Great store has everything for those needing some assistance. Their sales to the guys who come pick up and deliver are great. Awesome customer service and they really listen to you so they can direct you and be helpful. Got to give them a 10+. A special shout out to Martha who helped get my power lift chair early. It was really appreciated I really needed that chair, it was a god send. I highly recommend their power lift chairs especially if you don’t have 24 hour help or like me undergone serious surgery. Also, the even the pick up guys were helpful and same for the drop off. 10+ all around. Definitely recommend.

DMES is the best at what they do. They have the most excellent customer-​service, and really take the time to help their customers with the utmost care. I have a particular person I love to see who helps me out named Mia. She is spectacular! She really helps out to the best of her abilities to make sure my grandmother is always comfortable and getting what she needs. I highly recommend to go here and can’t wait to come back with my grandma!

Know before you go that they will not work with you if you need to return the equipment early because it is not meeting your needs. They will not refund your money. You are stuck paying for it even though you can’t use it.

I came in looking for a wheel chair for my father, and was helped by Martha, she went above and beyond, I ended up with the perfect wheelchair that was perfect for putting in and out of the car, I got him a memory foam cushion, Martha had a lot of patience and listened to our needs and was able to assist us in finding something convenient for us and perfect for my dad.
