I agree with the other person’s review, this man is not even worth one star. I don’t want anyone to make a mistake of trusting him. He’s by far the rudest most offensive person I’ve ever talked business with over the phone. I asked him to give me a ball park figure on how much it would be to fix my tv. He actually laughed at me acting like I was so stupid. Talking over the top of me, and interrupting. I told him about my conversation with desco audio and video and they were so polite, and professional. Told me minimum of 250 and that they would let me know if it would be better to just buy a new tv or not. This man was acting like they were stupid too. What an ass!

A complete scam artist, lies through his teeth and can’t even keep his lies straight. Doesn’t have a clue what he is doing, just in it for the service call fees. Once he has that, you won’t hear from him again but you can track him down at his business location on East McKinley in Tacoma.
Stay away from this rip off artist!!!

Unfortunately this was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. A man named Solomon is in charge and he is very rude. He hung up on me when I asked for the business address to come in and ask a question in person. He kept refusing to share the address (the one on here is wrong btw) and finally hung up on me.
He said he would come to fix our fridge finally and never showed up. I had to call to find out they were having car trouble. He said he would call back and never did.
Overall very unreliable and lack of professionalisn. I would not recommend to anyone.

My tv was going to cost 800+ to repair I told them that I will have to pass since black Friday is coming up and I’ll just purchase a new one for super cheap. So I figured that since they were not going to fix it they would return my tv right away. I had to wait 4 days to get my tv back.
Wednesday –they took my tv to shop
Thursday– no contact
Friday– called them to see what the status was. They told me the estimate; had to pass said they would call me back to make an appt to drop off my tv… Didn’t call.
Saturday– I called them in the morning, again they told me they would call me to schedule an appt to bring back my tv; got no call so I called right before closing time and was finally able to get my appt. They can only bring back my tv on Monday.
Monday rolls around and 40 min before appt they call me asking where I was?
I was able to get home within 10 min of their call and they left.
Very unhappy with this service.
Most unprofessional business ever.
I would pay the extra money for professionalism!
