I have visited this location 3 times in the last month. I went through the drive-through on each visit. The first visit was fine. I received the food I ordered and paid for, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I was fairly pleased with the quality of my food. The second visit was a complete and utter travesty of fast-food. I sat in the drive-through line for literally 40 minutes. I wanted to simply drive away, but the drive-through lane is bordered by a grassy island, so customers are basically trapped once they’ve entered. There was a guy on a motorcycle behind me, and he had to turn off his engine because he was running out of gas. This occurred at 11:45pm on a Friday night. As far as I could see, there were only two employees working. After waiting 40 minutes, I did receive the correct order — so at least I can say one positive thing. My third visit was sub-standard again. I asked the woman operating the drive-through speaker what came on a croissanwich. She didn’t know and had to get help. My total wait time was around 10 minutes. The quality of my food was atrocious. My sandiwch looked like it had been run-over with a car, and my hash browns were completely raw, and soaking with grease. It’s as if someone forgot to turn the frier on, and my hash browns simply soaked in cold grease. I also ordered french toast sticks, which I did not receive. They only cost a dollar, so I wasn’t exceptionally irate, but the bottom line is: the quality of service was simply unacceptable. I’ve decided I will never again return to this location again.

Not bad for Burger King. Clean inside and out. Polite workers. Decent if not good food. Fries were fresh and hot. Would rate 3.5 if I could.
