DON’T USE THIS FLAKY CONTRACTOR! I contacted Ryan on ¹¹⁄₁₉ to discuss setting up a quote for my gas project. I explained that I already have gas heating and needed to extend the gas to my kitchen for a new gas range. We discussed the project, he felt from my description that it was simple and easy and agreed to come out on ¹¹⁄₂₁ for an official bid. On ¹¹⁄₂₁ he completely flaked. No show, and no call — this is after he already confirmed he’d be there via text. The following day he contacted me and said he didn’t think it was worth his time to travel out to my house unless I was prepared to get the job started. Without a cost for the work I couldn’t agree to go forward. Ryan then provided a verbal quote but said that without looking at the job he couldn’t confirm for sure. The verbal quote was adequate and I agreed to call back when I was ready to start the work knowing that once he saw the job the exact price could be higher. So, on ¹²⁄₁₃ I contacted Ryan, reminding him of our prior chat and asking if he was free this week to do the job. He agreed. NOW, 24 hours later, as I try to schedule which day he’ll come, he flips the script and tries doubling the verbal quote claiming he never provided the lower quote last month. At this point I ended the request and will look for another business to complete my job. If you’re looking for an honest contractor I suggest you do the same!

I have used this guy several times and I was very pleased. He helped install a new furnace, and tankless water heater and his rates were very reasonable.

Do not use this plumber. Quoted 3 days for gas line rough in… verbally. Didn’t prepare an estimate until he was almost done… and then was expecting payment before completing the job. The PSE tech that came out would not light the fireplace due to concerns for safety. It took me 3 weeks and 2 aggressive confrontations with him to get the job finished. This was a simple rough in job. After the job was finished it took 2 more weeks to get the invoice. By the time I received the invoice, note 5 weeks after expected date, we were in a money bind. He has Been texting me daily threatening me with collections and a lien on my home. Today is christmas eve. I will be filing an official complaint with the better business bureau and Snohomish County on Monday. In his defense I should have paid when I received the invoice. Money got tight for us and we are doing what we have to. Still I am pretty sure sending threatening text messages every day is not how you deal with it.
