Amazing place, everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. Katie always does an awsome job on my nails/​pedicure as well as Dany and Diane who also does fantastic on my eyebrows. This place gets 5 stars!

I had my nails done here a week ago and the spa and paint was great but I’m disappointed with the manicure itself. The man doing my nails cut my cuticle too short and it was bleeding. He put some treatment on and I ignored it. Until recently it got infected to the point where it’s purple, peeling, and very sensitive. Workers: please take better precautions when working with your customers cuticles. I’m in a lot of pain and now have to be on antibiotics because of a small mistake. Other than that, it’s a nice salon with nice workers. It was my first time to this location and I don’t think I will be back due to the fact I’m not from the area.

I was a little disappointed because I wanted ombré amd Danny told me he couldnt do it, it was too hard and takes too long. So i settled for something else. Overall they turned out cute & my pedicure was bomb. I totally wish i remembered who did it.

I just recently moved to LE and if I ever leave, I will definitely make the drive out to see Danny! He does the absolute best, most long lasting full sets that I have ever had. Never have they popped off or even lifted. I’d highly recommend coming out here, nice environment and a great staff.

Seriously, do not go here. I went here over 2 months ago, I wrote a bad review which was completely warranted and I am STILL getting messages from the piece of crap nail «artist» who treated me like shit from the moment I walked in.

Not again will I be returning they have got so miss detailed it’s ridiculous

We found a new nail salon! Muted TV, NO incessant chatter, busy but still serene. Great, gentle, and oh so relaxing massage. Perfect nails for four of us with no appointment. We’re happy!

Finally found a home in this salon! I especially lived in the area and always had to travel to my home area (Long Beach) to get the kind of service I’m accustomed to. I’ve tried 5 different salons in the area and either the prices were too high, the nail job was crappy, customer service was wack, the place was dirty, or all of the above. This place met all of my needs without being overpriced. Gary is awesome and did the best job ever on my gel manicure. He’s a perfectionist and takes care and pride in his work. I will definitely be a regular!

Best place ever! First time here and of course I was very hesitant towards trying a new place once again however, I went with it. I walked in and everyone was very polite and I was greeted right away. After telling them what I wanted, they directed me to Danny. My first impression was «ugh it’s a guy» yes I had a very bad experience with the last guy that did my nails so yes I was bias because he was a guy. My judgement was totally wrong. He is awesome! He was gentle, polite, attentive, and overall I was very satisfied. Thank you Danny! I will continue to come here:)

This is the second time now, first I went and was the only waiting so I picking a color then another person walks in and they take them and tell me to come back because it’s gonna be 45 mins now? Ok so whatever. Went somewhere else and that was it. Then today I go in and they ask me what do I need done, I tell them I just need a pedicure and the lady at the desk tells the workers and she tells me sorry we can’t were booked up for the night? Then tells me they close at 6 and they’re closing up early due to a family emergency? Every time I come in there some bs excuse. I’ve only ever came here those two times to get my nails done cause it’s close and event time they tell me some excuse. Never coming here again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

*Review update*
I feel I need to leave an update as there have been many changes since I last did one. It turns out Katie sold the salon and it is now under new management and ownership. I have gone a few times since this change and notice the difference. There seems to be something missing that was present in the atmosphere when Katie owned the shop. She seemed to really care about her customers and was doing fun and new things to get I involved with them. Danny. The new owner is very talented however there is only one of him and it seems the quality of pedicures and other services have been a little lackluster. It seems very basic now. I think there should be an entirely different Unilocal entry for this place of business now because it is in no way the shop it was when I first came here. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing.

OMG! The new owner thinks he is the only salon in town. He is the rudest man I have ever met, ANYWHERE… Wow! Don’t go here unless you’re into S&M! After waiting 20 minutes after my appt time, He says «I’m ready for you now», I was trying to explain to him how Tim used to do my nails. He said, «I don’t need you, you don’t know anything, you don’t even know what you want! Get out!» How sad for Katie and Tim who used to own the salon and took so much pride in their work… Who is this guy and Where is he from? that he thinks this is the way to treat people/​clientele? I think he has a screw or two loose! Regardless, I will never go there again and I am a loyal customer who tips well for good service. Not the kind of business I want to see develop Lake Elsinore. We can do better…

I went back for my fill 2 weeks ago to find that Katie sold the salon! Noooooo! Everyone was new. While the girl who did my nails was nice and personable, she did a basic job on my nails. They look «ok» but not «omg where do you go!» Like I was used to with Katie. I wasn’t all that impressed but not disappointed. Just «meh» guess it’s time to find a new place. Again.

I had been looking for a nail salon… And to my surprise I could not have found a better place, the staff is very professional. The salon it self is very clean and organized. Friendly, caring environment!!! They have very talented nail professional.

The one star is for the overall «experience.» The service itself, a pedicure, was less than praiseworthy. If you’re looking for a spa experience or even a pleasurable service, this is not the place. This is more of a «lunch hour» experience. No frills. No greeting. They don’t even try to offer other services. Basically, they don’t want to be bothered.
When I arrived, the man at the front desk barely looked up from his reading. He just grumbled «pick out a color!» and called someone’s name. Through the whole service the manicurist never said one word to me. The three or four other technicians spoke amongst themselves the whole time in their native language but no acknowledgement of their one and only customer on a Saturday afternoon.
i suspect the cashier was the owner. She’s the only one who offered a smile and attempted conversation when it was time to pay up. Too little, too late, however.

The only place I go for pedicures! Great family who owns it and it’s a relaxing atmosphere and clean place !!! Been coming now since they opened.

Katie did such an amazing job for my first time coming to this salon she took the time to mirror my nails perfectly when it came to the shape and at a really good price. I’m so happy I found this place and will be a continuing customer for sure!
Katie is definitely going to be my go to girl whenever I need my nails done!
I definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for somewhere where they do an amazing job and it’s not going to burn a hole in your pocket.
