My Samsung dryer belt popped off in mid use. At first I contacted A&E Factory Service and they wanted $ 80 for a service call and whatever else for parts and repairs.
After that I researched other places in hopes I could find something that’s cheaper and found Berry’s Appliance. The service call costs only $ 50 and was able to show up the next day.
When he arrived, he broke down my dryer, popped in the belt, and set it back up. The service was done in mere minutes.
The guy, Chad, was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. If my washer and dryer ever need repairs again, I’ll definitely call them.
