Chick-fil-A

This Chik-​fil-​a is a regular lunch spot for me because it is so close to my job. Besides that, I can eat it almost any time, haha! The drive thru line is always full during lunch rush but they keep it moving with the extra employees actually outside working the line. Sometimes the fries are a little soggy but the sandwiches are always delicious. And what’s chik-​fil-​a without their awesome sweet tea. I just looovee. The employees are always on point (and the deaf guy is so sweet)! I will continue to enjoy this location!

I was truly «hangry» and I HAD to stop to eat. There is no better place to calm one’s spirit than here even before eating.
We had their salads to avoid the carb ridden bread and they were awesome. I had the grilled chicken salad with strawberries, blueberries, and apples with balsamic berry dressing.
I will definitely be back for the different salads.
I must loose weight so I must eat rabbit food. At least the salads are excellent here.

Hadn’t eaten all day, was very hungry. Had a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The fries weren’t crispy the way I like them – too soft, undercooked & bland. I thought the chicken sandwich was juicy and good.
Until…about an hour later, my stomach seized up with violent cramps that did not abate for several hours, something that’s never happened to me before (I don’t even cramp during my time of the month), and that I hope will never happen to me again.
My beau, who hadn’t eaten all day until Chik Fil-​a, either and who ordered & ate the same thing I did, also suffered cramps. Plus bouts of diarrhea.
It is so important that poultry be handled properly when preparing and cooking it because people in the U.S. have died from salmonella poisoning (see PBS’s FRONTLINE: The Trouble with Chicken). This is why I’ve decided not to risk my health by eating at this Chik Fil-​a ever again. Those cramps were excruciating – & I’m just grateful I didn’t get even sicker.

I love, love, love Chik-​Fil-​A. But, this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The worst service as you always have to wait. They are nothing to the standard I’m used to like the Pearland location. I miss Pearland Chik-​Fil-​A.

always packed… but that’s a good thing! i LOVE their customer service and the respect they impart into the young people working there!!! i can’t wait for the tortilla soup to return!!! YUM!!!

Since we been here this week visiting family, we have had the opportunity to eat at this location several times. The sandwiches, soup, salads and tea have all been delicious. The best thing has been the customer service… friendly, helpful and well trained. Way to go! We highly recommend this restaurant!

Wow! Best chic fil a I’ve been to, service was awesome and I love that they have a self serve drink station so there’s not a line at the counter.

Love this Chick-​fil-​a. They have been open a year and the over crowding issues are gone. Pleasant, professional staff, clean dining room and kitchen, and great food!

I was able to come here for a friend’s graduation celebration and glad I did.
Service 5÷5− I don’t expect much out of fast food restaurants, but I know that CFA has high standards with their staff. This CFA especially got me thinking on writing a review for them. I was super impressed with the attention they gave to our group. They made sure our drinks were filled and that we were full and happy. They even congratulated my other friend who had a birthday that day. How sweet.
Cleanliness 5÷5− I don’t know how long this CFA has been here, but boy was I impressed. It was so clean. Very, very, very clean.
I enjoyed my Cobb salad that I had with them, it had a great meat to veggie ratio, and was definitely fresh. If I am ever in the area again, I will make sure to go here.

8÷19÷15 update
This place is seriously starting to lose it and is about to make it on my no-​go list.
It is the second time in as many visits that I have gotten the wrong order. The first time I went through the drive thru and didn’t know I got the wrong salad until I got back to the office. If I didn’t find Cobb Salad so disgusting I likely would have just eaten it, but I drove the 15 minutes back to CFA on my lunch break because I wanted the salad I ordered. By the time I got that salad back the office, you could tell it had been sitting and waiting for me for 30 minutes. They should have made me a fresh salad at the very least!
This time I get back to the office to find my 3 chicken strips are 12 chicken nuggets. It is similar and so edible to me, but still very disappointing for a CFA. I’m not use to having to check the bag when I go to a CFA! This is something I expect from McDonalds or other fast food establishments — the ones I go to out of desperation, not desire!
If I were going after 11:30 a.m. I would understand. But the fact that there is little to NO line when I get there makes these type of mix-​ups unexcusable to me. The first mistake was obviously the people at the window. This last one may have been the cooks. The box has an indention for strips or nuggets and neither were selected.
