Food Ordered: The usual; 20pc Chicken Nuggets Meal (Large) /​w Sweet Tea, 2^nd order of Fries (Med.), Fish Filet Sandwich, Qtr. Pounder w/​Cheese, Double Qtr. Pounder w/​Cheese, Cokes (Lrg.), Fruit n Yogurt Parfait, Hot Fudge Sundaes.
and in the Mornings Breakfast Platter w/​a side order of eggs, Orange Hi-​C (Lrg), Egg Mc Muffin.
Pros: None
Cons: Orders get jacked up all the time.
Overall: We go because the kids like McDonalds; we go its because its convenient place to get sustenance when we’re on a time crunch.

Constantly mess up orders. Never even ask if I want ketchup or ranch and just hand over the bag of food making me have to try to grab their attention to ask for any sauce. F this place and all the workers here. You suck!

Came in through the drive through… been sitting in my car for 15 min alongside 4 other cars the employees came twice! First time with the incorrect order second time saying my order is coming up! All other cars already left im still siting here when I ordered first… Dude. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers 2 spicy chickens and 2 Frenchfries… And yet they was $ 15 an hour… Right…

Just went through Mc Donalds drive through on Mission Trail in Lake Elsinore and ordered A number 7 meal I repeated 3 times to ADD jalapenos to my meal. I get home and there are No jalapenos and all my food is cold… So my point is how do these employees want $ 15 an hour if they can’t perform a small task! Oh yeah of course I had to ask for Ketchup and sit at the window just staring at the employees until one came to see what I needed. Terrible customer service! If you don’t want to perform your job task let someone else work there that would!

Great quality fat food. Always good service here! I go here 3 times a week and have never been let down. Way better than the McDonalds off of the 74.

What horrible service. 1. They claim to not be able to substitute items when every McDonald’s has 2. They have No ice cream. Won’t be coming to this one again.

I wouldn’t give this place one star but there isn’t a negative option! Crappy service, crappy food and bums who hang out all over the place. This place sucks. Seriously look at the photo… Who could eat this? Unbelievable

NOT SO FAST FOOD here at this location. 5 cars, including mines were asked to pull in front for our food. Hmmm okay. A worker comes out and goes to each and every car only for the food to belong to none of us. Then a second person comes out with the same bag to getp0 the same results. Now there are 3 workers walking the parking lot with food trying to see who ordered what. Ridiculous I tell ya!

This location has the best service and the place is clean. Only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star rating is due to the homeless guy or lady that always hit you up for money in the entrance.
The staff works cohesively and they are quick. The place is spotless and well maintained.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever and I’m calling the health inspectors on this McDonalds. I went through the drive thru there at 1:28pm. I ordered a number 8 no tomato add cheese, onions and pickles with an unsweetened iced tea. the guy I think was a supervisor or something I have no idea but I handed him to frys back they were old fries they did not taste fresh at all and he grabbed one and said see there’s nothing wrong with it and he took a bite of my french fry then he grabbed another French fry and handed it to me and I just looked at him I said I want fresh french fries, he said please pull around it will be 3 minutes. 30 seconds later they came back with the same damn fries but all they did was throw them back in the fry vat to heat them up. they tasted horrible. the fact that he took a french fry and ate it and then grabbed another one with this hands and handed it to me or tried to hand it to me is appaulling and I will be calling the health inspectors office today when I get home … my sandwich didn’t have cheese on it but I paid for that, the pickles there was one pickle on there I paid for that, there were two onions on there and I paid for all of that and that’s what I got? what a rip off this McDonalds is. it should be shut down for what this employee did with my food. touching and eating the fries !!!
I’ll never come back to this McDonald’s again !!
I have also filed a complaint with the health dept. of riverside co. this place needs to be fined and inspected !! I have also filed a complaint with McDonalds !!

They made a fresh pot of coffee for us when we ordered coffee later at night. The place was spotless and the coffee was great. The staff was helpful and gave us directions to go on a little evening drive to explore Lake Elsinore.

I only write reviews when something is exceptionally good or bad. This is the later.
We just went through the drive thru but I wish I had spent my $ somewhere else.
1. The order taker didn’t order my cheeseburger… but I corrected him and he added it.
2. When we got home I was missing my cheeseburger!
3. Does 3 pickles qualify as extra pickles on a hamburger?
4. Chicken nuggets felt and tasted hours old.
5. Tried to call about my missing cheeseburger – That I DID PAY FOR! – but the number on the receipt is for a fax machine and all you get is that annoying noise! I didn’t even get to vent my frustration to a manager…
So,… here we are on Unilocal. And turns out I’m not the only one with this experience at this location!

