Spa Rejuva & Massage

Due to multiple cervical spine surgeries, I get massages on a regular basis. I have a fabulous massage therapist at home and have never found anyone who has rivaled her until today. Kurt at Spa Maui & Massage (Spa Rejuva) was incredible! The hour long relaxation massage will not disappoint and I would highly recommend a longer massage if you have time for it!!!

Robert is an amazing therapist !! I get massages regularly and loved Robert’s technique. I have back and neck problems and Robert used hot stones, some deep tissue work as well as some stretches that completely relieved my pain. I felt amazing and pain free after my massage. Thank you Robert !

Today I had my first experience with Spa Rejuva, after driving past every day on my way to work decided to give it a try. Receptionists were very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Kim was my massage therapist for the Hawaiian Bliss massage (they are independent contractors who work there FYI. You’re credit card will be ran twice — once for the spa and the other for the therapist). The room was nice and quite most of the time. You could hear banging from the other side of the wall. The headrest had a strange odor and weird bar on it, a little uncomfortable but I got over it. I liked that Kim didn’t chitchat AT ALL, not even a «how are you», just asked about pressure occasionally. It was probably the most invasive massage I’ve ever received. She did a lot of work on my buttocks which I’ve never had a massage therapist go there before. There was also a lot of work on my chest near my breasts, never had someone work there before either. It felt like more rubbing of lotions on my body than actual massaging.
To sum up, fan of the facility and I would return, but not if the therapist was Kim.

I’m sure all the therapists here are great but I have to recommend that you ask for Robert! He has a great technique and goes above and beyond to create a great experience. I would also suggest adding the hot stones — he’s the best I’ve experienced with them!

I had the Hawaiian Bliss $ 79 special and added the hot stone treatment for $ 10 and Kim was my masseuse. I would highly recommend her my massage was THE BEST!
The noise and commotion in the reception area trying to pay afterward was not great. The receptionist is very disorganized and not well informed. Every other massage place I’ve been you pay first and then tip what you like and don’t have to wait around afterwards. It didn’t ruin the relaxation from my massage but almost.
Update one year later… I went back and again made an appt with Kim. When she came into the lobby with another masseuse to take me and my friend I overheard her tell the receptionist «I don’t want the big one». That would be me, tall and plus size. Well, that ruined my message experience from that instant on. I will not ever go back to this spa and suggest if you are also plus size not welcome here.

Spa Rejuva is fantastic!
As a local West side resident, I can vouch for this company. I love this Spa! All the staff is wonderful. Love Monica… she is so welcoming and always smiling. I have been going to this Spa for nearly 5 yrs. A few weeks ago I had a massage by Robert. He has an authentic Hawaiian technique and he includes some traction stretches leaving me feeling 5 inches taller. So I went back again today. What an amazing, passionate therapist! :-D Thanks Robert!

Best massage I’ve every had. Robert is amazing! Ask for him. Also make sure you get the hot rock massage. Its $ 10 additional is is like the icing on the cake. Relaxing and rejunating. A way to start or end a vacation. We had a couples massage with Martha too. Highly recommend this.

Great spa! We were staying at the Hyatt and this is way better than the Hyatt Spa. The ladies are very nice. Get the body scrub and massage combo. Well worth the money. Had a great experience. I’ll be back.

I’m a regular at Spa Rejuva! The owner Katrina is awesome; she did a great job on setting on the spa with it’s cleanness, professionalism with all her therapist and attention to detail on what your body needs.

Heidi really knows the body. I had a 90 minute massage– deep tissue — and was quite pleased. Trigger points were hit perfectly, I was introduced to Lomi Lomi and she even took care of a bruised rib I got from surfing. Don’t hesitate to go here– I get massage every month or two and Heidi rates in top 10%.

