The food is amazing, fresh and clean — one star for the speed of service though– it will take almost 20 MINUTES to get through the drive through– don’t come here if you are on ur lunch break — I only come here on my days off — other locations are much faster than this one

Who doesn’t like In-​N-​Out? It could only be someone who doesn’t like meat or someone who hasn’t had a chance to try it.
Always good, always fresh, always enjoyable. Protein style if my favorite, as long as I can enough napkins to dry off my hands when I’m done. It’s messy but it’s so good. I try to eat the fries first as they are best as soon as you get them. Don’t let them sit too long or they just don’t taste the same.
I was surprised at this location as there wasn’t a line and I was able to find a parking spot right by the door. It’s in a good location if you are traveling down the 15 as there is a gas station right down the right. Also a car wash there if you’re in need for one.
But, back to the burgers, they were great, I was hungry and I left full and satisfied.

What kind of Californian would I be if I didn’t love In’n’Out? It’s fantastic. I made my Aussie boyfriend eat there until he admitted defeat by agreeing that we have the best burgers and fries he’s ever had.
Double Double with grilled onions and mustard instead of the spread with an Animal Fry and Pink Lemonade is the way to go! Yum!

This is a fine In n Out location. The only thing is they don’t have booths. I thought all In n Outs did? Anyway, we ate inside. Service was pretty quick. My daughter didn’t tell her dad she wanted fries so she got some after he initially ordered, and they brought them to our table. Bathrooms were clean.

Well nothing much to say about this. Here is the breakdown:
Pros: the best burger restaurant (In-​n-​Out) in california, consider In-​n-​Out (the brand) for your quick dinner. Not once that my order was wrong.
Cons: expect long lines, it is the norm. And of course, parking spots.
Americans know In-​n-​Out, we consider this name a top notch, other burger restaurants do not come close or even speak in the same sentence. In-​n-​out for the win!!!

What more can you really say about in n out, except that the food has always been consistent. Always fresh always good and this location is no exception, and it is conveniently located right off the 15 freeway. Double double with grilled onions combo is all I ever order, delish.

I personally love in n out so this review is no surprise.
I love businesses that are based on customer service. It makes me feel good about coming to eat there. The food is fresh, the employees are nice and overall it makes for a good environment to eat at. Not many places have the service that in n out does generalized.
This is my main stopping one as it’s on the way back from Los Angeles and not far from my place so I can get food and relax close to home. The #1 animal style is always top notch.
Strangely I’ve had better service here than at some high end resturaunts.

The manager (Armando??) is just a jerk. I love in n out but he has just completely ruined this location for me. Such a disappointment.

I love in n out and I can’t imagine ever uttering anything to the contrary… that said, this drive thru literally takes foreeeeeverr. It’s not at all unusual to have drivers turn off their car while waiting to save some gas/​avoiding suffocating from breathing in the fumes.
Not sure what the deal is with management/​employees etc as I never encounter this issue at any other location.
It wouldn’t be so bad, but smelling their burger while waiting forever is just pure evil.

Stopped here for a quick bit on the way to Pechanga.
I have been to many different in n outs in my day and I guess I have a certain expectation of cleanliness that has been established by other locations. This store gave me the impression that no one maintains it. The floors looked dirty, almost all the table tops were not wiped down, and the bathroom was questionable. I felt like the hand soap was watered down, which makes me wonder how clean the hands of the workers are.
On the other hand the food was good. The only thing was I ordered protein style but got a regular burger which wasn’t a big deal I just ate it.

Can’t complain about the food or the service, the gals were friendly and great… but their manager Armando (the name on his apron) is down right rude. I’m in a great mood, and it’s not busy so my spirits are high. The girls in the back greet me and say they will be right with me, no problem I can wait. Then walks up Armando with no greeting no «hi how are you doing» not even a smile, he utters in a most annoyed voice «what do you want». After that it was just down hill, I can’t believe some one in customer service is so rude, it’s not my fault he’s having a bad day. Tip: don’t take your frustrations out on your customers Armando! What a jerk

Although the food was great this time, this locations seem out of sorts and chaotic. The diner area was okay but behind the counter seemed like the staff was not as fluid as it should be, orders were handed out in the wrong sequence and over all feeling was less than expected.
At least the food was great but I’m not sure I wanna come back unless it’s via the drive through.

I had a bad experience here before, so I wrote to corporate and they immediately and professionally took care of me by giving me a food voucher n sending me a Christmas card. Anyway, everything here is good. I personally don’t like the spread they put on the burgers so I either order it with catsup/​mustard or with no sauce at all. I figure the meat is so juicy that it doesn’t need sauce. I like their fries, not the typical kind of fries that are good. I like them because they have a home-​made quality.
There is a healthy environment here, in all aspect such as attitude-​wise, mentally, emotionally, and physically. The workers are humble and they seem to have a good teamwork.
