Walmart Supercenter

This is for the pharmacy. They are professionals and very helpful. My wife needed some meds while waiting for an out of State approval. They gave her an emergency number of pills.

Terrible customer service! I spend more time waiting to check out than I do shopping.

Wish I could give them no stars. This location is awful. I don’t know how it’s possible, but I go out of my way to go to HEB or Kroger’s before this Walmart location. Don’t expect to get help in any department. Expect to scan your own groceries, even if you have a huge basket full of stuff. This location is severely understaffed, and the customer service shows that. I’ve even had to talk to a manager before and she was pretty rude and unhelpful. Customer service isn’t rocket science…

I will never come back to this Wal-​Mart again. The vibe I got from this place was just wrong the moment I stepped through the entrance. I was trying to purchase a TV I had seen that they have on sale and it was in stock. I walked around the electronics section for almost ten minutes before finding an employee. The employee then said they don’t work in electronics, so they called for someone to come to the Electronics dept to help me with the TV. After waiting for 15 minutes, I see someone approaching the section. The employee helped me but was not at all friendly and claimed that she «didn’t know everything» when I asked her if a certain model was 720p or 1080p. After picking a TV, the employee said they would go look for it in the back. Another 10 minutes passed and the employee came back to where we were standing and pointed to a box right next to us and said «oh it’s right here». 45 minutes into the store I finally got the TV and proceeded to get some overpriced groceries. Heading to the self checkout, the cashier overlooking the self-​checkout gave me the weirdest vibes I had ever felt. Her eyes kept staring at me and my cart. The whole time she did not smile or say anything. Just moved zombie-​like and scanned my items. Afterwards she said goodnight very softly. The vibes I got from this place creeped me the fuck out, and the employees are nothing short of scary to interact with. Save yourself some brain cells and stress and go to Krogers for groceries and best buy or something for Electronics.

Me nor anyone else in my house will ever spend money at wal mart again! Period! Have never felt so disrespected. I can’t buy beer even though I’m 31 years old and had my ID.

One of the cleanest supercenters I’ve ever seen! The prices are always great, and the service is fast. Sometimes they may have issues with long lines, but that only happens when many cashiers do not come in to work on the during the same shift. Sometimes when this happens, the managers «jump in» and help out on the registers as well. It is hard to please everybody, but they try hard!

Fiancée took her car here today for a new battery, the service is great, free installation.
