just that one idea & I was so happy with what I bought! They also showed me a finishing spray that made such a huge difference in my makeup.
Whenever they help me pick out makeup they always make sure I look good when I leave as well. I love coming to this MAC store!

This store is a makeup lovers dream! So many gorgeous colors, and they have everything to fit your needs. The makeup artists that work there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable if you need any assistance about products or colors. Have updated Special Edition palates frequently that come in cute, fun styles. I adore MAC!
