Absolutely the worst KFC. I live in the area and love KFC(which is the ONLY reason it has 2 stars). My two young sons also love KFC and the last THREE times we’ve gone through the drive through they are always out of something. This last time they were out of the grilled chicken. And the woman at the window was just plain rude. At least the last couple of times the people were nice. Oh, and when I asked if I could substitute one item for another because that’s what my sons wanted she let out a sigh and yelled to the people packing our food in an irritated sounding way. Ok, I’m sorry you didn’t initially have what I wanted, and I’m sorry my sons don’t like slaw. I guess we should just buy it just to get it home and throw it away next time. Even though this KFC is the closest one to my house I’ll be going to other ones for now on. I know they could care less but it’s still one customer lost.

A couple of friends told me of this place over a year ago so finally I made the effort to give it a try. They had said the buffet was such a value & they hit it on the money. The cashier was friendly & helpful explaining the menu so I ordered the grilled chicken. I wasn’t even aware KFC had such a thing. It was juicy & delicious. The corn was crisp & fresh. I also had the cole slaw which for whatever reason KFC makes in a way that makes theirs the best, so sweet & pleasant. Yep, I’m coming back bringing my wife knowing she’ll like it.

Chicken tenders should be called Chicken Jerky! Worst tenders/strips out there. They should go study Carl’s Jr. to see how it’s done right. Don’t waste your time with anything with the«Tenders» in it, as in the Chicken Little. You’ll be chewing for 5 minutes per bite. Good to take on a hike in case you need survival food!

Decent food, just like the original recipe from way back. Side orders, mashed potatos and cole slaw acceptable, even though the cole slaw seems very watery and extra sweet, they were finished in the end. Biscuits no different, gravy the same, since it is all a formula that has worked for the old and new Colonel from way back when. Service at the hands of very efficient Olivia, a refreshing experience with not much fanfare, got the job done with a very positive attitude. Bought the 16 piece family meal for a grand total of $ 35.95. Will not repeat any time soon, because even though it is a craving that must be appeased every so often, it is not the kind of meal we can eat on a regular basis. Of the KFC’s around the area, including Menifee, Temecula, and Murrieta, this location is probably the best to visit, since they have a decent All You Can Eat KFC, and the place looks well kept, and the area safe to visit. 4 Stars.

Worth the drive from Rancho Cucamonga! Super nice staff! All you can eat KFC with all the sides for under $ 10(pay the extra dollar for white meat. It’s worth it!) We will be back for sure

While the food tasted as good as usual for a KFC, the prices stayed about the same but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I got a drumstick that was the size of a sparrow. That’s when we stopped going there.

Just went through the drive thru and had the worst experience!!! The lady taking our order was RUDE. Got to the window and the order was incomplete, go figure. Then we got FROZEN Cole slaw, a ¼ of the famous bowl was cold, and the order of large popcorn chicken(which we paid for) ended up being the kids size. This was honestly a fast food nightmare/joke! I will NEVER go here again!!!

I want to give a shout out to the young lady that served me a couple days ago. Thank You Mya! (hope I spelled your name correctly) Usually my daughter is the one that grabs our KFC. So I’m not familiar with the menu. Mya was a true gem while I stood there looking at the menu as if I was waiting for the sky to fall, Mya waited so patiently while I tried to figure out just how much chicken I needed along with the sides. When I started to have a brain freeze, she was so kind and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Since they needed to prepare my order and it would take a few extra minutes, Sweet Mya offered me a cup to get some water while I waited. Truly a thoughtful, and kind gesture! This type of gesture is difficult to find anywhere. Mya definitely made the wait a breeze… I actually needed that drink of water as I’d been running around all day and I was totally parched. The few times I’ve been to this KFC the staff is absolutely amazing. To be honest I’m surprised just how friendly they are.(Read below) Very hometown feeling. I like that in our fast paced world. Truly a nice place to get yummy chicken. KEEPUPTHEGOODWORK! Now…as for corporate KFC… YOUGETNOSTARSFROMME! Stop trying to skim every cent off the backs of your hard working employees!!! Every employee was nearly running to keep up with the demands of customers. Completely unacceptable. I have zero doubt you have zero issue of nit-picking at anything you find a staff member has missed doing while they run thru their shift on oily floors trying to serve YOUR customers. Just exactly how much would your corporation lose if you just had ONE extra staff member on the floor to help serve, prepare, take orders etc etc!?! You insult your customers and I imagine the intelligence of your employees. For heaven sake, you’re paying MINIMUMWAGE! How much LESS can you do!!! #shameonkfc

