Stopped here for dessert, Napoleon and Crème Brûlée, not bad, wasn’t the best I ever had but still not bad, I’d come back again.

I think before we went here and tried for of the desserts are favorite restaurant had been the German buffet with the fun musical show. However, the food here is absolutely amazing. I think that will have to come back at least a dozen more times just to try all of The Delectable things that we want to taste. You have to stand in a fairly long line that peels off to the right or left but the options on both sides are the same. There are way more options to choose from, including sandwiches salads soups and sweets then what you will find on the boards so you don’t really know what the prices are of all of the items. When you decide to turn right or left one of the Disney cast members will follow along with you and put on your tray every single thing that you point to. This can get very dangerous but we were able to get through with only three desserts and one cheese sandwich. However, this was no ordinary cheese sandwich. Nothing here seems to be ordinary everything is Big everything is super sweet everything has extra chocolate everything is OMG!

I can’t believe Ive waited this long to review this. I was super happy when they put this in the France Pavilion. The selection of food here is amazing, and its pretty upscale and great for counter service. I tend to always get the Croque Monsieur, the large or small macarons and a glass of champagne of course. The lines are usually pretty long but move quickly as they counter is well staffed. You can make your selections in line, then meet up with your person behind the counter who will take you all the way through to paying. Their macs are pretty good. Cookie is fragile, flaky and a bit chewy. The perfect texture. I wish they had a wider range of flavors though. Also a great tip is that this is usually open earlier than everything else in World Showcase so you can get into the park early and head here for breakfast. We have done that before and it was super easy and a nice breakfast option.

With so many great restaurants throughout the countries area at Epcot — we didn’t think we’d have any issue finding a quick bite to eat on a Tuesday afternoon. We quickly learned that most places took reservations(which we did not have) and that walk in waits exceeded 45 minutes. Les Halles is a great go-to as it’s a cafeteria set up line. Their sandwiches, while quite salty, were still a decent quality and under $ 10. The chocolate mousse is amongst the best I’ve ever had. Don’t let a longish line discourage you as it moves fast.

This place has a great concept during the early morning hours. Most shops in the area are closed, just like the rest of the walkway to the rest of the world showcase. This shop is the last one before the pathway to the rest of the world showcase closes down. So, they are actually open early. Meaning that everyone who gets to the barricade before 11, can either turn around and go back, or they can stop here for a bite. We decided to try the breakfast while waiting. Everything we tried was delicious. The frozen cappuccino was awesome. All the food was fresh and didn’t sit heavy at all. Of course it is a little pricey, but eating at a french eatery inside Epcot, it’s about what we expected.

Got the ham and cheese… Bread is amazing. Iv never has bread like that. Although the plainest sandwhich Iv ever had it was tasty. So reason for the four stars and not five? As I checked out, the cashier took a while and was carrying a full on convo in French in my face as I’m trying to give her my credit card. I’m sorry but I don’t care the language I think it’s rude.

This spot is an excellent choice for a quick and delicious lunch! Atmosphere: This is a counter style restaurant. All the choices are written on the menu above, and all the food is displayed in the cases below. This means they are pre made, but still taste fresh and delicious. In the front of the establishment is the seating area to the left, and the gift shop to the right. It has a nice, somewhat chaotic café feel. Service: The service is fine, you are basically just ordering and paying so it is minimum interaction. Food: The food has your French simple classics, like quiche Lorraine, ham and cheese, creamy soups and decedent desserts! I could just stare at the desserts all day. We tried the chocolate moose… you must order this. That’s all I’m going to say about it. My cheese plate was good, I had a nice assortment and large servings. The two times I’ve been to Epcot I’ve eaten here, and I definitely see it happening again in my future.

We stopped by after having dinner at Epcot. I felt like a kid in a candy shop when I arrived. Sandwiches, baked goods, macarons,…everything is delicious!!! Macarons — are made just right and also come in plastic container so can be transported easily without being damaged. Strawberry tart — flaky crust and yummy strawberries. I would recommend trying this!

Best macaroons. This place is worthy of a stop. You might want to take your purchase elsewhere to enjoy. Atmosphere is cafeteria like. But desserts are dead on.

I can’t understand the complaints here. There was nothing in this place I didn’t like. As for those who complain about the ‘french attitude,’ you might consider that most of the ‘cast members’ are French teens/early 20s who probably aren’t entirely fluent… if I were in France, I’d come off as snobby since I’m not fluent either. There’s not a lot of seating, but if you can drag your carcass 40⁄50 feet away, there are loads of benches. I had the quiche lorraine, which was great, and the chocolate duo which was to die for. Husband opted for the chocolate mousse, tween had pain au chocolate. I sampled each and loved them. As for complaints that items aren’t kept at a certain temp or are less than fresh: this is not a sit down dinner, and literally thousands of people come through in one morning, so I can understand why some things are stored a certain way. You owe it to yourself to have a breakfast/brunch/lunch here at least once during your stay, I doubt you’ll regret it.

