Such bad service. Two people working in the store, when I shopped with my two kids for 3 pair of shoes, but I didn’t get any help or offer of help from the employees.
When finally at the front register to pay, one pair of shoes didn’t have a box and I wanted to price check it first. Santos, the manager was annoyed and absolutely rude about the price check.
If my kid wasn’t so excited about his new Star Wars shoes, I would’ve left without shopping. I don’t care to support any retailer who doesn’t train their employees in customer service.
When leaving, I told him that he has a bad attitude. His answer while throwing up his shoulders was: «oh well, too bad».

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a shoe store. They did not want to help. And when they finally tried, it was very poor. Usually when a customer looks like he/she is looking at something, the employee is supposed to come over and help. Never coming back to this store.

Small shoe store located in a large shopping plaza off of Alicia and Pacific Park Drive. They are located next to Tilly’s and Bath & Body Works, and have ample space for parking.
My mom and I came here yesterday looking for some shoes — we didn’t find what we were looking for, but did end up purchasing some socks. After the associate, Ryan, rang us up, my mom asked if he could change her dollar bill into quarters. The cashier told her that, «I could’ve when the register was open…» Really?! You can’t re-open the register to break a bill? What pathetic ‘customer service’.

I have been a fan of Famous Footwear for a long time now. They have a great selection of shoes and sizes, and if they don’t have your size, they’ll order it and ship it to your house.
The best time to go is when they have their «Buy One get one half off» sale, which usually happens during back to school time!

This is a good, moderately priced shoe store. It has a variety of shoes for the whole family. I go there primarily for my kids, who go through shoes like candy.
I recommend joining their rewards club. It pays. They send all kinds of coupons and I’ve save quite a bit of cash using them. Also, when they didn’t have the size I wanted, they had the correct size shipped to me quickly and at no cost. Nice.
The staff is always helpful. The only reason I give it three stars is because of the size of the store. It’s small which limits selection.
