Their egg, bacon and cheese bagel sandwich is excellent; I always ask for it double toasted and they are always happy to make it any which way you want. Their coffee is sooooooo much better than Starbucks, hands down best coffee in the area. They are so friendly, you can tell they take their time to get to know their customers.

Best Bagel shop in town. I’ve been coming here since I was in elementary school. Can’t go wrong with the bacon egg and cheese on everything. Staff is so friendly and attentive. Definitely try their salmon cream cheese! Jalapeño bagel is another favorite.

Bagels were average, and relatively cheap. Bagel sandwiches were gross, microwaved egg and other fillings tasted slightly rancid! Coffee is really weak. Definitely not going back.

Love this place. Great breakfast bagels… large selection of fresh bagels. Great friendly service, Lee is a sweetheart. I have become a regular here, every late start Wed. For LAMIRADA high school I treat my son to his favorite breakfast bagel… super friendly and great food and service.

I got the Bonjour Club bagel and breakfast bagel with egg sausage and cheese. Omg coming back again, esp the bonjour club was so good. Not stingy on the ingredients and was so fresh. I’ll be coming a lot more often!

I’ve been going to Bonjour bagels for years now and I can honestly say that they have the best breakfast bagel sandwiches in the area. I really love their jalapeño bagel with egg, ham, and cheddar cheese. Ive tried a few other places and so far, this place is my favorite. My coworkers at work also seem to agree. The couple that runs this restaurant are so sweet and friendly. They provide such excellent service with a smile and they can even recognize my voice even when o order by phone. I’m concerned that a lot of these friendly, mom-and-pop establishments are becoming a rarity these days. So grateful to have this establishment be around for a while now.

I love their bagels! They are so fresh and not like the bagel you buy at the store. I always get the Americana Sandwiches with the Dijon Mustard. My favorite for sure! I brought some for my family and they all agreed it is the best!

Very spacious seating are indoor and they have some additional outdoor seating. They have a lot of options for bagels and cream cheese, in addition they have bagel sandwiches and some other food and drink. It’s pretty affordable overall and their staff is really friendly. I have a Parmesan bagel with jalapeño which was flavorful but not too overpowering. Would definitely go back. They close pretty early, 2pm every day.

I love coming here, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful! You are in and out! Their bagels are fresh and delicious. The selection is also great. No bad things to say about this place! The cinnamon glaze I think it’s called is everything, those go fast, so if they have it definitely try it!

This place is like a diamond in the ruff. They have some awesome vegetarian choices and the ladies that work there are always so sweet. The La Miranda center is always a hit or miss but this place is defiantly a place to grab a healthy breakfast or lunch. Just make sure your not in to much of a hurry because it may take 10 minutes to get your food if there is a line because there is normally only one person there doing everrrrrrything.

We’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and the service is superb. Their menu has recently been updated and it just shows their versatility. Their prices are less than most restaurants around.

I got the chocolate chip begal. I liked it but couldnt taste any of the chocolate chips. Maybe its time to switch up the recipe a little. The girl working was nice but took forever to make my begal and iced coffee… oh and just a tip, if you get a drink ask for light ice. My iced coffee was gone in 2 sips.

I have to agree with Steven C’s review that this place was a disappointment. Mrs. always wanted to try this due to the proximity to our house. Cons: 1) They ran out of menu items at 9AM in the morning.(–1 star) 2) A little bit on the pricy side for the food offered.(–1 star) 3) There was nothing special about the bagel breakfast we ordered. There was nothing that stood out that would make us want to go back(–1 star) I know we will not be coming back. Sorry Bonjour Bagel Café.