We got here around 12:30PM on a Sunday. The restaurant was empty when we got there and everything in the buffet looked totally fresh. People started coming in shortly after us. Anyway we got the 2 piece chicken deal with the buffet which turned out being more than enough. Both girls working the cashier were very friendly and helpful. The crispy chicken breast was delicious. The buffet was also amazing. All you can eat of their coleslaw, gravy & mashed potatoes, and biscuits… What more can you ask for? Well apparently a lot more. There’s macaroni and cheese, corn, green beans, salad, chicken rice, and desserts too. This place is excellent and the value is unbeatable. Will definitely be returning.

A KFC Buffet sounds awesome if you love KFC but the implementation at this location needs some adjustment. All the stuff is out and available to the customers ordering the buffet except for the chicken which is behind the counter requiring an employee to get it for you. When we ordered the buffet, we were told that if we want more chicken to just come back to the counter and they would get it for us. The Saturday night my friends and I went it was very busy with a line of people waiting to be served. We got our initial chicken when we ordered it, then migrated over to the buffet and loaded up on our sides. When it came time for seconds, I went up to the counter and was not acknowledged or even looked at for a very long time, they were so busy. I finally had to speak up and say, «excuse me» which is a little uncomfortable when there is a long line of people waiting to be served and you are basically cutting in front of them and delaying them from getting served. That system just doesn’t work for a buffet. I recommend just putting the chicken out there. Have an employee keep an eye on it and keep it stocked.

When we’re in town, we like to eat at this all you can eat buffet! However, I’m sitting next to a broken window, which the staff seems to be unconcerned about.

One of the better kfc’s, they have a lunch buffet every day and it’s really good value. The buffet is all you can eat and the variety is very good for KFC. I would definitely go back to this place.

BUFFETISWORTHIT. The price is 8.95, and you basically can get anything from the kitchen for that price. Staff very friendly and alert. Highly recommend it, even though the location is in the middle of no where.

The unique feature of this KFC is the all you can eat buffet. They keep the chicken in the racks behind the counter. You have to ask for more chicken with each trip to the buffet. Salad, sides, wings and biscuits are out on the steam tables for the taking. $ 9 sounds like a great deal for a fountain drink plus all the chicken you can eat but the quality reflects the price. You get what you pay for KFC is known for sourcing their chickens from the the worst factory farms in the poultry industry. KFC chickens never see the sun or breathed fresh air throughout their entire miserable lives. Antibiotics and growth hormones are used to stimulate rapid growth such that the birds’ skeleton cannot keep up. These birds are fractured and hemorrhaging by the time they make it to slaughter. As I ate my chicken, I couldn’t help but notice that most of the bones inside the meat were brittle and fractured. Some pieces of chicken exhibited signs prolonged trauma, as evidenced by abnormal diaphysis shape consistent with chronic bone remodeling. I felt like I was eating deformed monstrosities. Worse yet, the staff do not restock the buffet in a timely manner nor do they keep it clean. As a result, the buffet looks incredibly messy and there was hardly enough food for patrons. If you are reading this review and wondering if you should go to KFC, you must be desperate. If you can, drive away from Lake Elsinore area to get some real food, do so. The only reason to eat at KFC is if you are actually dying from hunger.

