In-N-Out Burger

excellent food and super service, I took a friend from East Coast to this place and he was dazzled by the burger he ate. Yummy

I usually always have a good experience when coming here. However, I went here yesterday ⁶⁄₁₆ at 5:30 pm. When we got to the window, my brother and I were greeted by a very nice man named Noah. He didn’t have our drinks ready like he was suppose to but that’s not what bugged us. There were 2 girls who got on Noah for not having the drinks ready and it made my brother and I very uncomfortable. He was already running to get our drinks, which my brother and I really appreciated even before the two girls got on him. I understand if the girl told him to make sure he has the drinks ready next time but the way she said it was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t appreciate the staff getting on other staff members in front of the customers. After the first girl got on him, another girl decided to get on him as well which made us even more uncomfortable. Please learn how to train new employees!!! There is no reason to be so rude to your own staff, especially in front of customers. Then one of the girls told Noah to make sure he apologized to us, but really, I wanted an apology from her. Noah, thank you so much for keeping a smile on your face and being so nice! I have never been greeted by a more happier person than you. As for the other two girls (I really wish I got their names), please learn how to give constructive criticism and not make your customers feel uncomfortable.

Have been coming here for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed with my order or service. However the only reason I am giving this a 4star is because of the horrible location for a drive-​threw.

Ok I’ve been to in n out so many times I lost count but today was the worst experience I’ve had. The order here thing didn’t work and they had a worker around that didn’t even ask every car for the order. I went to the drive through and the newbie at the window had me pull over! If I wanted to fucking walk in I would’ve parked and walked now did I? Wtf never have I felt the disgust I felt today. So he took my order and told me to get out of the drive through so they can serve others and claiming to bring my order out for me. A good amount of waiting later, I walked in and they don’t even have my order ready. They asked for a number that I didn’t even get. Will say this joint needs a new system. So angered rn.

I love in n out. But these people don’t pay attention to people’s orders. I had to go back not once but twice because they messed up my order two times!!! This is absurd.

So good. Only problem is the parking lot is hard to maneuver in.
I always get the double double protein style, fries animal style, and a chocolate milkshake. Yes, I weight twice as much afterwards, but it is so worth it. I love how fresh the fries taste and the topping is divine.
This place is clean and quick. Like I mentioned before, the parking lot is small so it can get busy, but when I’m in the need of In N Out, this place does the trick.

99% of the time this place gets it right. Worth every scent while satisfying the pallette. However, on those very rare occasions when the fries are hard (over cooked), and the bun is over grilled and rubbery, as if its been microwaved, I know that can’t be possible, and my Ketchup gets forgotten… there’s one thing to remember… quality control people… stay focused!

Let me start out by saying I love In-​N-​Burger but not this location.
My buddy and I had a craving for some Double Doubles we walk in we are greeted instantly by this young gal to place our order. I said I want a number 1 combo and my buddy orders the same but with no salt on the fries or burger. I pay she give us our number which is 67. So we are waiting and chatting and waiting and waiting and waiting and while we are waiting the inside is filling up and before long we notice that they are calling out numbers but it was 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73 i was like WTF happened to 67. Literally everyone was getting there food first so i ask the gal about order 67? She had a weird look on her face like Oh shit we forgot to make it. Shes like ummm it will be out soon. Another 10 minutes go by and she give us our order acting nothing happened. No apologizes, no nothing.
This was probably the worst service I have ever had at In-​N-​Out Burger. I expect shitty service at Taco Bell or Carls Jr but not here. Super disappointing.
Luckily their burgers so damn good it almost doesn’t matter that there service is horrible. Thank God!

Everytime I go to in n out (everyone i been to) I get the same thing: double double with whole grill and regular (raw)onion. And Everytime I get my burger they always, ALWAYS, forget the regular raw onion. Seriously, why can’t you get my order right everytime?

If you are trying to get your burger on and eat the hell out of some bomb ass food this is the place to go this place is one of the best there is I would eat the hell out of this whole place

Great service, great ambiance. At closing time, the last member of the staff even gave us free fries. Love the open-​air seating.

This is not the best in n out as some others have pointed out. If you want your burger protein style then AVOID this place because they’ll hand you a sloppy, floppy mess that will fall apart before you take a bite. Turned into a burger tostada but with lettuce. They constantly get my order wrong here no matter what I get though. If you’re a Californian who likes to customize your burger to perfection, this is not the place to test out your skills unless you want a hot mess. Such a bummer too because this place is around the corner from my place. Oh well.

