I called and Kim was able to take me the same day. I had a shampoo, color, trim, and press. I was done in about 1 ½ hours. She was very professional and cares about healthy hair. The personal one on one service is what I liked and there was no waiting. Thanks again Kim!

Okay so I’ve been natural for about two years, due to coming across a hair sabotage two years ago during my wedding. Anywho, my husband and I were going to fly out tomorrow for Valentines Day and I didn’t want to wear my hair in the same couple of natural hairstyles I’ve mastered lol. I googled black hairstylist near me (I live in Menifee) I saw a few beauticians, but when I saw Kim’s Unilocal it stood out. The quality of the customers hair photos posted was exactly what I was looking for. I called Kim to see if she could get me in right away, she was not only able to get me in today but pressed and styled my hair exactly how I wanted… Oh did I mention she washed, conditioned, blow dried, pressed, flat ironed, & styled me all under an hour and a half! She’s awesome and have found a new client in me, & I’ve already recruited my mom to Kim Great Job! Thank you so much Kim!!!

Kim is excellent. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and is extremely professional. She was able to fit me in right away and was very accommodating. I got a retouch and trim and was out of the salon under an hour.

Miss Kim did an amazing job on my hair! Not only did my hair come out soft, shiny, and very healthy looking (she knew that with my natural hair to not put a lot of heat on it) but she was soooooo fast! Most salons you’d be there for 3 hours at least but I was done in a little over an hour! Woohoo! She knew I had somewhere to go and kept asking me if we were on time and I was like «Yeah! Now I have extra time!!» If you’re looking for a great press done with your time in mind go to Kim!

Kim was absolutely amazing! I told her what I was thinking about doing and she delivered! My hair is shiny, soft and the color looks great! I’m so blessed to have found her! I will definitely be going back soon :-)

Kim is awesome, she did me and my daughter’s hair many times! What can I say, but you have to go and try it. We normally did wash, condition, and press. She is quick and efficient, her presses lasts a very, very long time :-) Awesome for both, my daughter and my hair type! She’s awesome, her shop is always kept spotless… Kim at this salon caters and can do all types of hair, and we totally recommend!

Kim is a very accommodating stylist and knows exactly what she’s doing I ran across the salon after going through a series of crappy salons because I was new in the area. I was more than welcome to the salon and its a comfortable environment. Kim is an excellent stylist because she will work with your current style and keep it up to date while also helping you transition into a new style if you want. She looks for what looks best on you. I would recommend the salon to anyone that is new in the area looking for someplace to get their hair done

This salon is a total hidden gem. The salon is very upscale and they have something new every time you go to visit. There is a stylist fit for every type of hair. We attended a client appreciation day event last month and had a chance to meet the owners — they are very down to earth people.
Expect to indulge in tea, coffee or snack while you wait. Enjoy light music, surf on their free Wi-​Fi or catch up on a local show. They have a quick no nonsense turn around… Our Founder seems to be hooked — going on four visits now…
