Normally Flame Broiler is a common choice for us family of 5. Tonight we were on our way home from the park after a long baseball game and decided to visit this location. We were thrilled they were opened still. We arrived at 8:46pm and we noticed they had all the chairs up on the tables. The lady greets us and asks for our order. Once were done with the order and my husband is about to pay she mumbles this is a takeout order only no dining in because we close at 9. I said wait what why would you wait till we’re paying to tell us. I said it’s not 9 yet we’d like to order for here. She again say so sorry but it’s take out only!

Flame broiler is great! Their food is always super fresh, and they give a discount if you are a Biola student. The thing that amazed me today was the speed of the service. I ordered to go and was out of the restaurant in under 5 minutes, which was super impressive.
I usually order the works bowl, which is what I had today. It is a good value and filling, as they have generous portions. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

Expensive. Skimp out on filling bowls to the top. Only thing good is the taste. Pathetic. Worst flame broiler I’ve ever been to. Get it together la Mirada flame broiler. You’re all I got in this town. Going to the Santa fe Springs loc from now on because you keep failing. FAIL!

I absolutely love flame broiler and moving to this new city coming from Costa Mesa/​Newport area I was very excited to know that there’s one around the corner. But the young lady the associate was so rude and too busy trying to flirt with the cooks. Needs improvement on customer service

Came in today i didnt have a problem. Ive been craving flame broiler, it been awhile since ive had it. My food was delicious and my girls enjoyed their lunch as well. We love the lil salad that comes on the plate… thanks for the good service, and good food.

Never had a problem with this location. Food tastes fine, the employees are kind of snobby sometimes, and they are lucky they haven’t got punched in the face by some fierce body builder detemind to eat healthy, but it’s fine. When me and my friends go in there they act like they have never seen teens in this area. So they immediately become snobby. But other than the employees, place is pretty good.

Taste ok but when I try to use the $ 4 coupon for check-​in deal. They said I have to pay 5.25. What is this? Paying 1.25? For tax? Or why would they have such a deal for $ 4??? Dont understand. I would rather go somewhere else.

When they first opened I liked them a lot and had dinner from them regularly. But the quality has declined until three visits in a row I found bones and other hard pieces I can’t even identify in my chicken. I’m bummed because I really did enjoy the food there before it got consistently gross.

The food is pretty good here, and we all know it is very healthy so you are probably wondering why only one star? Because of the very, very, very RUDE employees! I started a healthy eating plan and this is a good place for that, so I’ve been here twice in the last week. On my first visit the girl behind the counter was actually playing with her cell phone while she was waiting on me! She was also very unfriendly! On top of that they got my order wrong! I also went there tonight and the guy behind the counter never smiled once, as a matter of fact he was frowning! When I asked him if anything was wrong he just said that he’d had a long day. Do yourself a favor and go to Waba Grill down the street, it’s waaaaaaaay better!!!

Portions are tiny. Prices are high. The employees are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Despite stating that they are open until 900pm. They were closed at 615. For the Super Bowl? Just 1 more example of the arrogant attitude they have toward their customers. If you need this over priced garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location where you may be treated with at least some common decency

My food came out fast, but the girl at the cash register was extremely rude. She wouldn’t smile, make any eye contact, and she practically threw my receipt at me. She was so focused on her cellphone. Totally ruined the atmosphere. I get that people have their own lives with their own problems, but don’t bring that shit in to work with you. Customer service 101.

I’d seen these all over and finally popped in to try it and loved it. Fresh, not greasy and tasty. And all for under $ 7. You can’t beat that. I’d probably order an extra side of veggies as the beef and veggie bowl didn’t have enough veg for my liking.

The time that I came in was when they had TWO different types of music going on. One was the contemporary music station and the other was like dr. Dre playing in the kitchen that was really really loud. Not cool! So ppl in the restraunt were listening too both of them and it was very annoying I had my daughter with me so I didn’t appreciate it at all! So unprofessional, I wonder if the manager knew about this.

This was a nice surprise. I noticed someone at work consistently ate here. He gave a glowing referral so I had to try it out. It is tucked in an awkward spot in the shopping center so I had never noticed it.
The menu is simple and easy, The food is amazingly affordable. Surprisingly you get enough to fill you up, while eating food that is not that bad for you.
I generally order the beef bowl with brown rice and I add many slices of jalapenos. The food tastes very good. This place is hard to beat as a lunch option.

One of the healthiest, quick and inexpensive meal you could get in La Mirada! Brown rice, lean angus beef, chicken, sauce on the side, steamed veggie w/​green onion.
And oh, dont forget the hot sauce and the sliced jalapeño pickles!

I’m pretty surprised that Flame Broiler would open a store in the city of La Mirada. I guess to me why would they want to when the only people that would come to this location is the residents and no one else?
Well they still have plenty of customers at lunch time so I think they are doing pretty well for this location. I came here when I noticed the Flame Broiler sign and thought why not give it a try and see how it is.
Staff was friendly and the food was just like any other Flame Broiler pretty good and I just like how they also put on the menu brown rice. It is a healthier option for people and I love it! The inside to this one is really clean and I would come back for some chicken brown rice bowl anytime.
