This past year, there has been an increase in all the restaurants in the area. That is understandable. McDonalds’ breakfast sandwich went from $ 1.00 to $ 1.29. Their large drink went from $ 1.00 to $ 1.45. HOWEVER, in the last FEW months, this Carl’s Jr.‘s breakfast sandwich(BEC) went from $ 1.75 to $ 4.05. Their large drink went from $ 1.00 to $ 3.05 just this morning. There is NOWAY I am paying $ 7.10 for a biscuit sandwich and a large soda. I don’t know what is going on there, but they have lost my business.

Went to Carl’s Jr last night around 9pm, ordered a fish sandwich meal and a order of onion rings. Came home unwrapped my fish sandwich and I was disappointed to find a small breaded piece of fish that was definitely NOT charbroiled but looked like a regular frozen fish stick. Lettuce was limp and tomato looked old. Bun wasn’t fresh because after just one bite it was falling apart. VERY disappointing!

False Operating Hours! Do tell me why the guy at the drive thru speaker asked me if I wanted to try some thick burger but when I give my order it’s silence, then when I drive to the window it’s dark in there, but yet their hours state 5am ??? And it’s around 5:55am when iam there, this appears very odd and irritating especially since I was actually late to work due to time wasted there! I will not be returning I’ll stick to Mc Donalds up the blvd…

Carl’s Jr is about to receive my worst review to date. I would leave negative stars, if I could. Brought the family, because we haven’t had Carl’s Jr in over a year, we’re actually closer to the Pomona location, but drove a little further thinking the La Verne location would be better. The place was empty. Every single table was dirty. Crumbs, sticky, etc. I was a few feet from the counter to view the menu. I could see the end of the broiler machine where the patties come out. There were about 8 patties that appeared to be a few hours old. I’m no cook or health inspector, but I’m sure you are suppose to keep food at really high temperature or frozen. I figured the cook would not use those patties. The boys wanted the Western and I was going to go with the fish sandwich(promotion). Then the cook took out some soggy buns from a steamer. The buns were falling apart, literally. He stopped and looked at buns, like, «Should I use these?» He continued to make them. He then added BBQ sauce and placed the old patties on them. No way, was I going to let my boys eat that. The manager was just standing around. My cashier was trying to take my order and a drive through order. Luckily, she took long and I witnessed the making of my food prior to purchasing. I told her, sorry we’re leaving, and walked out. Normally, I’m not picky at all. But, this was every place lived up to every fast food stereo type. On top of it all, 4 burgers, 1 fish sandwich, 3 fries, and 2 medium drinks came to $ 27? I drove one block east and saw The Habit, never been, but I always see it(Across from Crunch Fitness). I figured it would be a little more expensive, but I wanted better quality from what I just saw. Walked in and it smelled phenomenal. My eyes immediately went to the kitchen which is an arm’s reach from the registers. The patties looked fresh, the buns were coming out of a sealed bag, also looked fresh. Paid $ 29 for a double burger meal(5 stars), 3 kids meals with fries and drinks, a salad, and an order of tempure green beans(damn good).

I don’t usually rate fast food joints unless they’re are really, really good. Because, let’s face it: what do you expect from fast food people? Nothing. Anyways, went to this location this morning and they don’t participate in the other Carl’s jr promos, so you pay more for everything here. Also, they didn’t give us our oj with our bfast order. So, if I could give no stars, I would. This place sucks.

This is the lowest rating I can give. The worker walked away in the middle of us ordering. Then once she got my money, she walked away again without giving me the cups for the drinks that I ordered. Will not come back to this location again.

The food is normally hot & fresh and the staff is hit or miss. Orders can take a while. The seating area near the restrooms smells like restroom chemicals. :(~ And, when they remodeled, they never remodeled the restrooms and they really should have addressed that.

My sister and I went through the drive though for a shake and some fries. thats it. there was one car in front of us so we expected we would get our food in a timely manner. DEADWRONG. First let me start off by saying the person who took my order on the speaker, did not say ONEWORD, no total no repeating our order back, nothing– How inconsiderate! so then we drive forward and see the employee talking to the car in front of us for 11 minuets, yes we counted. THEN we see that the person in front of us had only one small bag, we were furious. already fed up, we get to the window and they tell us we must wait for fried to be made… an additional 10 minuets passed, FORFRIES, they dont take that long to put in the frier… our milkshake were practically melted also, HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE, STRAYAWAYFROMLAVERNECARLSJR. what could have been a simple 5 minuet ordeal, turned into about 21 minuets of rudeness and nonsense, clearly the employees have NO considerations for their customers. Skip this and go to jack in the box down the street on damien.

Service was quick and accurate. Not the best of choices if you’re into health options, but it’s quick for on the run. Try their jalapeño turkey burgers: delicious if you as me. The only thing I didn’t like was the looters in the front. Seems like they were waiting for us to finish to just ask us for some spare changes. If you don’t mind the looters, then this place will do. Njoy!

Hi, I had dinner at Carl’s Jr. this evening. I had a 2 Famous Star for $ 3.00 coupon. A good deal The girls at the counter were very nice. Took my order and brought me my burgers quite quickly. But, this is where the experience went down hill fast. The burgers were kind of smashed looking and very unappetizing. They tasted OK, but were nothing special. Then, having the need to use the restroom, things really turned bad! The restroom was FILTHY! There was trash all over, it smelled really bad, and there was graffiti etched everywhere. Even in the toilet seat. If the bathrooms look like that, I can only guess they do not keep up the kitchen very well either. All in all, not the best experience, even for fast food.

Only thing good here is the famous star with cheese and chili cheese fries! But it’s better than mc Donald’s and other fast food burger joints. The lady’s that work here think they own the place.

Carl’s Jr. Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger? RUNAWAY from it!!! This was cloase to the worst thing I have ever eaten. The cheese flavor grossly overwhelmed the grease dripping burger patty. The bacon was limp and severely undercooked. The bread was nowhere near being grilled, more like two pieces of soggy white bread soaked in butterfat. My neighbor took his back asking that they cook the meat more and grill the bread. When it returned he turned is sideways and grease began to flow out onto the table. He took one bite and tossed the entire thing in the trash. Just thinking about this blob makes me ill. I hate myself for eating it.

Yes, this is an authentic version of Carl’s Jr. Not the watered down, half mexican version of Carl’s that you get when they try to mix in a Green Burrito into the mix. Go with the spicy chicken, and add red onion, tomato, and green lettuce for no charge at this location. I also recommend the BBQ chicken sandwich on a wheat bun, coupled with a buy one get one free coupon. Try the criss-cut fries too. This particular location is very consistent compared to Green burrito versions I have frequented. Rit-Aid is convienently located in the same parking lot, so this Carl’s is a perfect place to roll for some quick grub before you head out for the night after replenishing your stash of Booze at the Drug Store across the way. Quality drive through, with goofy high school kids working the window that will usually toss you in some free criss cut fries no problem if you ask. Nice feature to have a Del Taco and a Carl’s Jr. right across the street from each other in La Verne.
