Wendy’s

Waited for 10 minutes for service even though the workers see me standing there. Waited even longer for the food. Gave me the wrong order twice. I ordered to dine-​in but they gave it to me as a to-​go order.
Food stil tasty and love it but the service was sloppy. Straight it out please

The location is pretty convenient, but they’re drive through is really slow. It is also super hard to hear them and order clearly. However they do currently have a 4 for $ 4 promotion that gives a junior cheeseburger, nuggets, fries and a drink. It is super filling, pretty good and very affordable.

I went to the drive thru some time between eleven and midnight. After my sister and I arrived, four more cars got there. We weren’t sure what we wanted just yet so I asked the lady to give me a minute. She kept rushing me to place my order so we just ordered chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich. It took about five minutes tops to get our food. The lady taking the orders was running around doing everything. It really upsets me when managers stress an employee out by leaving them on their lonesome. Given, the young woman at the drive thru did a good job and was quick about it. But still, it was clear that she needed some help. Our food was delicious of course, Wendy’s never fails to deliver.

S L O W E S T drive thru ever! Took like 10 min, then the guy asks me to park b/​c the burgers aren’t ready. Said it would be only 2 minutes, but took more like 5.

this location has saved me from hunger with only some coin in my pocket… more than a few times.

The food was the perfect temperature and quick. They made a small mistake in our party of 6 and were super nice and fixed it right away. The manager, Sergio, was helping in the back when there was a long line. When the line was gone, he came out into the restaurant to make sure all the customers were happy. Everything was clean even at the lunch rush.

I love Wendy’s, in fact I was a manager for the Pico Rivera location for 5 years. I was disappointed tonight, I got a large chili with cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich, the chili had onions in it, and the spicy chicken had a ridiculous amount of mayo. So much that it was all over the bun after wrapping it. I know as a manager paying attention to detail goes a long way. Costumer service was good and I got my food quick, but I rather wait a little longer and get the right chili and a sandwich that didn’t have mayo all over it. I will go back cause I know people have bad night’s and aren’t on their A games, but I really hope I get my order correct next time.

Yeahhhhhh the food is usually cold when you get it, limp lettuce and zero personality in the people who work there. Crap!

Just tried the Portobello burger. Okay taste but definitely not worth the money. I can get a bigger better tasting burger for the same price or less.

Came to this location to redeem the advertised special for a free coupon book in Halloween and the manager Joel would not honor it even though I showed him it was advertised. I have attached the picture for prof of promotion

It’s always interesting to see how varied a customer’s experience can be!
My friend and I visited this location after a symphony concert next door at the theatre because the bathroom line at the theatre was long and we were planning on eating after the concert anyways!
As far as cleanliness goes, it was pretty clean indoors. The outdoor section was kinda questionable though.
It was quite eerie because the drive-​thru line was so long, yet there was only one family inside eating! I initially thought they weren’t serving food inside!
The customer service is quite lacking! The employees here made it look obvious that they didn’t want to be there! The girl who worked the register wasn’t in a very good mood either! They also serve your drinks here: I got a Frosty, but it came with no lid while my friend ordered a soda and he got a lid on his! She gave me an attitude when I asked for one…
I don’t live in the area, but for those that do, I do hope that your customer experience will be better than mine!

There’s a restaurant that I will never return to and I will never revise of my review it seemed to be a little dirty in the dining room and I ordered chili large, when I got it it was runny & it had a strange taste to it and I refused to eat it I tossed in the trash and walked never again will I make that mistake.

Avoid this location if you value your health. The dining area is a disaster and the crew is a hot mess. The girl who served my food handled cash from a homeless guy, trash from the dining room, and then my food without ever stopping to wash her hands. Eww. The ‘manager’ eyeballed me for being in his way while he was emptying trash from the bins in the dining area. Had a customer not told him about the trash overflowing from the garbage bin, he may have ignored it entirely. Dave may want to exercise a little quality control here.

Puked all the way home almost immediatly all the way gone after just a few bites of the pretzle bacon cheese burger… it was a wretched thing with goo all over the othside of the bun… It was truely horrible

Food is great, but the Managers Attitude is very poor, ZERO customer service. Very poor, slow staff. No common sense.

I don’t care what anyone negative thinks. Wendy’s is the bomb!!! Lol for a fast food it’s sooo good! And their salads are totally reasonable! Nothing seems overly greasy either. I would go here everyday if I could lol. I love their salads and chicken sandwiches. Totally more fresh than any other restaurant (fast food) I’ve been to. If you’re new to the US then this is the fast food place you want to hit up!

This is the worst Wendy’s, no the worst Fast Food joint that I’ve ever been to. They have some of the rudest workers there where they’ll throw a fit even if they get your order wrong. By the way, they’ve constantly gotten my order wrong and when we go back my family has received plenty of dirty looks from the cashiers that we’ve decided to boycott Wendy’s. I’ve tried so many times to give this place a chance and they have failed on every level. It really is amazing how this place is still operating. Perhaps they should learn from the employees from Chic Fil A as I’ve never had a complaint about them.

The inside is nice and it’s a Wendy’s what more. Made me nervous though that the bathrooms are locked and you have to ask for a key at the counter. Doesn’t speak highly for the are its in

Not a big fan of Wendy’s. This location is quite nice though. The restaurant is clean, and the employees are nice, efficient, and helpful. It is very convenient to use their drive-​thru also.
My favorite item on their menu are their frosties! I have liked them for years!

Wendy’s is a definite fast food establishment that I frequent quite a bit. Yes I know how can you eat at Wendy’s simple ! It is readily available and it is quite cheap.
If I need a snack and I want to indulge in something bad this is the place I go. I usually get a small order of french fries with spicy chicken nuggets. The spicy ones do have a little kick to them and I use to not like them when they fist came out. But they have grown on me and now I do enjoy them.
Also I get the smallest size frosty just because sometimes I get a little sweet tooth! :) Yes my sweet tooth pops out sometimes during the night and I sneak to this Wendy’s drive thru to get it. Hehe
