I went into this store today to purchase perfume as a holiday gift for someone. As I was checking out some testers, I was also watched by the perfume employee the entire time. She had asked me three times within two minutes if there was anything I needed help with, which I politely declined and told her I would let her know if I needed anything. She quite literally followed me step by step for another minute before asking me again if I needed help, which resulted in me leaving the store. I was only there for five minutes and felt harassed enough by the staff to leave, without the gift I went specifically there for.

The worker Kelsey is very sweet she does my lipstick perfect and she just really nice and will tell u the truth about colors and will support whatever your decision on colors and if u don’t like one she will tell u why or why not she makes sure u get what need to be gotten and makes it a nice experience all in one ,
She is a very good employee

Shop on the website instead. The staff is either very nosy and follows you around the store or doesn’t bother helping you at all. And (like the Sephora stores almost always do) they NEVER give you samples, no matter how much you spend. The displays are also quite gross and not cleaned enough. Do what I do, I shop online, the shipping is very fast (and free if you spend more than $ 50, which is not hard to do) and I get at least 4 free samples with each order. This store is usually packed and I always feel badly for the guys that are being dragged inside by their significant others, it’s hot and busy and there is no place to sit.

Why the heck would they put this store near me!!! I am a Sephora Freak! I ALWAYS fight visiting, but sometimes I give in to the urge as a treat! How do I stop? Anyway, the staff can be SO helpful. They are so informative regarding all the products & supplies. And let’s talk about SAMPLES! I sample everything! And boy do they love to help you sample! Sign up for a beauty insider card for point redemption & free samples/​gifts. Of course this store is not the biggest, but it does have a variety of products. Almost everything available. Yes, you can call me a frequent shopper! Lol

I have been to this location and a few others with my wife. I have one observation to make. How about a little lounge area for the guys to hang out while waiting for their other half? I would like to leave here as happy as Mrs B. Just sayin.

a really fun place to shop — seems that they have everything. They are very expensive like Ulta… Sephora at Lake Grove gets more stars than Ulta 3 at Lake Grove because the staff here is much nicer.
