Poor customer service will lead to you losing customers every single time. Train your people how to behave, and how to be responsive, and to provide excellent customer service, or else. This is 2015, if you do not provide stellar customer service, you will go out of business.

There are 2 Brandon’s at this boutique and while Brandon Skinner is the manager, Brandon Winn is the gentleman I dealt with. And he’s the gent you’ll want to talk to if you’re interested in learning about or buying a Panerai. Sure there are folks that may know more about the history or obscure technical details of a particular model, but Brandon’s customer service is phenomenal. Even though this was my first Panerai purchase, never for a moment in my dealings with Brandon over the span of a week(my decision making time before I pulled the trigger) did he show me anything but the utmost attention and respect to all my many inquires. You might be able to get a better deal elsewhere but you’ll be hard pressed to get this level of customer service and more importantly, after-sales care, anywhere else.

Whether you’re buying a Panerai watch or a strap, these guys will take good care of you. My experience is with Brandon, the store manager. He is knowledgeable and friendly. His staff is also attentive. When I was there on a recent weekday, I was offered something to drink while I waited to be helped. Once I was being helped, the staff continued to make sure that my stay was comfortable. Thanks, guys.