Hmmmm? I’m surprised by the overall review. We always go to this McDonald because it’s the closest to our home. I’ve never had any problems with them. They do have a lot of seniors here in the morning, like one reviewer said. I feel pretty homey when I dine in. However, I think they can make an improvement in the children’s play area. Also, they took away all the outlets when they remodeled the place. I think that’s a little stingy of them. You see, some people like to dine and still have access to their phone or laptop while charging. I think they will get more customers that way.
Ok, down to the food, I say.
I like their sausage egg mcmuffin. I will only eat my English muffin that way.
Believe it or not, their cookies are super yummy. They taste similar to my hubby home-​made cookies. That tells u a lot when I say that because when my hubby makes cookies, I chow as many as my body could take.
I like their hash browns, crunchy on the outside.
I like their soft-​serve ice cream cone. I have a nostalgic feeling towards it. I used to go to Cal Skate up in Sacramento n they would sell the almost-​the-​same ice cream which only cost 50 cents.
My hub thinks their coffee is superior than other fast-​food restaurants.
Their apple pie is good too but they can’t beat the apple turnovers at KFC. As a second place, that’s not bad for McDonald.
Their quarter or double quarter pounder is good. It’s the most pure form of a simple burger.
I like their filet-​o-​fish. During Lent is the best to buy it because it’s on sale for less than two bucks.
I think I’ve said enough.

Never had cold fries from McDonalds until I came here. With only one car in front of us it took 15 minutes to get cold fries. After waiting another 15 to get back in line they were very rude. I can’t believe management doesn’t care about the bad reviews.

Woah. 1 ½ star rating lol guess I’ve just been lucky when I come here. The only problem I’ve ever had here was once when I said no pickles, I swear they put 20.
Anyways. Came here for a sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle combo minus egg. $ 7 for the combo I thought was a little steep considering how small the McGriddle is, but whatevs. My order came out fast and just like I ordered it.
A lot of old people here in the morning.

This is the worst experience at a McDonalds I have ever had. I went through the drive thru and ordered their special that they have advertised for two frappuccinos… Buy one get one free. Upon arriving at the window to pay for my order I was informed that I would not be qualified for the special because I did not have a sticker on my windshield. When I asked him how I could do the stupid sticker… I was told that they would give it to me but I can only use it with my next order if I ain that placed it on the vehicle I was driving. How is it that McDonalds can require me to put a bumper sticker on a vehicle to give me a Frappuccino as part of my order’s specials? Shouldn’t that be included in the advertisement?
I have participated in the special at several other McDonalds locations and have not come across this restriction. How does it work in household that have multiple vehicles? Brand of my vehicles with the McDonalds sign in order to participate in a special? What I’m driving someone else’s vehicle
When I asked the manager if I could simply keep the sticker on me, in my wallet, or on my person for future use I was informed that I must in fact have it on the vehicle I was driving. WTF?
I won’t go back. No thanks. McDonalds in Sun City or Perris will give you the same special without expecting anything in return.

Seriously pull over and wait 15 mins for a damn latte.

Wow, not sure what happened here… But I had THE freshest chicken sandwiches today from this location when I stopped by around noon! The bread was a little stale but the chicken was absolutely perfect, I was soo surprised.
The cashier guy was WEIRD… maybe next time I’ll have to pretend I don’t speaky English.

They have a big problem with large orders here.

6 burgers fry’s and a few drinks and a shake. Could they get it Right? NOPE! I firmly believe if you cant speak English don’t work with the public! With that said lets break it down!
First off if you have 3 other cars in the waiting area because you cant get the orders to the customer fast enough. Then change that! the 4^th car BLOCKS THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! OMG You don’t need a high IQ to figure that out! Might want to put that in the Application «Common Scenes Required!» Your store doesn’t have any!
Ok so they blocked the drive through and people are mad at this point. They send out a girl that has no idea what orders go were. So she is handing bags to customers and the customers are looking and touching whats inside. ARE YOU FOR REAL LADY! Ever hear of asking the customer what they ordered? Nope she didn’t another great employee lacking in Common Scenes!
So when we get home the food is messed up like that want going to happen. Again language is a big part. Got better when I talked to the store manager. Once again cant understand them. I am explaining the store management and staff are incompetent and all he could say is «Oh we so sorry» Wants me to drive all the way back. I am at this point I am happy with TOP ROMAN! Why go back so they can make me wait again. NO Sir! You fail and I will tell it like it is.
This McDonald needed to remodel its staff just like they did the store. CHANGE YOUR CRAPPY SERVICE or people we go some were else!
