McDonald’s

I have left Starbucks in favor of McDonald’s iced coffee! It’s pretty good. A medium iced coffee comes with 4 cream and 4 sugar but I ask for 2 and 2 and it’s much better. Monday thru Friday is buy one get one free. Way better deal than Starbucks plus the drive-​thru is much quicker.

This place is the epitome of the typical SH***Y La Habra employee attitude. And their breakfast drive thru? Forget it if you are in a hurry. They are slooooooooooooowwwwwwwww!!!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you have about 30 minutes to waste in drive thru. It’s McDonalds for heavens sake, how long does it take to fulfill orders? Only about 5 cars in front of me and it took 28 minutes to get my food. SERIOUSLY??? Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

You call «Breakfast All Day» an obviously RE-​FRIED hash brown left over from this morning??? Disgusting. Give it up, guys, & leave the all day breakfast to the experts-​the ones who have non-​ceremoniously been doing it for years (Jack-​in-​the-​Box).

I’ve never had an issue here. I started coming to this one when I feel like McDonald’s cause I know the owner. He’s a nice man and I love the new remodel !!!

This is the worst McDonalds ever! I only try them occasionally because apparently I like to torture myself! But learn from me and drive a little further go elsewhere! Service sucks! They are slow and will get your order wrong. When you ask a simple question you get a look like a deer caught in the headlights. It’s your products for crying out loud learn about them. Stay in school kids ! I’m not one to just bash a food service worker or store just because. I’ve worked food service it can be tough, but this store consistently sucks compared to other McDonalds. I’ve actually ended up driving to another store and guess what? It was fine there!

This McDonald’s is pretty lousy all the time but we stop there out of necessity bc it is on the way to my daughters work … Today they really took the cake we ordered two sausage mcmuffins and a large ice tea so we drove up to window, and they ignored us for a minute… One of the employees was putting up her long hair and one was making ice tea as we were waiting our journey of almost 10 minutes finally giving us our food. As we’re driving down the road my daughter states her’s is burnt, she had to eat bc at this point it was her only breakfast! So after dropping her off I open mine and it was more burnt than hers! So I drive back and the same girl gets an attitude when I hand it to her … She hands me a replacement and when I drive home low and behold this one is burnt too!!! Stay away from this McDonald’s the owner obviously doesn’t give a s_​_​t about what’s going one according to other complaints… I will never go here again!!!

You just know it’s bad when people take time to write a review about McDonalds.
They gave me a hamburger without meat and it was smashed flat.

Just turrible. Expect to wait 15+ minutes for a simple drive thru order with one car in front of you. Happens every damn. Last damn time I wait 15 minutes for 20 nuggets. Maybe McDonald’s should stop having kids run their restaurant.
Just got home… They got none of my sauces right. Ferreal tho, fuck you guys! Can’t do a simple thing right.
Just finished my nuggets… Seriously, fuck you guys. Habanero sauce is the only damn thing that makes the nuggets desirable for me. You guys don’t know much about working hard for your money, but I do and I wasted 20 minutes worth of work on these. Hire competent people.

Why can I get a sausage McMuffin with no Egg but I can’t get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Wtf either do the whole menu or don’t bother that’s why Jack in the box is better.

We hoped the staff would be new since this place was horrible before remodel. Check reviews. Obviously not. Terrible, slow, rude… I cannot even comment on food since we just get coffee and OJ to eat an a burrito at the Mexican spot a few doors down. My son and i Ordered two burritos next door while my wife walked to mcds with my daughter for drinks. My food was done and my 11 year old son ate his whole burrito before my wife even received h
The drinks at mcds. I know this because she was on the phone with me complaining the entire time.
Drive to imperial or over to colima and save a headache and probably a belly ache also.

