Great Clips – The Shops at Spencer

This was my 3^rd time here and I have not been disappointed. I have no reason to go anywhere else.
First let me address the tip I left about having to wait 20 minutes. That was written as I was sitting there and noticed my name on a screen. Well it was accurate having me as the next appointment but not even close about the wait time. I was in a chair in less than 10 minutes. WHEW!
I was checked in by a very friendly Amy B. who just happens to be the manager. Then I immediately ran to the bathroom. The bathroom is in the back and it is unisex. I don’t think I have ever seen such a clean bathroom in any other establishments. This entire place is spotless. I bet they could do surgery here it is so clean. Cleaner than my last hospital room. But that’s another review.
I now had Dusty two times in a row and she is simply fantastic. Quick, friendly and not overly talkative. Ask her about her bruiser baby. I am not sure about anyone else but I will definitely ask for Dusty by name to cut my hair.
Oh the lady that was getting her hair cut by Dusty left very happy and said she will be using Dusty’s service in the future.
Dusty may need to start a fan club.

Butchered! I got the worst haircut of my life here. I was very specific about what I wanted, but instead got uneven layers and a length a good 2″ shorter than I asked for. I can’t even put it in a ponytail! I’m having to get creative with scarves until this horror show grows out. When it comes to cheap haircuts, it’s possible to get even less than you pay for. Lesson learned.
