Great place very friendly workers! But I always want to eat there on sunday! lol it never fails and half the time I don’t remember tell I get there its Sunday! Love the food!

I’ve been to many chick fil a’s and when I order fruit I ask for no apples in my fruit cup so I get more oranges and strawberries. When my food came to my table in my fruit was 2 strawberry slices 2 oranges and a couple of blueberries and it was about ¼ filled. I took it up to the front and they said they can’t add fruit they can only take away. This does not make sense to me since I’ve gotten fruit from chick fil a forever and I’ve never had this problem. Also I paid the same price and got less than half the fruit…

The food was exactly what you’d expect from CFA. but the service here did not live up to Chick-​fil-​a standards. Now listen, I don’t go places to look for things they’re doing wrong. And I rarely ever leave a review because I just don’t have time, or don’t care. But in this instance I’ve found the time, and care enough to let you know that the majority of the people working here are just disrespectful. They’re apathetic, unmotivated, snobby, «stuck-​up» girls who seem to be stepping all over each other’s toes. I’m 21 years old, probably not much older than the young people working here, but I know other young people who treat their job, no matter how un-​fabulous it is, with respect and dignity and enthusiasm, and I saw none of that here today. Bring some pride to our generation ladies! You can still get that paper with a smile on your face and a good spirit. Thanks for the extra Chick-​Gil-​a sauce blonde girl behind the counter who didn’t even look me in the eye when I said thank you.

So, this was not my first choice for dinner. Nor was it second, third or even forth, but after conference calls stretched on until nearly 9:00 at night, we were really late leaving for our road trip. Couple this with an impromptu thunder storm, and we ended up here. Not in the mood for fried food, I decided to give the salad a try. Now, a word of warning, really really look at the calories count for the salad dressing. For example, my salad was 405 calories, but one of the dressings was 350 calories! I mean, dude, at that rate, one may as well have the burger and fries. So, I decided to forgo the dressing all together. It was a good salad, with fresh ingredients. The unsweetened iced tea was a little funky, and there was a soggy dog smell when we came in (not to mention dangerously slick floors due to the rain) but all in all, it was an acceptable last minute alternative. Now, I am trying to figure the next road trip so I can hit the place that was my #1 pick.

Worst Chick Fil A! 25 mins waiting to order & get my food. Giggly social girls were to busy chatting.

We just stopped with 2 charter busses full of Middle school kids. We called ahead and everything was ready for us! Great service and very accommodating!

F’d in the A by Chick Fil A! Excited about our first time at chick fil A… got there at 9:55. 3 of us walked in, 2 of us got fed because they were OUT OF FOOD. ??? Mandatory 2 star deduction. Not impressed guys. Went next door to McDonalds.

We showed up on Saturday at noon and there was people waiting out the front door. But I’ll tell ya what, I have never been in such a busy environment that is that relaxed. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the food was of course, amazing! Would stand in that line ten times over

My husband and I love Chic Filet and this Lake City, FL location didn’t disappoint! The staff was friendly and eager to please. We ordered grilled market salads with hot grilled nuggets. The salad greens, strawberries and blueberries were super fresh and the apple cider vinaigrette is just the right amount of tart with sweet. Blue cheese crumbles really make it. Thanks Chic Filet!

It has good service and the restaurant is usually very clean!

Good option in this town.
Hopefully healthier then Burger King and McDonald’s

This location is Very good. Drive-​thru can be quite long. but they get you thru pretty fast. Food is always consistant.

Piss poor service for chick-​Fil-​a. I have been eating the same breakfast for years without issue… Grilled chicken on multigrain bagel. They always let me know it will take extra time because they don’t have grilled ready and I’m ok with that. However this location refused to cook it because it’s a lunch item… Had to choke down slimy oatmeal for breakfast… Yuck!!! My worst experience ever at a chick-​fil-​a. Glad I don’t live here!!!

This Chick fil A seems to be in just the right spot when we road trip from Central Florida to Georgia. We stopped here yet again this past week. A couple of improvements from our last visit… Chick fil A restaurants are now taking the extra step and bringing your food to your table after you order. This is very helpful when you are trying to get little ones settled in. The chain continues to have superb costumer service that really stands out in the industry. The food is consistently good too and I feel like this is a company I can trust. I love the fact that they stay committed to being closed on Sundays, even if it means I miss out on fulfilling my Chick fil A craving. This particular location was not as crowded at 2pm on a weekday and seats were actually available this time. The playground, although small, is at least air-​conditioned and pretty clean. This is a great pit-​stop, especially for a family with little ones. BTW… did you know you can trade in the toy in the kids meal for a free kids ice cream cone?

Excellent food, on the higher end of what we call «fast food» amazing service and a warm atmosphere that is conducive for children. My boys love the playland and are big fans of their food. I’m a fan

I’ve been fairly impressed with this Chick-​fil-​A. They always seem busy. They always find the time to give each individual customer attention. When available, I would recommend trying frosted lemonade. Totally delicious!

This fast food franchise is in my opinion is one of the best.
They still seem to embrace old fashion values which is missing in many franchises.

Pretty standard friendly staff. I am always amazed with how amazing the staff is that works with this company. How did they make something so great that is completely absent in any of the other fast food establishments.
I stopped in quickly for a cup of coffee and a sandwich and was pleased with both. Always good tasting food with a smile!

Stopped in here on the way down from Nashville to Tampa. My original choice, Mike’s Grill, which got good Unilocal reviews, was closed after 3pm.
Chick Fil A was around the corner. The staff was super nice. They took our orders of waffle fries, a regular chicken sandwich for my wife and a Spicy chicken sandwich for myself, along with sodas and didn’t even bat an eye when they asked me my name for the order and I said «Abraham». I was waiting for the last name request (Lincoln of course) but it didn’t get that far. The order arrived quickly. We sat down and eat. Their sandwiches were very moist, the waffle fries were crispy as expected. The sodas were great. They even walked around a sample chilled Coffee drink for us to try, which was nice. Everybody smiling, taking the tray when it was empty… Pretty good service. If I’m back in this neck of the woods again, I’ll go there.

The food — oh the salad was fresh, not slimy, wilted or otherwise disgusting! YAAAY!
The restrooms had all touch free appliances great for germaphobes and the door opened out so you don’t have to touch it after washing your hands they really thought things through!
They still have a children’s play area! Bonus for families.
