Horrible. I’ve never once had a good experience as they always find a way to screw up my order. Today it was no fork for my salad to go and no straw for my drink. Guess I’ll go enjoy my salad with my hands now…

«Can’t beat the $ 4 deal!!!» I love Wendys, good food, great prices. The Frosty, great chili, love the ceaser salad, though now it double in price, and still not enough dressing or croutons, every time I ask for extra and never get it!!! ill pay extra if i have to, i cant do anything with lettuce, well I’ll put it in my burger but wanted more salad… «The reason for the one star and I hate to do it is because I’ve given over four times and they always screw up my order and jip me!!! Last time I got shorted two fries, how??? i got 3 of the $ 4 deal, should be three of each. If they would just take a breath and make sure all the food is in the bag. That is why I believe in less employees that are paid more and work faster and harder

Absolute joke, this place should not show up when one searches«fast» food, because it took over 20 minutes from when I placed my order to when I got my food — which was cold by the time I got it. Made a comment to the worker and got a «that’s just the way it is» response.

Good food at very reasonable prices. Love their baked potatoes which are hard to find at fast food places. I don’t understand the negative reviews.

Just went through your drive thru. I was helped by «alolfo». We ordered a chicken sandwich, and a ¼ pounder with cheese. Both items we ordered with onion, one of them with tomato. We received both without tomato or onion. In addition to receiving the incorrect order, we were charged $ 18.46. That seemed high to me, so I requested your employee repeat the price two more times. Each time, «Adolfo» told me the same price of $ 18.46. Upon reaching the window I asked for a receipt. When he headed it to me the total sale price read $ 15.46, and«Adolfo» handed me three $ 1 bills. It became obvious to me at this point that your employee was trying to overcharge us and pocket the extra money. I will no longer be a @Wendy’s customer and will be taking my business to @McDonald’s and other reputable fast food restaurants that will not steal my money. I urge all other Unilocal customers to avoid this thieving location and take your business elsewhere.

Thanks! Burnt bread was EXACTLY what I wanted on my sandwich. There’s never been a single time I’ve visited here where I walked away with a right order or edible food. Never again.

Terrible service. I can’t stand a particular cashier employee here; makes me feel uncomfortable. She doesn’t act friendly and has a rough look to her. They don’t accept expired coupons anymore. Well, guess what? I’m not giving anymore business to them. This used to be a good fast food joint but management changed and so came along a lousy new crew! Place needs an updated look like the one in Tustin.

Got home from the drive-thru only to find my Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger wasn’t in the bag. I tried calling the store repeatedly but no one ever answered. After tons of rings a message comes on asking for an access code. That’s the final straw for me. I understand that people make mistakes, but when no one is even available for me to tell about it it only makes things worse.

Walked in and walked out. Was really in the mood for Wendy’s but this place has seen better days. Call me picky but When I walk into a place that prepares food, I expect it to be clean and reasonably up to date. The poor condition of the restaurant combined with a rancid oil smell you can almost taste was enough to keep me away today. Hopefully a renovation is in the works soon.

Maybe it’s just busy but I’ve been standing in this line for about 5 mins now and have only moved about a foot. I like coming here because the burgers are more juicy compared to mcd carls bk etc. I’d give it 4 stars for the food and 2 stars for the wait. Hopefully next time is better Also, I asked to have my order for«here»(not to go) but they gave me my food in a bag

Our fries were totally saltless and the worker just wanted to get rid of us. My strawberry tea was awful I took a sip and my mouth was full of nasty warm strawberry syrup and there went all the sweetener for my tea. So gross. And I know it would’ve been good if they would have added more ice and a stir maybe. Ugh nothing worse then getting drive thru food hm and it being awful. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at Wendy’s :/. And we drove back and I got a sprite. The girl inside was so nice and she offered to get us a new order but we’re full of saltless fries

From time to time as I get off the freeway, I stop here to get a burger/fries or berry iced tea. The food is good and the service in the drive thru is reasonably quick. The staff are nice but wish they would be a bit more generous with the catsup. I always ask for extra and only get one. For someone that loves catsup, this can be a bit irritating. This is when those huge bottles of Heinz from Costco come in handy ;-)

Well if I am eating fast food this is where I go. This is one of my vices. Move over katsup my french fries are getting a chocolate frosty.(YES I STILLDIPMYFRENCHFRIESINMYSHAKES) Who cares that the hamburgers are square??? I feel like I get more beef that way. I think it is better you can actually see the meat on the bun… you do not have to play hide and seek with it.

Tonight, received the best service ever from a fast food burger chain while eating inside: took my Foursquare coupon with ease, took my free frosty key fob even though I left in the car, and brought food to my table with spoon and napkins. Nice!

The guy in the drive through is the sole reason for the 4 stars! The food is Eh what ever its a drive threw same old food, just another day. But hey, at least the bacon was cooked accuratly at this location. This guy had me cracking up. I pull up, I pay, he hands me my daughters milks, and says, here are your two bud lights. I laugh. He hands me my coke and says I slipped some Jack in there for you. I laugh harder. He hands me my bag of food and says thank you for stopping at Sizzler have a nice day. I pull away laughing. This man had amazing humor. He may/may not hate his job, but at least he can crack a joke to a stanger in the drive through.