We have been here several times over the years we have lived in the Temecula Valley, usually when passing through Lake Elsinore — but a couple times we made the road trip because we had hankering for KFC extra crunchy chicken and this is one of the few with the AYCE feature(BURP!). We last stopped here on 3⁄17. The buffet area was kept fresh and stocked the hour we lingered. The food, if you like KFC, was great as always! I don’t leave a lot of reviews for fast food joints, but there are exceptions. This exception has to do with the gem of am employee they have working here. Her name is Mayra. This young lady(we’re guessing late teens early twenties at the most) will be going places and the management better appreciate what they have in her. She could be a role model /exemplar on how an employee should be in a fast food environment: helpful, attentive, smart and friendly(even in the face of adversity — a pain in the ass customer). On top of being the only person working the front counter /register she took it upon herself to step out from behind the counter to clean up after some of the slobs that left. Maybe she is ADHD and /or OCD, but I’m thinking she is just one of the rare competent employees in the fast food industry who likes to keep busy and professional. This young lady will be going places in her life. Thanks for brightening our day!

We Got two of the 8.49 all you can eat buffets, with dark meat. They keep the chicken fresh and hot behind the counter. You get 2 pieces at a time on a fresh plate. Then you go to the buffet line. They have Cole slaw, green salad, pudding, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken rice, chicken dumplings, chicken wings, deserts and many more items. Food was hot and fresh! We were there at 11am. Restaurant was clean and tidy. We will be back!

Popcorn chicken is full of crisp n flavor. Their apple turn overs are good… crunchy on the outside and warm inside. Hubby loves the original recipe which is full of flavor. I just think it’s pretty greasy but still yummy.

Today, I was driving to work in a hurry. I needed a quick meal that would hold me over until I could eat dinner, and I didn’t want a burger or any kind of tacos. KFC would fill the void for me today, and it would fill it well. I pulled into the Lake Elsinore KFC with great anticipation. Surely they would have a smallish meal that would meet my specific requirements. A wave of sheer excitement rushed through my head as found the menu solution for my hunger dilemma. The KFC Snacker! Was it just a chicken strip? No! Was it a full sandwich? No! It was the perfect hybrid. These simple, elegant, and beautiful morsels would fulfill my stomach’s desires for the next few hours. But, alas, there was trouble ahead. Looking at the picture, I realized needed to course correct, and soon. Pickles, the step child of the vegetable family were clearly shown in the illustration of the offering. What could I do? Would I be forced to remove these nasty elements from my hybrid not-sandwiches while I was driving? Worse yet, would I forget to remove them and accidently ingest these nasty green circles? Surely, this would send me into a fit of rage, and probably cause an accident on the freeway. Thankfully for me, Sara was there to help. She very promptly assured me that she would have the pickles removed from my not-sandwiches. She also offered me my choice of beverage AND side item. I could have taken a different side than the fried wedges of potatoes, but how does one eat corn on the cob while driving 70 mph? In the interest of safety, I chose the higher cholesterol offering, but compensated by requesting a Diet Pepsi. As I pulled around to the window, Sara greeted me with a half-smile and asked for my form of payment. There was no chit-chat with Sara. She was a professional and her focus was on supplying my not-sandwiches and accompaniments with speed and diligence. Within 2 minutes(this surely was FAST food) she was shoving the bag filled with food, my drink, and a helpful straw into my car. I thanked her for her incredible service and began to pull away. A cursory check of the bag reveled that not only had Sara provided me with rapid service, but also very accurate. With no sight of pickles on my not-sandwiches, I transitioned my focus to merging onto the freeway. Well done, Sara, and well done KFC. Keep up the good work.

Best service you will ever get at a kfc, staff are always great and manager is exceptional she should really get a raise KFC! the chicken is always piping hot and crispy and the buffet is a super deal and their stamp card is great. It’s so awesome everytime I have a craving I drive further to get to this one, unbeatable! I only eat their chicken mainly and don’t bother with much else as the chicken is such a deal. Don’t know why others think you can’t get other types of chicken just ask for what you want, they give you two at a time fresh and hot, as for cup size who cares, just go and refill more if you are a soda junkie and as for bland, the chicken is perfect and super salty, the rest is the usual and you can always add salt.