I am giving the stars for the spa. Not the massage received by Robert.
When I first arrived at the spa, I noticed it was clean and smelled good like a spa should. The room I was in was very nice, big! Not like the normal little rooms.
I did have a problem with my massage therapist Robert, he sounded like he knew what he was doing. But in reality, he is all talk. I would go into further details about him, but he is subcontracted, so I cannot blame the spa.
After the issues with my massage, I spoke with the owner, who was very sweet and did whatever to make me happy.
I would recommend going to this spa. The price wasn’t bad for a vacation spot, if you get the massage you want.
The owner is now on top of the therapist, so I don’t feel you would have any problems.

Spa Rejuva is an amazing find. Robert is so knowledgable and professional. He did some amazing stretches for my neck and shoulders, and also for my legs. I went in with a stiff neck and sore back, but came out feeling brand new. Trust me, I’m choosey. Spend an hour with Robert, or treat yourself to 90 minutes, and let him work his hot stone magic. You will be glad you did.

Robert is amazing! He worked on my husband and I the last day we were in Maui and I wished we had more time with him. He instantly knew where our problems areas were and explained everything he was doing and everything he was feeling. He is so knowledgeable! I felt lucky to have had an expert such as himself work on us. We already can’t wait to go back for some more relaxation at Spa Rejuva. Thank you Robert! You made our last day even more memorable.

I went to Spa Rejuva for a prenatal massage on the first day of my Hawaiian vacation. I am 6 months pregnant and had yet to have a prenatal massage but my back was aching from the long flight overseas. Fortunately Robert was able to take me with just an hour’s notice and was AMAZING! I felt 100 times better afterwards. I even scheduled a second massage with him at the end of my week so that he had enough notice to bring in his special pregnancy massage padding which allowed me to lay on my stomach. (Note: if you’re going for a prenatal massage, give him 24 hours notice to bring in his tummy padding equipment otherwise you’ll have to lay on your side.)
I felt very lucky to have stumbled across such an expert with little to no research done on my part. I highly recommend Robert for anyone (pregnant or not) looking for a great massage! Plus at around half the cost of the resort spas, you can’t beat the price!

Robert is the best. Will be flying out from Los Angeles soon to get another massage from him. Always top notch quality. In addition he’s one of easiest people to talk to and just totally unwind and forget about your worries.
Why bother with going anywhere else. SEE ROBERT. You’ll never forget it.

Great massage! I was 6 months pregnant and Raju gave me an amazing massage! I wasn’t really sure what to expect from a pregnancy massage but I felt really relaxed and he seemed to get all the knots out of my neck and back. My husband and I did a couples massage and he also was a fan of his massage. The place itself isn’t anything special in terms of a spa, but for the price… it really can’t be beat in Maui. We actually booked a second massage during our trip because we enjoyed the first so much :)

These other reviews are spot on. Mediocre at best and very rushed. Wasn’t relaxing. Female did my massage she talked half the time and rushed everything and like all the other reviews say, was shorted the full hour. Maybe a 50 minute massage. It’s the companies fault because they stack the massages on the hour.
My wife had the male masseuse. She said it was one of the worst ever. He talked the entire time and discussed how he will do anything to get a 5 star Unilocal review. She said it was very awkward. There is definitely a reason why it is priced so much lower than the real spa’s. Will definitely not go back and do not recommend this place. Sorry.

We signed up for a 6pm one-​hour $ 85 massage, PLUS TAX (most states don’t charge tax on labor).
I’ll try to briefly summarize our couples massage from yesterday:
— Started 15 minutes late (after being told to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did)
— Then, «60 minute massage» was actually 51 minutes of touch time. Yes, we noted purposely.
–My wife and I agree that these were amateur massages. We get massages at home 4−6x/month, as a reference. These were very very light in pressure, quasi-​fingertips only.
— Massages were not organized. Meaning, there was no symmetry to the massage (I.e. 2 minutes on left arm, 4 minutes on right arm, did left neck and not right neck.
I have this feedback to the front desk woman, and she said we were «already receiving last year’s pricing» but would go to $ 79 for each of us (looking at data, THAT is last year’s pricing). Honestly, that wasn’t enough discount to me as we received 15% less massage time and were only discounted 7%. At home we normally tip 50% to the masseuse, but we decided on just 10% for each this time given our overall disappointment.