What a complete disappointment this place turned out to be. As I was going through our 2014 entertainment book I came across a coupon for Bonjour Bagel Café in La Mirada and quickly tore it out hoping to have found a place that churns out grate bagels and breakfast sandwiches close to home. Bonjour Bagel failed to be that place for a variety of reasons but most prominently is their lack of supply and care. For starters the employees at Bonjour Bagel failed to greet us as we walked in the door. The gentleman working the front counter finally asked how he could help us after several minutes had lapsed but did so in a voice so low that you could barely hear or understand him. I ordered an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and my wife went with the 7 grain bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese. Low and behold we were informed that they were out of sun dried tomato, WHAT? The place had only been open for about 3 hours on a Sunday morning with 5 – 6 hours of business left and they are already out of product. Ok, my wife then decided to go with the garden veggie instead. Several minutes go by as our bagels are sitting in the ancient toaster chute without being touched before they finally once again ask what cream cheese we want. So again, we go through the process of ordering and they finally begin to put the bagels together for us. The gentleman working the counter stared blankly at the BOGO coupon we gave him and handed it to the other gentleman instead who said no problem. As they put the finishing touches on our bagels we are asked if we want any drinks. He sees our eyes go toward the coffee and blended drinks menu and quickly informs us that they have no hot drinks at the moment and only blended. This is not an issue with us but I still dont understand how you can not have hot coffee or tea for your customers on top of the lack of product from earlier. My wife orders a belnded cookies and cream drink and is then informed they do not have that flavor right now. WHAT! How does this place stay in business? He goes down the line informing us that he has only vanilla, chocolate(which she didnt hear), coffee and chai available out of the 7 – 8 listed on the menu. She ordered the vanilla(which she did end up enjoying) but this is getting ridiculous. The gentleman ask for my drink and I simply order a fountain beverage as I wanted an iced tea. What happens next? You guessed it, the fountain machine is ALSO out of commision. I am told I can instead purchase a bottled drink from the cooler and he can provide me with a cup of ice, how very thoughtful. So instead of a cheap 1.25 fountain drink I can drop 3 – 4 bucks on an energy drink or juice or soda that I don’t want. No thanks I said and simply went on with my meal sans beverage. We finally get to the register to have everything rang up and pay and to no surprise the discount from the coupon was no applied. After reminding the worker he then applied the discount. As we get to the table to finally start eating what should have been an easy order we discover that both bagels have garden veggie cream cheese when mine was supposed to have chive. UGH! Without another word to the staff we simply eat our bagels and get out of dodge. How this place can run a business with half of their menu out of stock, no hot drinks(coffee/tea), no fountain beverages and the low speaking and uncaring staff that we encountered is beyond me. My everything bagel tasted alright but the garden veggie cream cheese was dreadful and made it hard for me to finish. My wife said her 7 grain bagel tasted of the store bought variety. The place had a nice vibe to it and was super clean throughout but this cannot save a business when the employees simply do not care about being out of product and showing their apathetic nature. It is safe to assume that we will probably not return again.

Big disappointment… We went here because we had an Entertainment coupon to buy an item and get one free. We had hopes of finding another local bagel place to enjoy as there isn’t much of anything awesome near us. I guess our search still continues.(We have found one semi local but were looking for more). The guy working up front didn’t seem talkative at all, and I could barely hear him ask what we wanted to order. I showed him my coupon and he handed it to another guy, I assume the manager or at least the one in charge. We did know to not order any type of bagel sandwiches as other reviews stated that they microwave everything, and together. I guess they aren’t ashamed either because the microwaves are in full view by the register. That is okay since I wanted just a bagel and cream cheese this time, but still, the thought… My husband ordered an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. I ordered a 7 grain with sun dried tomato cream cheese. «We are out of sun dried tomato.» Okay… so I ordered the garden veggie cream cheese, I suppose. They asked us if we wanted it toasted and put it inside of an ancient looking thing. I guess when they are done they just slide out like a chute, and sat there for quite some time as the guy was helping me with a drink now, and the quiet one still didn’t help. I did see him with sliced tomatoes so maybe he was prepping ingredients instead? «Do you want a drink? We don’t have hot drinks now, only blended.» That was fine, considering I wanted a blended drink, but no hot drinks? «I would like a regular cookies and cream, blended.» «We are out of cookies and cream. We only have vanilla, chai, and coffee.» Well considering I don’t like coffee or chai, I went with vanilla. I guess he had said chocolate too but I didn’t hear that. My husband had told me later. «Anything else?» My husband ordered a fountain drink. «We don’t have that right now. I can give you a cup of ice and and you can get one of the bottled drinks.» Hmm, those cost more… he declined. Does this place have anything!!! Good grief! They still had 5 hours left! Not to mention half of their bagel racks were empty. I had to repeat the chive cream cheese on the everything bagel, and the garden veggie(which I didn’t want) on the 7 grain. He gave me my total and of course forgot about the coupon. I’m glad I asked, he adjusted it. When we sat, the cream cheeses looked the same. So, I think they were screwed up anyways. We probably had garden veggie on both. The bagel didn’t even save it… it tasted grocery store bought and it was very chewy. My husband’s had better flavor, but it wasn’t enough to be happy about. I heard the sour dough was very sour, so I’m glad I didn’t go with that like I almost did. The only saving grace here was the vanilla blended drink. That actually tasted good. I don’t see myself coming back.
