Amazing service. I had ordered a broccoli and cheddar soup with my sandwich and they forgot it. However the server was amazing and promptly fixed my order. Best Panera bread

Okay, so first off… the only reason I am giving them a 5 star review is because of this young lady’s superb, exquisite, and I completely forgot what her name was. She was a manager and she seriously made my experience amazing. I frequent the place now.

Aside from Sweet Tomato, Panera Bread is a great alternative when you’re trying to be healthy or craving for some healthy/​comfort food. I always get the Cobb Salad and the Chicken Wild Rice Soup and it has never failed me.
Ordering take out gives you LESS food than eating there — so, order your thang and enjoy your meal at their tables. Great place to study, grab lunch with a few friends, or take a date.

The food is very good, but very disappointed in the catering. I have been ordering bagels and coffee for a morning pick up for the last four months. Only once was my order ready at the specified time. Every other time they got the pick up time wrong. The staff in the morning do their best to fix the problem, but needless to say it makes me late to work. I could tell when I was placing the order that the girl on the phone was not listening to me. I had to repeat myself constantly and she still got it wrong. It is a lousy way to start my day.

Panera is always my go-​to place for baked goods and wonderful soups. Their cookies, sweet rolls and bagels are some of the best I’ve ever had! I especially love their egg soufflé croissants that they serve in the morning. But if you don’t get there in time they sell out because they’re so good! They also have good coffee and great lemonade for the kids. Have never had anything that I didn’t like at Panera… very consistent and yummy at the same time!

I love coming to panera for lunch and when I want to enjoy a great soup and Mac n cheese. (Which is always!) Usually I dine in but I was in a little bit of a rush and just wanted to enjoy the same items without having to dine it so I ordered online using their website it was super easy and straight forward. I was able to order and pay for my meal within 2 minutes or less. I left my house which is located really close to this location. It took me about five minutes to get there. I walked up to the pick up area and my food was ready and complete. What a great and fast way to get awesome tasting food! I will definitely be using this service again.

If I want a bagel or a loaf of bread this is where I go. Although the food is good, I have to say it is more average than great. I do love their bagels and coffee and it is a great place to gather with girlfriends and chat for awhile.
I will go back, but when looking for a place to eat dinner or lunch it does not jump to the forefront of my mind.

Super dirty and messy restaurant. I don’t know them the last time was the cleaned their floor in the back where they make your food.

Ordered chicken tortellini Alfredo online. Picked up my food and drove back to work. After half an hour I pull my lunch out of the back and find NO chicken on my pasta! I’ve written to corporate several times about this restaurant… my order is only right 2 out of 5 times. They’re always willing to give a gift certificate but that’s not what I want. I’d like to get what I pay for… nothing more, nothing less! I hope they get it together and soon.

I immediately saw trash on the floor as I walked in and thought maybe they were cleaning but as I looked for a table, I noticed the rest of the restaurant had trash thrown and crumbs everywhere as if it had not been vacuumed in a long time.
It wasn’t until I checked in on Unilocal that I noticed I wasn’t the only one with the Same experience.
The food was good but I think I’ll stick to the Palm Desert location.
Oh and I forgot to mention, I was going to buy a «Sweet treat» until I saw an employee coughing up a lung next to the pastries. Um .No thanks!

The menu had some surprising changes. Naturally it’s a little adjustment when your used to something and its suddenly different. However, I had one of the new salads and it was delicious. My friend had salad and a sandwich that she reported was delicious. Our server was sweet and very accommodating! Now the downside: We decided to eat outside (it was an incredibly gorgeous day) and the restaurant inside was extremely loud. The tables outside were VERY dirty (see pic) — sporting dust that was so thick you could write your name in it. Most of the chairs had bird poop dripping down the interior and exterior. It appeared that someone attempted to clean some of the chairs yet others — not cleaned. Heed warning– look at your chair before you sit in it. LASTLY and what I find most disappointing– they don’t have any gluten free bread products!!! Every other restaurant I’ve been to offer some gluten free options. But not Panera! So you get to watch all your friends enjoying their delicious bread, cakes and pastries — (the smell of fresh baked bread permeating the air) while you slowly die…

2^nd time I’ve been disappointed with the lack of clean tables. All three of our meals required silverware yet we were only given one knife. Since they failed to give us any butter for our bread, I’m puzzled as to why they even bothered. Nothing tastes better than hot soup using a plastic spoon; that we had to go get ourselves. To top that off, they only had two plastic spoons, my husband had to eat his hot soup with a plastic fork. I love their food but this site is lacking customer service… I won’t be back.

There is always dirty tables and floors which is a turn off, even when it is slow in there an employee’s have time to do it.
Usually the food is what you’d expect from panera but the other day I received soup that had burnt pieces in it which threw off the taste. :/

I put ordered online three big orders and paid for the orders. The folks were not sure that I really wanted the orders so they tried to call me but couldn’t get a hold of me. They had no problem charging my account but the cancelled my order. When I talked to the manager all he had to say was «well the order was cancelled and that’s it.»
Where in writing does it say that I have to confirm my order by phone before it’s processed?
For a manager to have an attitude over the phone??? Wow, never again will I give this place my business.
This place doesn’t even deserve to get one star.

I ordered You pick 2: sandwich & Greek salad to go. I open my food up in the car and they didn’t give me a fork. They gave me a knife??? Are you kidding me?! Show me how to eat a salad with a knife & maybe I’ll calm down. I’m already on the road so now I can’t eat my will be soggy salad until I get to my destination 1 hr away. Not happy

Sorry excuse for a Panera Bread. I’ve consistently had problems at this location, but today was by far the worst. My family goes to this location at least every other week. At least 80% of the time they mess things up. Today for example one family member ordered 2 cream cheeses and another ordered chives cream cheese. We were delivered one plain cream cheese… We informed the lady that delivered it, expecting 2 more cream cheeses to be delivered to our table. After waiting for 2 minutes, I got up to see what the heck was taking so long. Apparently the delivery girl completely disregarded us. I then went and spoke with the cashier who took another 2 minutes to figure out what was going on. 4 minutes just to get the damn cream cheese that we had ordered with our meal and by then our bagels were cold. Pathetic! We won’t be going back to this location.

The food was good summer bagels cream cheese had mac and cheese the kids love the mac and cheese night Friday of drinks quiet atmosphere bathroom is very clean staff very friendly

Bethany my cashier this morning at this location was amazing! I told her I was a vegetarian and that I missed the old menu options she suggested another vegetarian sandwich that was basically what I use to get.
When it arrived at the table the food was delicious and hot! Thank you Bethany for helping me find an old favorite again!

Breakfast is tasty and healthy choices easy to find. Having a Panera card earns rewards. Today I enjoyed my free breafast sandwich. Great service always clean.