TO THE OWNER– READ YOUR REVIEWS! YOU NEED NEW EMPLOYEES OR SOME SERIOUS NEW STANDARDS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOST REVIEWS ARE ABOUT THE UNFRIENDLY STAFF — HIRE SOME NEW PPL WHO ACTUALLY WANNA WORK AND BE NICE!
BTW before they hooked this one up, the employees I dealt with at the drive-​thru were nice. Where did all they go?
The food is cool so that’s why I gave 2 stars… but the customer service sucks!!! (rating would be a 1 on this alone)
At drive-​thru — I asked for extra sauce for my food. Chick is unfriendly, not nice at all and no smiles and very adamant that she placed it in the bag. I said no I don’t see any (at this point she could’ve just said oh sorry and gave me some sauce and I’d be nice and on my way to work!!)
BUT NOOO she wanted to be «right» and felt she was absolutely right and repeated herself with attitude and I had to give her the bag so she could check!
Are you kidding me right now!!! Like I’m really gonna lie holding the bag in front of you!!! I can’t believe she asked for the bag!!! omg never has any fast food employee asked for my bag back to check if they put sauce in there!!! who does that!!! (I get it if it’s a food item)
Guess what? She was WRONG ! NO sauce was in my bag just as I mentioned!
She then proceeded to say that she thought someone else put the sauce in the bag… ok really?! (we’re blaming it on another employee now! like I even care)
she muttered sorry under her breath which is NOT an apology and gave me sauce and I was out!
I get it. working in fast food probably sucks and maybe your day is super bad today but don’t take it out on me!
I was calm but didn’t tell her thank you cause she didn’t deserve it. So a Unilocal review it is!
I will go again but if I see her again and the same things happens I will have no problem letting her know how rude she is… Don’t care if she doesn’t care but you know there’s always someone else who can do your job «better» than you!!! be happy that you have one… ppl aren’t eating and making rent these days and this girl was too much!

I don’t like it when, the owners, employees or friends make up reviews. These reviewers obviously haven’t been to this «NEW» McDonald’s. First time I went there the flies were everywhere, I dunno why, not even flies eat this shit. Big Mac was cold, bun was stale… I dunno how, this shit doesn’t even mold if you leave it outside for a week. Not even my dog would eat this shit. And this McDonald’s even sucks for a McDonald’s. So 5 stars? Yah right, sure pal.

It’s a remodeled mc Donald’s and we were excited to have lunch here. However, when we walked in the the trash was overflowing to the floor. Tables were people were done eating not cleaned. We ordered n found an empty table… Looking around n was just so sad how management of this mc Donald’s doesn’t care for the cleanliness… Went to bathroom and it was so dirty and not flushing. Water backing up. Omg! As we are throwing our trash. it was still a mess… I told this lady how messy n dirty it is and she said ok. Management needs to take a look at this place and keep it clean… If not, close it down.

The employees were rude. I said hi to both of the girls in interacted with in the drive throu and they didn’t say anything to me just handed me my card and receipt and shut the window. Then when I got home my Big Mac had the meat patties on top of each other instead of inside the buns. The French fries were cold. And they didn’t put any sauces that I asked for in the bag

I havent been to this Mcdonalds since they remodeled it. Before the service was pretty good and the food was givin to you quik. I came on a sunday and the service was horrible it took them 15 mins to almost 20 mins to get our damm food. The girl that helped us looked like she doesnt like working here and rude showed no good customer service. Never will come here again

Mc Donald’s now permanently like before but this place definitely made my decision permanently. Nasty. Drive a few miles to in n out.

It’s a fast food place so I expected mediocre service but the guy was super friendly at the first window and so was the girl that handed me my food. The woman on the order box was very patient with me and my indecisiveness as well and made sure to ask me questions to make sure my order was correct. I would recommend this location because of the service and also because they just newly remodeled it!

Okay, let me just start by saying that I had not had McDonald’s in about 4 years…
This place is newly remodeled and looks AWESOME.
Now on to the food…
Holy sh**, can we say insipid? ABSOLUTELY no flavor. All I tasted was the ketchup that I added. I remember when McDonald’s fries were my favorite, what happened? I ordered a Big Mac meal, and everything was lacking, yes, including the soda. I served myself a Sprite, come on guys, add more syrup! I spent 25 bucks on meals for my family and me, and I can tell you that it was a complete waste of money. I do not regret those 4 years I went without McDonald’s, I DO regret having gone back. Never again.
Also, they’re sloooooooow, you have to ask them to clean your table before you sit down to eat, and their trashcans were packed and filthy I was going to take a picture of the mess, but I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Again, this place is new, shouldn’t they have better service and a clean environment? Wow.
