This is my first time buying a Mattress and Christian was the one that helped me. I had no idea what I was looking for, but he gave me options, explained how each brand is different from each other and gave me a chance to test them all out. He did give me my space so I can lay on each one of them at my own pace and when I was ready he was there to answer any other questions I might have. At first, I didn’t want to just buy the first thing that I saw, so I did a little more shopping. Turns out Christian was able to give me not only the best deal, but great customer service. About a week later, he contacted me to see if everything was okay and I ended up LOVING my mattress. I travel quite a bit for work, and I miss my bed every single time I am not in Houston. Highly recommend going to Mattress 1 for great deals, along with great mattresses. I cannot say thank you to Christian enough for being so accommodating and helping me find something that I would be spending half of my life on.

I was greeted by a nice man who tried to help me with a possible purchase. Another man (the manager) just stepped in and took over. Had me sign up for credit that I really didn’t want. On this day, I was actually only looking at prices and looking for a layaway program.
I felt he was pushy and that he ‘stole’ a possible sale from this original man who tried to help. Even if he was the manager, let your employees earn their commission /​sale. you make enough being the manager. Those are the two things that really turned me off about this place. I have worked commission sales and know this was not appropriate.
I also told him what my range was. He showed me what would be available, but he didn’t have any at his location, but at another where they take mattresses back if a customer is not happy with them. I get that he wants to make a sale, but to buy a used mattress is not going to work for me.
So I told him I would think about it and would let him know. I never went back.
