My nails never break, i get crazy designs… Wendy takes care of me. I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE PERIOD.

They use same buffers nail files and everything else on the same people. That’s disgusting. They need to be shut down!

Horrible … lazy and dirty ppl… we choose the pedi with warm towel and massage. yucckkkk they used the same towel to clean my legs their hands and in the end dipped the towel in the tub I was soaking my feet and wrapped around my leg. I askes don’t u have towel warmers. won’t u use a diff towel she didn’t even reply… HORRIBLE.. Never going again… sanitary issue. they need to be complained about… wasted 65 $

Great place, Kim is great at what she does! Very creative, I love the outcome of my nails every time. I have uploaded a few pictures of my previous nails to show anyone reading this, it’s NOT a horrible nail place as read on the reviews.

Great place. I’ve been coming here for over 12 years.
I like them all. Except for 1. And even that 1 is a sweetheart. She just nips. So I don’t use her.
My favorite is Mimi! She is the BEST!

i wish i READ the reviews BEFORE going! definately unproffesional and unethical. They talk about you in front of your face. they don’t care. if they loose you, there’s always the next person that is going to come in and they are still going to make their money. Both men there are very rude and unproffesional. they just need your money. give it to them and leave and they will be happy. i wish more people would speak up about bad places and stop going! i will upload a picture soon.

Do not come here !!! If you can go down the street to true art go there instead. You will pay less get incredible customer service and quality products. I had my gel nails completely destroyed in less than a week and they took off the old gel completely wrong!!! BEWARE!!!

This review is for a specific nail tech only. I go to Wendy, she’s been here for years and is quiet lovely! I’ve gone 4 weeks with out a fill, and not one nail has broken off, lifted, cracked or anything.
Wendy never does a sloppy job, or rushes you to get to the next lady.
Side note: I don’t get my pedicures done here, but totally would if they had a higher end selection of polishes and colors.

Absolutely horrible went in with family for pedicures and the water was cold I waited while they juggled every one around from walk in eyebrow waxing people and they didn’t have the water warm or clean under nail also paint on nails are missing spots from where the lady didn’t paint evenly will never go back

I agree the man in front very rude. I take my son with me all the time and the 2 that always do my nails scare my son. Once because he was talking the other cause he dropped my phone. And the gel there it does peel within a week or so. The are expensive

The man there-(like all these comments here) IS a jerk! Hello nail salon!!! Are you reading this!?! He needs an attitude adjustment! I only got my eyebrows done and they were okay. The lady asked me how I wanted them done & listened to everything I said but still one is thicker.(meaning she thinned out one and the other is drastically darker) oh well I’ll fix it with some eyeshadow. Not once did anyone even smile at me. talk about rude & uncomfortable… oh wait. I’m sorry she did smile a little when I gave her her tip. They do charge extra for debit fyi. Also, it’s a shame about the neg. comments bc this place is the biggest nail salon I’ve ever been to. which is awesome. Guess I’m continuing my journey until I find «the one»

***I am reviewing a specific person, not the business as a whole. I can’t really speak to anything more than that since I’ve been going to the same person for nearly a decade.***
I’ve had my eye brows waxed by Helen for almost nine years now. She’s fast, attentive and detail oriented. (Same applies to her manicures and pedicures). She’s very popular and always has at least two people asking for her when I’m in getting my stuff done. She is worth every penny and well worth waiting for if you walk in! Her appointments can be late due to her popularity but, again, waiting is worth it.

I’ve come here for more than 12 years and I really liked it but this last time i notice the women gossip about you. Even though they think you can’t understand their language you can tell they are talking about you right in front of you. Pretty unprofessional. This place used to rock when they had all new equipment and re did the place but it’s kind gone down hill especially with customer service. They charge an extra fee if you use debt and try to up sale you on everything. Very annoying.

My experience was great the first time I went in got my eyebrows waxed pedi and mani everything went well didn’t feel pressured onto anything else with Diane she is great. Although my second time going was a way different experience went in to get three pedicures one for myself my mom and my grandma … As soon as I walk inside the man in the front desk didn’t even bother noticing I was standing right in front of him for about a couple of minutes he was on the phone and on his tablet watching a game very unprofessional so then he decides to get off the phone and finally notices I’m there I tell him I want three pedicures he says «ok hurry choose color «so we go and choose colors I ask the man how much it is to add gel he says 15 dollars that’s a lot but it wasn’t even the fact that it was so much more than other places it was the fact that as soon as I asked him any questions he’s not paying any type of attention to me runs to the desk and starts watching his soccer game on the tablet so I get past that we go and try to sit down and the ladies are rushing everything trying to up sell to us ! Overall the man is rude and unprofessional and the whole time it felt nothing but stressful I love Dianes work but I will never go back to this place again because of how rude and unprofessional that man and most off his staff was hope this review helps others think about walking in there !

The guy at the front desk is very rude! I wasn’t greeted and he not once smiled! I took my daughter there for a Pedi and I got Gel Nails. Sorry to say, the nails cracked in a week! They may have old or cheap products. The lady that did my nails was nice and fast, but the products are horrible! Even my daughters Pedi was not up to standards! I think I will stick to my own Salon! Looks like all they care about is money not Quality high standard service!!! Good luck LA Nails!

I have mixed reviews so that’s why I’m so-​so with this place.
I only come to this place to do my eyebrow wax (by Helen!!) she does an amazing job! She’s quick but is very attentive to what you need done/​fixed.
The guy who sits in the front desk is rude, just like what everyone else is saying. He does seem money focused and not quality customer care.
The couches in the front are horrible and disgusting. They are white leather and stained left and right. Just disgusting to sit on.

Was a customer here a long time ago, went back Monday looking for a new shop because my nails were lifting after 3 wks. I love my nails, she took the time to clean between my nail and the fake nail. My daughter got a gel manicure that she loves. Will c if any lifting and gel come off of not, this girl is back! Four stars because it could b a little cleaner.

I came back to this salon because they did a good job on my eyebrow wax. Decided to get a pedicure today, and although the service itself was good, I am VERY upset by the up selling and what I feel like was unethical behavior by the nail lady. I planned to get the regular old $ 18 pedicure but she said my callouses were so bad I needed the level 3 service, which was $ 30. Ok, I agreed to that. But then she asked me ATLEAST 10 times if I wanted to upgrade to the level 4 service which was $ 43. I said no all 10 times she asked! A few minutes later she says, «I do mask for you.» Apparently this «mask» was part of the $ 43 service. I ended up getting charged $ 43 for a pedicure. Not a happy customer. I feel like this was unethical business practices and I will not be back.

They like to give extras without telling you but still charge you. They were more interested in the game than doing a decent job on my nails. I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll go back to my usual place.
