Use UPS. Seriously. Have shipped here three times. Today, «sorry, you can’t ship that here.» And, it was the same item I always ship. «New rules,» I asked. Reply: No, we were never supposed to ship this item. BUT, YOUDID — three times. Guess what, I went to UPS — and they shipped it. I know better than to use Fedex; now, I really now better! Never again, Fedex, never again.

I would never do a review for a FedEx print/shipping… But Dan was rad! Helped me ship something overnight and got it out as cheap as possible. Thanks Dan!

They can take care of all your shipping needs, though you’re going to pay a premium for premium service. When quality(and a high level of insurance) is needed, go here. When the item being shipped isn’t being expedited and isn’t valuable, there seems to be much more economical options in town. Shipping an iPad or other tablet? They have a special box, just ask. May return if in the area.

Too slow for everything they do even collecting your money too.

Hmmm… Like anything with Fedex– way over priced… Spent $ 22 on faxing a few documents… Lol– But clean store with decent staff. Better to scoot to Office Depot or Staples across the street.

I stopped in to print a few files off of a jump drive. I never thought it would take so long. Within a few seconds I had the file up on the computer and ready to print. The problem was that I needed heavier high gloss paper to print on. I waited over 5 minutes before the only associate working was able to help me. I then quickly printed what I needed. Then I had to wait again to get my receipt since this location does not have a self serve kiosk. The associate working was friendly, but clearly needed some help.