They are great super great customer service love love this place location the manager is really focus on what he suppose to do and I can see that they all work happy to serve a good meal

Many restaurants claim that the customer comes first but rarely deliver. Tonight the In-​N-​Out at this location came through in the most customer oriented fashion possible. The error was over a simple miss communication over animal style that I wanted applied to a burger rather than a my fries. When I noted the descrepancy the server, Brian refunded the price difference and immediately placed the correct order for well done fries.
Additionally, Brian also gave me the opportunity to sample the Animal fries considering that I had not tried them before. They were certainly tasty and offered insight into a product variation that I had not been exposed to before tonight.
With a reputation as world class burger chain, In-​N-​Out could easily become complacent on serving the customer letting their food quality carry their reputation forward. However, tonight it was both the food and the customer service that were world class.
I’d tell you that In-​N-​Out rocks, but you already know that.

I was so excited when I first found out that In n Out was so close from where I was staying as it is one of the places I always try to go during my CA visits. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed after two tries… For some reason, it wasn’t the same fresh burger I had at the other locations in CA. The patty seemed a bit dry and burgers had less tomato and lettuce or something lacking. The burgers just didn’t wowed me like they did in the past.
I later heard that this location is one of the first few stores opened which makes it more unique (but also explains why they are so small). The staff was extremely friendly and nice though! And compared to other fast food hamburger chains, the burgers are still pretty good considering how cheap they are!

The bottom line with this place: the food was cheap and the ingredients were of better quality than you would find at most fast food places, but not as good as the hype would suggest (and, yes, I ordered off the secret menu and got the fries «animal style.») I should also say that the staff were super nice: easily the nicest and most helpful staff of any fast food establishment I’ve ever been to.
I have to say, I was really looking forward to In-​N-​Out based on constant hype about how good it was from all of my west coast friends. However, I also have to say that I was very disappointed given the hype. I ordered a hamburger, fries «animal style,» and a vanilla shake. For $ 8, it was actually a pretty good deal in terms of the total amount of food I got.
Unfortunately, the hamburger wasn’t that juicy or tasty and the fries tasted like cardboard. The toppings on the hamburger did appear fresh (tomato, lettuce, and grilled onions), but they, too, were flavorless. The «animal style» sauce tasted like a combination of mayo and ketchup and did not add significant flavor the fries to save them. The cheese that was on the fries had little to no flavor and tasted more like cheese topping than cheese. Finally, the vanilla shake was essentially just slightly melted ice cream put into a cup. It was so thick that it was difficult to drink and was just not that different from eating ice cream from the supermarket.
To be honest, it might be worth coming here given that the cost is cheap, but there are better burgers to be had elsewhere (which I did ultimately have elsewhere in California). Don’t base your judgement of West Coast burgers on this place. The West Coast has awesome hamburgers… just not here. I have no idea why this place is so so hyped on the East Coast.

3 stars for the food. The patty tastes as good as ever but looked smaller than I remember. The fries are still the bomb. Yep.
2 stars for service. Server called out my order number, and then asked me if I wanted any ketchup. I said that I didn’t want them. Then she asked, «are you sure that’s your order?» (I’m sure she meant to ask, «May I see your receipt, please?») So I showed my receipt. No words from her, blank look, and walked away. And then I took the ketchup out of the bag and told her I didn’t want them. What’s up with this place?

My first impression is that it very clean and the Workers are very polite. Menu is simple but wow the Double Double is excellent. All they have is Burgers, but a friend order a Grill Cheese only because he doesn’t eat meat This place is the best value for its price and it has excellent quality of food.
I have tried 5 Guys and now I know why they call it 5 Guy Because it takes 5 Guys to tried to make a Burger and even then there over price and there lettuce & tomato taste like they got them at a flea market.

It’s always weird to me that no other company has been able to eat In-N-Out’s lunch, so to speak. I would think In-​N-​Out could be copied and replicated all over the parts of the United States where In-​N-​Out doesn’t exist. But it hasn’t happened. I think Five Guys tried, but the burgers just aren’t the same, even while the décor is laughably similar.
In-​N-​Out burgers do something that no other burger I’ve ever had does. Their burgers are flavor diverse. You have the meat and cheese, but the spread balances it. Everyone will get onions, lettuce, tomato, and/​or pickle the way they like, but if you get a burger with their signature spread, the flavor is going to be unique to In-​N-​Out.
Simply put, when you eat an In-​N-​Out burger, you can taste all the differing flavors of the various items on the burger, but it also has one distinct flavor. No other burger does that.

Yet another INO to try!
This location is about 1 mile off the freeway. There are multiple stores located in the same plaza.
It is a very small place that has 2 drive thru lines for quicker ordering and pick up.
Inside is quite tiny and is standing room only, except for a small bench that seats a few people. There are a few outdoor tables for seating and restrooms accessed from outside the building.
