I normally LOVE Jersey Mikes but they totally skimped on the meat! When I asked for more, the employee told me it was the appropriate amount.

I’m from Wilmington Delaware. I finally found the unique East coast taste of an Italian sub and a cheese steak. The staff is great. Make sure you register your phone number cause there is a rewards program for free sandwiches. They even have tasty cakes.

I love this Jersey Mike’s. The staff is very friendly. If you want a true sandwich come here! I have not returned to subway since I discovered this location. You can taste the freshness in their subs!

You can actually get a «real» sandwich here. If you’re a vegetarian and you’ve ever been to Subway, you don’t get anything but bread. Just ask for more cheese, and they tell you, «we have to charge you for more». Really? Well, you can take the skimpy sandwich and shove it. I’m going to Jersey Mike’s!

I’m from Boston, Mass and I know what a good east coast sub tastes like. These guys(Jersey Mikes’s) is as close as I have found. quality rolls, quality meat and prepared authentically for that east coast flavor. Tip, try the crushed sweet/hot red peeper relish(its more tangy than hot), they use this in Boston and it amazing!

This Jersey Mike’s is my favorite place to go for subs. Not only is the food well priced, fresh, and delicious – the service is fantastic. Getting greeted by name whenever I walk in is still one of my favorite parts about going here. The subs being my favorite part, obviously! If you want a fantastic sub, with exceptional service – go to Jersey Mike’s. You’ll be really glad you did. Yeah #7! Thanks so much to Roman, Jonathan, Brad, Jameel, and Josh. You guys are the absolute best.

Definitely a notch above Subway with their wide selection and fresh cut meats. I actually got strayed from the sandwiches and ordered a yummy wrap. The only downside to everything being made to order was the longer wait time.

This is the worst Jersey Mikes I have been to. One thing to look out for — the prices on their sign are lower than what they are actually charging you. The difference isn’t going to make or break my decision to order a sandwich but if a customer points this out, the expected response would be to update the sign instead of simply saying«thanks for pointing this out.» Also, store cleanliness is not something they take seriously. The tables always have bread crumbs all over and I even saw a couple flies hanging out on their cutting board

After stopping by to share a poor experience I had, the Assistant Manager gave me the best service and made the best sandwich today, ever. Wish I knew his name. Definitely, restored my patronage.

Jersey Mike’s is a far better establishment then any other sandwich place. They provide the freshest ingredients and slice their meats in front of you. This particular location shows great pride in their operations from their enthusiastic customer service, great quality of its products, and cleanliness of the store. You will always go right with this Jersey Mike’s.

Always fresh. Great cheesesteaks. Subways are slightly plain. Lots of bread on these sandwiches

I had never previously eaten at any Jersey Mikes, but I had(basically) a voucher for a free sandwich from an Angels game ticket, no purchase necessary so ya know, carpe diem. I wish I could remember the staff members’ names because they were both super nice and friendly. Greeted me when I walked in, recommended the best sandwich for a first timer, and chatted with me while I waited. Sandwich was great and so was the staff. I’ll definitely return.

Maybe I caught an off night, but every question I asked was met by a «no soup for you»(*Frasier reference) reply(by a young 30-ish blonde haired man with a mustache… manager?). Anyway, new to the location. First and last visit. No comment on the food. I cancelled my order & left. –Tip #1: Nix the condescension.

Hands down worst Mikes anywhere. Took literally 15+ minutes to make our simple sandwiches. Guy took the order, sliced the bread and there they sat for 10 minutes! They were not busy and at least 4 men«working» behind the counter. May have been 5. To top it off, after we got our sandwiches an Asian family with limited English tried to order at the register. Guy working the register tells them, you don’t order here you order at the deli counter from him when he’s ready. Then walks by this HE, who appears busy with his back to the counter cleaning something. The guy from the register says nothing to the guy with his back to the deli counter but rather walks past him to the other end and starts chatting with another worker. These poor people stand there waiting to be acknowledged, obviously confused for at a minimum 10 minutes. I was thinking I was on an episode of «What would you do» and going to get up and get someone’s attention before John C walked in when… Finally someone comes up to the counter. «Oh you want to order?» Duh ask the guy chatting in the corner. With some struggle they communicate their order. Three tuna sandwiches. Guess what, 15 min later sandwiches aren’t made! I actually timed it!!! The were just maybe ringing them up when we left. These poor people were right behind us when we Finally Got Our order.

First time coming into a Jersey Mike’s and it was just plain bad… Walked into a full dining room and didn’t know were to order, so I started reading the menu. Wasn’t greeted initially, that is until the manager stopped griping at his two employees about taking breaks. He then noticed I was standing there and said«hello sir, I’m gonna get one of them to help you.» Okay… A tall kid turns around and says«what can I get for you» and I replied with«a #20… Please.» While he was making the regular pastrami Reuben another manager came out to the line and asked the tall kid«are you helping him?»(meaning me) The kid nodded and the manager then looked to me and said«he’ll ring you up over there» while pointing to the first manager who was now standing at the cash register with a big smile on his face(I gathered this was either the GM or the owner). They seem to like delegating tasks to each other at this Jersey Mike’s… The first manager then tries to lay on the charm saying«alright sir, how are you doing? You got the #20? Cool… That’s $ 8.59» all in the same sentence… At that point I was feeling shuffled around and he could tell I was not initially happy with what was going on. He then asked if I was a member of whatever discount card they had, and I said no, and then asked if I wanted to sign up. I scoffed at it; I mean after all that just transpired why would I want to join? For some reason he seem surprised and I guess he figured I was just another lost cause.(Sigh) I wanted to eat-in in hopes of receiving the same service an older couple got when a third manager delivered subs to them personally… She got a small round of applause from the staff for her efforts — way to go her! I payed, was given a water cup, and then told that the order was coming up… So far okay. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. Looked around for a table, but most were occupied or dirty, so I settled for a seat by the door. Waited a while for the sandwich to be made, later figuring out that what I was really waiting for was the microwave to beep… Sandwich is ready, and the first manager held it up in the air and said«here’s your sandwich, sir» and then set it on the counter. It was wrapped in foil, no bag, no tray, no thank you, no nothing… He turned his back and then started hounding the tall kid about how he was«doing it all wrong…» What it was that the tall kid was doing I will never know, but it seemed more important than anything else that was going on at that moment. After the complete lapse in customer service I left my water cup and split, hoping the sub would save the experience… The #20 was a complete and utter mess. Although the pastrami was good and tasted fresh, there was about two cups of thousand island dressing slathered on the bread and a very light amount of sauerkraut. The wheat bread was also very chewy from being over microwaved. I spent a total of seven minutes in the restaurant and in that time I was completely put off with the whole Jersey Mike’s brand. Horrible from beginning to end… All I wanted was a good sub from somewhere other than Togo’s or Subway. Next time I’ll head across the street.

I’m from Boston, Mass originally. IMO, one of the big shortcomings in California had been their shortage of authentic, flavorful, sub sandwiches. I have found Jersey Mikes subs to have great flavor and are in deed made similar to some of the back east shops. I believe they have the best subs in south Orange County. North Orange County has Lil Pickle, which is also very good.
