This is what they advertise vs what you actually get… any questions? Go back to your healthy salad you guys, much safer.

Never again. Spent nearly $ 20 for 2 burger combos. Asked for no cheese on mine. Got the receipt and it said no American Cheese on it. Got home and it was smothered in cheese. Couldn’t even wipe the goopy yellow nastiness off one patty. It clung to the burger patty. Threw the burger patty out and and made my double a single and ate. Half way through my stomach is hurting. Forget this horrible place for good! My girlfriend got her food how she ordered it and didn’t like it much either.

STEERCLEAR of their Mexican, Green Burrito Beef Tacos!!! Or probably ANY of their Mexican for that matter… I’m guessing they don’t switch/rotate/sell it that much so it probably sits there too long. My Husband and I BOTH got VIOLENTLYILL for 2STRAIGHTDAYS! I cant remember the last time I was THATSICK. My stomach is still burning and sour, RANCID. Never had a problem with their regular menu… but I think I’ll pass on that too. If they let that stuff go bad, who’s to say they don’t with the rest? Is it worth your health? I think not!

Have to say… the All Natural Burger is pretty tasty! I have had it a few times now and it’s pretty good. Sometimes when the line is longer then normal at In and Out, I get my burger here! Sorry!

Not worth the 1 star! Stay away from this carls jrs. They replace their $ 6-$ 8 patties with ones that would usually be on a dollar menu. I usually like carls jr but this experience was horrible. I could not understand what the drive through guy was saying because he barely spoke english and he kept asking me to repeat myself. THISISLAGUNA mostly everyone speaks english. That’s bad management get someone else at the drive through window and make sure the cooks are not messing with your customers orders. Common sense.

Typically when you see a long drive thru line, it’s either that the food is amazing or the staff is super slow. Unfortunately, it was the later of the two. Then top it off with the worst fries you could ever eat and equally nasty chicken tenders. My combo was 8.291 and not worth a penny. I ended up drinking my orange soda, trashing the fries and my dog ate the chicken(after I scratched the breading off). Can’t tell if it’s the oil that’s gone bad or that they fry everything in the same container… All I know is that not only does it taste awful, it smells funny too. Won’t be back.

Based on previous comments, this is for the location on Camino Capistrano which doesn’t appear to be listed. If you’re headed North, keep going to Oso/Pacific Park. Heading South, keep going to Christianitos. Both are far better in service. The staff is not only poor at doing their job, the are rude while doing it. In-n-Out next door or Jack In the Box/Del Taco on the other side of the freeway will get my drivethru business going forward.

I barely eat at any Carl’s Jr. but this week end while traveling in the North of CA and OR, I had lunch at one of the chain stores. I ordered a chicken burrito. When the food were at the table, I felt my appetite was already ruined. The burrito was wrapped in a piece of paper which was very sticky that I had a hard time to separate it and the juice from the inside running out all over the wrapper. What a mess! Plus the taste is worse than a 99– cent frozen one we bought at the grocery store. Never eat at Carl’s Jr. again. No wonder they have to pay tons of money to do the controversial commercials on TV to attract curious customers.

Update: They lowered the volume on the Carl’s Jr TV. Much better now. Regular french fries are still pretty good here. As usual, the restaurant was clean. I tried taquitos from the Green Burrito menu. They were all right. My guy tried the San Diego burrito(has french fries in it, in addition to steak, salsa, guacamole, shredded jack and cheddar cheese). This one was good. The chain places coupons in the coupon mailers, newspapers, and on their website regularly.

Oh how I love Carl’s Jr… those Famous Stars are too much for me to resist, leading to my inevitable 500-pound weight gain. I frequent this CJ, and they consistently overcharge and/or forget part of my order. I suggest when you get your receipt/total/order you check thoroughly because the employees just don’t care if you get your fries AND drink. CJ should really not be expensive but that’s hardly the fault of this location.

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich at the drive thru. When I got home I saw the chicken was burnt to a crisp. I called the manager. He told me it was just crispy. I contacted customer service and they ignored me. Stay away from this place. The one in Aliso viejo is better.

Do not go for the $ 6 burger. I didn’t get the full $ 6 burger, I got a smaller version… but this did not satisfy my craving for a burger. I went because they send out tons of coupons in the mail, but so not worth it. Definitely go to In and Out instead!

Why is fast food so expensive now?! The quality or portions hasn’t improved, the workers are still underpaid migrants, and inflation hasn’t been that cruel. I ordered two Steak/Egg breakfast burritos from the drive-thru and was shocked to see that it cost $ 4 per burrito! I could practically go to a sit-down restaurant for those prices! Each burrito is diminutive in size, the steak of tough and oversalted, and each burrito is 700 calories almost entirely from fat. I’m not going to lie, it was actually pretty yummy with the cheap salsa. If you have coupons, I’d recommend coming here. Without coupons, stay away.

Food was always ok from Carl’s Jr. BF and I decided to stop at Carl’s Jr on the way to our new house in Irvine because we were starving. First, we walked up to the counter and I said, «Hi, how are you?» and the person behind the counter just looked at me like I had four heads. She had no common courtesy, let alone any understanding of the English language outside of the basics needed to do her job. I ordered the Bourbon Six Dollar burger(promo at the time) and the BF ordered the Western Bacon Six Dollar burger with no mayo. I got a Guacamole Six Dollar burger and the BF got a regular Six Dollar burger. How in the world do you manage to get the served burgers from the originally ordered burgers??? We ate the burgers and left. I was fuming. Señorita that took our order was too BUSY in the back with her other amigas to give a crap about us. I called corporate about the service we got and played phone tag with someone at their office for two or three days. I called them during normal business hours, never got a human on the other end, just a voice mail system. Someone would call me back the next day when I was at school, he would leave a voice mail for me to call him back. I gave up, I don’t have the time to play phone tag with people. In the end, there is a Carl’s Jr by our new house in Irvine and it is a total 180 from this place in LN.