Probably the best place I ate while I was visiting Disneyworld! Not too much of Disney food impresses me, but the potato and leek soup I got from here was delicious! Of course I was starving so I inhaled the whole thing… I had the crème brûlée for dessert which was just ok. Also took some macaroons with me and only two of those were ok(chocolate and orange) the rest were way too sweet and game this French pastry a bad name.

During the holiday season make sure to stop in for the yule log cake. It’s divine! Don’t be turned off by the long lines! They move fast! Best use of dining snack credits!

RECOMMEND: Strawberry tart is delicious if you like the strawberries and cream combo on a lovely flaky pastry. The pastry consists of 5 large half strawberries glazed with a thickened sugar syrup mounted on a heap of whipped cream and held together on a small tart crust. The whipped cream is light and airy and mildly sweet which is great because it lets the strawberry flavor take over. The pastry is very flaky, slightly sweet and adds another layer of texture to the dessert. Perfection.

So many options. Loved that I could get a sandwich and treat all at one place. So many drink options as well. Another place to get coffee which is good. The lines are long, but they move quickly, and they have the food ready to eat right in front of you. Only complaint is there is not enough eating space or tables. Tried a chicken and pesto sandwich — it could feed two people.

When everything looks so delicious how can you possibly choose? I mean there are all kinds of sandwiches and every pastry looks better than the one beside it… and there’s even wine and champagne available by the glass. My son and I finally«settled» on a chocolate éclair to share. It was fresh and wonderful. No regrets!

Staff not friendly at all. I ordered a box with macaroons thinking this would be a great place to buy them. Turned out they were hard as stones and tasted like sugar and food coloring. Worst macaroons I ever had in my life.

It has become a family tradition to always stop at this shop while visiting Epcot and get some pastries and dessert. My top choices are the chocolate mousse and eclairs. This place is good despite being in the super touristy Disney. Granted it is also probably due to the fact that Orlando doesn’t have many good bakeries like you would find in several larger cities so even locals like me still stop here whenever in Epcot. My one complaint is given the amount of traffic the shop gets daily, there is no need to store the croissants, and brioches refrigerated. Pastries are meant to be eaten at room temperature even if they are old, refrigeration ruins the texture.

3 stars for gorgeous desserts in EPCOT’s France section! Yes, the lines are long and the prices are steep– but that shouldn’t be a surprise on a theme park. The look of every pastry and dish is absolutely stunning. Perfect patisseries line the glass displays as you pick way too many while breaking from the wine and beer in surrounding shops. We opted for the Quiche(spinach, goat cheese) and the chocolate croissant. Both were good but not something I’d remember necessarily. The croissant in particular was cold, meaning the chocolate had hardened, but it was still a nice sweet change of pace. The seating is very limited for the crowds that gather, as is the case in most of the high-traffic stops at Epcot, so be prepared to stalk someone for a spot. I appreciated that they had both savory and sweet options(mmmm– going to give those sandwiches a try next time!) and always love that the folks that work there are actually from the county. Though they aren’t as overtly friendly as in Japan(no smiles when I visited), it’s still nice. Overall, a good place to stop and drool over beautiful pastries and grab a small bite.

Great place for a snack. Everything is fresh and really takes me back to my stay in Paris. A cold kronenburg with a Jambin, fromage and burre sandwich on really good bread. Place is a zoo most of the time so bring your patience. If there’s no place to site inside or immediately outside you can go down by the fountains even if you have a trey. They come and pick them up. Also get one of the people behind the counter to help you and she will get it all ready and take you straight to the register.

We’d read such great reviews of this place so we decided to stop in on a Tuesday afternoon. It wasn’t too busy. We’d at lunch at a place in Italy so we decided to get a little dessert. They’ve got a selection of desserts and sandwiches. We picked the parfait aux fruits($ 4.75) and frangipane($ 3.70). The young lady that helped us with our food wasn’t very friendly at all. We had a wait a little while to checkout because of a woman with a large order. There was two cashiers, yet the other cashier just kept checking out people behind us as we wait to cash out with the cashier helping the woman with he large order. The little dining area was rather loud, so we stepped out and ate our desserts near the fountain. The frangipane was okay, nothing crazy good. You could find the same thing at a grocery store. Same goes for the yogurt parfait. It was a freshening treat, but nothing that I’d every say«I need to get that again». I’ve had better French pasties at mom and pop places in Nashville.