On the way home from scoring my new headphones from Bose, we decided what was in the refrigerator and freezer at home was going to cut it for dinner and started think what we snatch and grab. Right off the 5 Freeway at Alicia there are a number of fast food choices, but Wendy’s stuck out because we hadn’t given them our patronage in many a month(or year). During the Winter of 1969, Wendy’s was started by Dave Thomas in Columbus, Ohio, a year after selling his share in 4 Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises back to Colonel Harland Sanders for $ 1.5 million. This sale and his experience working laid the foundation for opening his restaurant chain. The name«Wendy’s» was in reference to Dave’s eight year old daughter whose real name was Melinda Lou, but had trouble pronouncing it at a young age. Her nickname was actually«Wenda», but Dave decided to go with«Wendy’s». Dave fashioned the restaurant chain after Kewpew Hamburgers in his hometown of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Kewpew was known for its square hamburgers and thick shakes. Wendy’s has been credited with several first in the fast food industry including the first modern-day, drive-thru window in 1971 and the first salad bar in 1979. Other than Dave appearing in over 800 commercials himself, probably one of the most famous campaigns of all time was the«Where’s the Beef?» campaigns in 1984 featuring a feisty Clara Peller. Dave Thomas passed away from cancer in 2002 at the age of 69, but lived to see his vision become the third largest burger chain in the United States behind McDonald’s and Burger King. Upon his death, Dave Thomas’s estimated assets were worth $ 4.2 billion. Not bad for a high school dropout turned head cook at a restaurant. Rohlinism: Everyone has dreams … few succeed in making them into a reality. Wendy’s has a bit more simplistic menu than their competitors serving basically Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches and Wraps, Garden Sensations Salads, Fries and Sides and Frosty Desserts in various forms. I believe the reason I had stayed away for so long was about 3 years ago Wendy’s changed their fries by using Sea Salt. Usually I am a fan of Sea Salt, but I even found the amount used offensive to my palate and stopped eating here. I was hoping after 3 years, the employees had become less liberal in their application of the Sea Salt. When we rolled into the Drive-Thru line it was wrapped around the restaurant … ugh! I am not sure who to blame for the long line, but I would suspect it was the people ordering the food. C’mon people! It is fast food … is it really that hard to figure out? Our order went very quickly, the better half wanted the #2 Combo(Dave’s Hot and Juicy Double Cheeseburger) with Small Fries and Iced Tea. I ordered the Limited Time Offered Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger Combo with Medium Fries and a Coke. The order was delivered in two separate bags(as opposed to in the same bag which inevitably crushes something), the order was accurate, the only thing which was missing was some ketchup packets(if you don’t ask, very few places will provide them). The food was somewhat warm when we got it home, we sat down and started to eat. Laina forgot to order her burger sans pickles, so I scored some pickles from her burger. I didn’t hear any complaints about her food otherwise and her burger was nice and juicy for a fast food burger. The pretzel bun my burger was wrapped in looked the part, but I didn’t get much of pretzel taste from it, The rest of the burger was good and I think Wendy’s has better meat and ingredients than their main competitors. The fries were not overly salted, so I was grateful for that. I think I will start frequenting Wendy’s again in the future and maybe next time conclude my meal with a Frosty Dessert.

Been going here for ages because it is so close to the freeway. They are very speedy with their orders. They have a bunch of trash cans I can dump my trash when using the drive through. Went here for lunch by the drive through and the menu was so clean that it was tough to read because of the sun glare lol. They are pretty consistent compared to the other fast food places. Maybe once in awhile they will forget a spoon, fork, or straw.

Ok while my car was being washed, I wandered over to Wendy’s for lunch. I ordered this home style chicken sandwich and a drink. This was one of the most bland chicken sandwiches I have ever had. Not bad, not good, like eating something totally devoid of any taste. I tried to choke down this cardboard. Got about a third of it down and gave up. Another thing I thought odd about this place is there is no soda fountain access for customers. You have to go up to the crowded counter and ask for a refill. I won’t be back…

I usually like Wendy’s burgers. For fast food, it’s my second choice after In & Out. Today wasn’t an awesome experience. The line at the drive thru was fairly long so I jumped out of the car and zipped inside. The server acknowledged me and took my order right away. That’s where the awesomeness stopped. It took a long time for them to prepare the food. I could hear two guys in the prep area – one instructing the other s… t…e…p by s… t…e…p. It was painful. While I waited, seven drive-thru customers were served… and then I waited some more. Although I’d ordered my meal to go, they put it on a tray«for here.» I had to request that it be bagged. Normally my food is hot and fresh from this Wendys. Not today. My burger was dry and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. My fries were lukewarm and not crisp at all. Although the dining room has a TV, it plays Wendys promo information only. Boo. Not coming back to this Wendys soon.
