McDonald’s

Worse than even one star. Because I live up here I have given them chance after chance to get things together… What a mistake. We never expect much fun this place, after all it is still Mc Donalds. Never once have we had all of our food from there beyond room temp. So on Dec 24 we went thru the drive thru. No other cats in line and not one at the restaurant all I ordered was 2 of their little yogurt and fruit parfiets it took then almost 10 min to get them. We got home and I took a bit and it was bitter. My hubby looks at the date on the bottom and it was only 3 HOURS from being bad. GROSS THE THEM AWAY and let it go again. Tonight we decided one more time and if it is bad that is it. We had to wait and wait for our food only because they didn’t drop the fries. So our burgers and cheese sticks are beyond room temp to actually COLD. We let the burgers slide but I did take the cheese sticks back, they brought the same cheese sticks back after they microwaved then and there are no cheese left in it. The manager of so she says she is did not know up from down. So to avoid any future problems including possible food poisoning we will avoid that place like the plague. Also from what I understand although I do not know if it is true all three Mc Donalds are owned by the same person therefore we will not go to ANY of them up here since they can’t get the smallest one of the 3 to something above poison. Also if you read the review on this one the only decent reviews are because of the lake view which is not even this one. So in reality this actual one got crap reviews so beware consumer you have been warned.

It McDonalds. You get exactly what you expect from McDonalds. It does, however have probably one of the best views of any McDonalds in the country.

This McDonald’s has the best. view. ever. Seriously, the outdoor patio seating overlooks Lake Arrowhead. If you are looking for a refreshing, classy outdoor ambiance, ignore the standard clientele and dine here.
The food arrived reasonably quickly and was hot ‘n fresh. We splurged on the breakfast menu and so many cravings were satisfied for under $ 10.
I will not give McD 5 stars because none of them deserve that, however this is better than the rest.

I caved and ordered a latte. I should have stopped there, but I indulged my husband and decided to «be human» as he put it and order a sandwich. Two mistaken orders in a row (I’m veggie, and super cool about fast food employees being human too) & 25 minutes later, I throw the disgusting processed egg pancake in the trash, and walk out muttering «never again!» That will be the last $ 15 you ever get from me, Mickey Dees! The incredible view that people get of the lake while scarfing their processed, fat laden death food is the only reason I gave one star, and grudgingly…

I have a weakness for McDonald’s French fries and soft serve. But I have to say half the staff can’t seem to understand what I am saying, the French fries are either over salted or not salted at all and you can see the staff preparing food without gloves on. I don’t like seeing bare hands handling my food

Wow is all I can say! Such a breath taking view! My hubby insisted on having McDonalds for breakfast while vacationing and with that view how could I resist!

Don’t expect McDs discounts. …although…they did offer. 99 cent small egg nog shake on Jan 21… I should have asked what the expiration date was. It was like a melted taffy, super sweet and gooey. 2 stars for being on the lake.

My family and I went to this location yesterday around 4.00pm and had the worst experience! We ordered 3 hot chocolates, a coffee and 2 fries. The hot chocolates were ¹⁄₃^rd empty, all three of them! No whipping cream on it! The fries were ½ the cardboard container it comes in! We went to the counter to ask for hot sauce and a lady with an attitude ‘threw’ 2 packs at us! This is our second time to have this bad experience at this perticular location. The previous one was over a year ago. Looks like they have the same crappy service! Never again at this place… And shame on those who treat the customers bad and shame on their management! Dont want to give them even a single star…

I’m not a McDonalds fan at all, I would rather eat almost anything else available but as locations go this must be the best. Great location with patio seating overlooking the lake, clean with helpful staff. If your a Ronnie Mac’s fan then this is the place for you.

Ok, it’s NOT fine dining and I try to be patient especially in restaurants. But as burger joints go (my son thinks McDonald’s is the best place on earth) it’s fair at best. Great location but the food is iffy — we’ve had great and we’ve had bad so you definitely take your chance when dining here. I must say this store is far better than the one in Blue Jay which is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
I do miss one particular store manage who worked here (former Marine I believe). He ran the restaurant exceptionally well and they’ve gone downhill without him.

Came to this Mickey Dee’s on our visit to Lake Arrowhead. Very clean, and very quick service.

This McDonald’s is situated in the Lake Arrowhead Village Center. It is actually located in the lower portion of the village. We stopped by here because it was pouring rain and familiar to us.
Anyhow, they have this Assistant Manager that greeted us. He looked rather creepy. He had this enormous bow tie on. He seems to be stuck in the 60’s. He spoke in a very odd manner. Anyhow, I digress.
The fries I had were really crappy considering it just came out of the fryer.
The McRib was alright. At least they had a McRib. The drinks are self service so that’s a plus.
I believe it is one of the two McDonald’s in the area. Just avoid the friends and that creepy Assistant Manager with the large bow tie.

T’was here that I ended my two year-​long McDonald’s ban. My posse had to wait a little bit before check-​in and so we decided on some fries and hot drinks.
This McDonald’s has a beautiful view of the lake and the docks. The gloominess of the heavy rain provided us a great scenery to gaze upon as we ate.
The entrance to the docks are right next to the McDonald’s entrance. There is a large family of quack-quack’s the stick around the area, waiting for people to feed them.
Best McDonald’s so far!