I’m shocked that this bakery has an average of less than four stars. They serve some absolutely wonderful pastries here. I can’t tell you what any of the sandwiches are like. If you put this many beautiful desserts in a display case I am going to attack them like a rabid dog. Eclairs, tarts, mousse, croissants, macarons, etc. they’ve got them all! My favorite so far is the«Duo». It’s a little half-dome of dark chocolate with white chocolate shavings on the outside. Inside is delicious mousse and cake. The desserts I’ve had have ranged from«that was ok» to «sweet mother of mercy that was good!» I have to dock a star for the seating area. It’s just awful. For a place as popular as this it is just laughably tiny. Also several of the tables are standing-only. Not what you’re looking for when you’ve been on your feet in lines all day. The bathroom situation is completely bizarre. There are two individual rooms with one toilet and that’s supposed to be sufficient for all the people that show up here? What a strange design decision. When I go to Epcot it is a absolute certainty that I will be getting a treat from France. Whether it’s from Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie or L’Artisan des Glaces is an almost impossible decision to make. First world problems.

We stopped here in between meals to blow a few DDP snack credits and overall I’m honestly not as impressed as I thought I would be based on the reviews of other Unilocalers. First and foremost is that there is an annoying lack of seating. We came last week on one of the slowest weeks of the year for Disney at an off hour time in the middle of the afternoon and had to table shark along with a few other families. Second biggie is that service staff here(I guess like the French cliché?) is very laissez-faire. Too many staff members hanging out near the register doing nothing while a fair number of people were coming for the pastries which are in the cases before you get to the register. The overall vibe was very much a «you need to kiss their ass to get them to help you» type of thing. But what salvages this from being a one star turd review are that the actual products made here are outstanding. I was told the chocolate mousse was awesome(I hate chocolate so I wouldn’t know) just like the macaroon with raspberry and lime cream was heavenly along with being one of the few things for dessert they offer that does not have chocolate in it somewhere. They also offer a small array of sandwiches, salads and a stray quiche or two but I can’t comment on that as that’s not what we were here for and from what it looked like neither were most people. The stuff here is not life changing but it is decent and if you’ve got a few stray DDP snack credits you could do a lot worse than burning them here. Just make sure to have your insulin chaser ready because you’ll need it.

I regret not coming here for lunch. Their lunch menu looks so much more appealing than the other places in Epcot’s World Showcase. I also think the prices are pretty affordable compared to these other places too. However, my boyfriend and I did try them for dessert. My goodness, we were pretty much blown away. We ordered the raspberry macaron and the duo which is the white and dark chocolate mousse cake. They were both around $ 6 each, but definitely worth every bite. The raspberry macaroon was huge and it had actual raspberries in it with lime cream. It was fruity and fresh. Good thing we also had the chocolate cake to balance out the fruitiness. The white and dark chocolate mousse cake was so divine; rich and velvety. My mouth waters thinking about how darn good these desserts were. Definitely a five star for the desserts. Go Disney!!!

Before coming into Epcot, my mother mentioned seeing this place in the guidebook we had. We were striving to eat at a reasonable price our entire trip to Disney, and this was our French lunch option. We ordered a ham and cheese croissant and an apple and brie baguette. The bread was on par with Quizznos, which was unimpressive. The sandwiches were just standard but good. We did enjoy the Raspberry Mousse dessert we ordered, which was around $ 6. It was a good size to split. The attitude of the truly French employees was subpar but typical. Other employees were super nice. As mentioned, there is nowhere near enough seating, and the Disney guests were pushy and rude attempting to get a seat. This is a great, quick option in Epcot, and we would come back.

If you’re on the Disney dining plan, this place will definitely have something you like for a snack credit. There are so many options — cookies, mousse, cakes, crème brûlée, napoleons, eclairs, and lots of other French pastries. So don’t waste your snack credit on something silly like popcorn or peanuts. Wait til you get to France. It will be worth it!

This is a nice little French bakery in the heart of Epcot’s French section. There is a huge selection of food and every little item I bought ended up being phenomenal. Everything. Get this. They only hire people who are French as well, so you’re experience will be as if you’re really in France. I was actually quite surprised, but at the same time I really wasn’t as this is Disney we are talking about. There is plenty of selection and you can view the items on display as long as you like. There isn’t nearly as much seating as it should have, but not everything is perfect. Overall, a huge thumbs up.

The food here makes me feel like I’m actually back in Paris again. This is a great place to grab a light meal or a snack and it’s located towards the back of the France Pavilion at Epcot. Because it’s tucked back a wee bit, it can be easily passed by, but make sure not to overlook this little gem! I love the ham and cheese croissants. The croissants are pure perfection; made just the way they should be. Very light and buttery. I swear I could eat like a dozen of them! They do have other sandwiches and baguettes which look amazing, and I swear I’m going to try something else one of these days… just as soon as I can tear myself away from the ham and cheese croissants! :D They also many, many dessert options. I’m like a kid in a candy store with my eyes popping out of their sockets drooling over all the desserts here. Choosing is a huge challenge! I do highly recommend the maccarons and also the crème brûlée. Ahhhh… that crème brûlée. I promise, you’ll feel like you’re in France eating this food. The only negative thing I have to say about Boulangerie Pâtisserie is there just isn’t enough seating. This place is so very popular and it’s always difficult to get a table. You may want to have one person in your party on the lookout to grab a table while everyone else goes through the line.
