Hotel is great. Bar is good with a fantastic selection of alcohol. Brooke the bartender is great. Highly recommend.

Never. Again. Claimed they renovated the entire hotel but based on my room it’s pretty apparent they spent most of their renovation $ on the lobby. One of the elevators has been having issues for at least a year– And I am 100% sure of this bc I have stayed here twice within the last year– one of my worst decisions. It’s odd too, because most Hiltons I stay at are fine. I had a conference here and the room where it was held made me feel like I was in a depressing, dingy bar. Toilet pressure is really low, so get ready to not be able to flush at random times. I would give this hotel NEGATIVE1000 stars if I could-RUN AWAYFROMTHISTHISPLACEASFASTASYOUCAN. Horrible.

All though it was over all a clean room. It turns out it had Bed Bugs!!! I have bites on both arms and both ankles. Yuck!!! I have traveled for 9 years for work and this is the 1st time this has happened. The reviews online make no mention so I am hoping that this is an isolated incident.

We love this hotel when we are in this area. All the staff are super friendly and go the extra mile to be helpful. The ease of checking in makes a long drive less daunting. We always look forward to showering in their very hot water and going to sleep in the comfy bed with crisp clean smelling sheets. The room is always at the right temperature when we walk into the room. The negative is the room isn’t cleaned to my liking. It’s so dusty and white new white socks got dirty just walking around the room. Commode seat broken in 305 and also the hanger on back of bathroom door is hanging by a sliver of wood. Otherwise, we love coming here And… I must brag on their LG tv. So clear that you can see the actors make up. Wow!

This is a great, centrally located hotel. Almost everything is within 10 minutes driving in any direction. I only have 2 complaints. 1 — went down to restaurant at 10:55am. Breakfast was being shutdown so we ordered lunch. Major miscommunication between waitstaff and kitchen staff. Took us 35 minutes to get our lunch due to changing of the staff. Waitress and hostess both apologized and comp’ed one of our orders. This was great but they should have noticed us sitting there tapping our fingers on the table before it reached that point. The waitress walked by us several times without even acknowledging us. 2 — hotel advertises laundry facilities. Not so much. Had to go to coin operated location nearby. But, aside from those 2 complaints, I would still stay here again. I’ll just make sure I don’t need to eat in the restaurant and that I won’t need to do laundry while I’m there.

Now that the renovations are almost done this place looks great. As always Kevin Bourgeois and his staff are quick to check me in and out. They are very helpful when I Ask for restaurant recommendations in the area or a good men’s clothing store. Nothing worst than forgetting a belt or tie when you have a big meeting the next day. The executive lounge on the 15th has a nice breakfast and also a nice view in the evenings while grabbing a cocktail. I have been staying here since 1999 and the new look was much needed. This will make my stays here much easier with the new lobby bar and restaurant menu.
