I’m really surprised by the negative reviews. I had an outstanding experience here. Service was very friendly and prompt, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Plus the views of the lake are stunning.

Ugh so tired of coming here every time I do the employees all have an attitude. Go to the one in blue jay where they are actually pleasant.

All I ordered was a medium hot chocolate. 30 seconds to get my order …
About 12 minutes to actually get my drink.
4 stars is for the view.

The menu is the regular McDonald’s menu, but the view is amazing. The food taste like any regular McDonald’s and they even sell breakfast all day.

Their fries were not up to par with the many other McDonald locations. Fries seemed like they were left outside and became stale.
Good location. Right near the parking lot, so it’s easy to find. Finding a parking spot in this area is difficult though! Granted we were here for Labor Day weekend though.
Lots of seating.

Forced to get coffee and a snack here.
Every other place in the village was boiling out the door with people.
This place was absolute chaos. No where to sit. Employees seemed to be really, REALLY angry that they were so busy.
While inn line, all I heard was snarky comments from the cashiers and really bad attitudes. For instance, someone ordered a chicken sandwich, it came out crispy and not grilled. The customer wanted to exchange it, and the cashier made him feel like an idiot. «You are supposed to choose crispy or grilled, this isn’t our mistake.» Really!
And we all know the photo shows a grilled chicken, and no indication whether or not you are supposed to choose one or the other.
I digress.
This place was a hell hole and I would rather jump in the icy lake than to come back.
But, like every other McDonald’s visit I have ever made, I quite deserve it for coming into the doors of this establishment and expecting anything other than misery.

Their menu is a standard mcdonald menu… the view is breath-​taking view of lake arrowhead from inddor or outdoor seating… what a great place they have…
The service is standart but the place is clean…
Overall, great place for quick breakfast when you are around the lake arrowhead area… 4 for the view!

The view is amazing. For a Mcdonald’s, it’s what you expect. Tasty, greasy, clean and cheap. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. It’s the best value for an incredible view of the lake.

clean & very nice staff. we came in & noticed they had a ‘social hour’ for McCafe drinks. buy 1 get 1. winner! :) choc chip frappé was good but the banana strawberry smoothie was a little strange… tasted more like a mixed berry drink but it’s McDonalds.

One of the better McDonalds I have visited! Great convenient location, plenty indoor and outdoor seating, and a friendly staff!

The best McD’s I ever been to. Why do you ask? Because there is a nice lake next to it. Who said you can’t have cheap lakeview dining? It is just sooo awesome.
You can choose to sit inside our out. but you will still get the nice lakeview. My best McD’s ever!

Ordered no. 11 grilled chicken club and the chicken breast was unexpectively tender. I enjoy the deck view of the lake. Expect loud noise from tourists.

Mc Donald’s in lake arrowhead has improved greatly I must say.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I have ever had. The food was served cold and the and the girl working the counter couldn’t be bothered, no soap in the bathroom. This is the second review I have ever taken the time to bother with. Mcdonlds taste pretty much the same every where I’ve ever had, but the meat at this place was different. foul in a werd way.
