DON’T COMEHERE If you want a fast and friendly experience. I feel so bad giving a bad review knowing the owner, but the people they hire are old and have a extreme language barrier. I went one morning on a rush for breakfast and the employee took 5min to cook pastrami in the microwave because the oven was broken and over that they’re egg was out of stock she also still kept opening and closing the microwave door and touching it to see if it was«warm» AND still asked me where I wanted my bread and egg cooked. I have been going to this subway for many years, until the last five years my family avoids it. They are very inconsiderate owners, especially the daughter around 26 years old. I told her I was going to order a sandwich, and purchase a gift card(it is Christmas Eve 3:30pm), but I needed to use the rest room first. That I was in pain… she said no. I told her that all eateries had to, by law, provide a rest room for their customers. She said no. I told her that I had been coming their since the place opened many years ago… that I live 2 blocks from there and she still said no. As I was leaving, I told her I will never come back to that location of Subway. I can not believe it is a coincidence that every time we go there we have a bad experience! If they close up for business soon, I will not be surprised!

Worse service ever!!!# i came in to grab something quick to eat and 1 the lady took for ever to help me(and i was the only customer there) 2 she didnt ask if i was ready or nothing she started to bake the bread and finally after she finished she started to take my order she had to toast my bread and she was so distracted my bread burned to b honest i didnt even have time to argue i was hungry and late i will never go back there again even if they gave me subway there for free horrible

I went yesterday, on a Tuesday, for dinner. The lady who helped me was very nice(which was a first at this location). I asked for a free cookie that they give on Tuesdays. Once it was time to eat my cookie, I noticed that it had hair along the edge baked into the cookie. Disgusted, I threw the cookie away. Today I decided to give this subway another chance, only that as I was finishing my sandwich I spotted a small black insect crawling out of my sandwich. Apart from having very rude staff, this location has hygienic issue. I wouldn’t recommend to make any purchases at this location because of possible health risks. I’d rather drive a little farther away for better service, or even pay more for a sandwich from Jersey Mikes.

My neighborhood subway. A little off the grid so they offer free cookie with check in. Not all subways continue to offer $ 5 cold cut footlongs like this joint, nor are they created equal. It really depends on franchisee, and this place knocks it out of the park: Well kept ingredients, generous sandwich makers, convenient location, delivering all and everything you can ever expect from a subway. Well done.

This place is ridiculous. .I’ve never been charged for adding parmesano cheese to the sub… $.25 for barely any cheese they put on. It’s not just about the money… it’s just ridiculous what they do. Never going back to any subway

Avoid this Subway. They always just throw together the sandwiches. It’s practically falling apart when you’re trying to eat it. I recommend eating at the Subway on Central in Brea. They definitely make much better sandwiches there.

I live probably 2 minutes from this subway and never go because of the service. you would think they would catch on but don’t. I went in yesterday to grab dinner and they had one gal making sandwiches while the female manager just sat at the cash register doing nothing. The gal was definitely new and was provided no support by the manager.

Usually come here because it’s close to work, only one worker provides some sort of customer service the rest are usually expendable. I always see new faces and they are all slow and not friendly. The new workers seem to not be trained with only one helping customers… I waited five minutes while three workers kept walking by before I even got a greeting. They had one new guy working alone without helping him. No consideration for people’s time. I understand being busy but at least day something to let the customers know that you realize they are there instead of having two girls in the back casually walking around. Really needs to have some customer service training done.

Terrible. Today I went in and got a buffalo chicken sandwich, and all the veggies were mixed up with eachother and generally looked like they had been there all day. I commented on how it looks like they have been sitting there all day, to which she sarcastically replies that they have to change them every hour. My response to this was why half of them are empty and soggy looking. This is my last straw at this place which is unfortunate because I live right up the street. Employees always look like they hate their lives and are too lazy to substitute the fresh veggies, meats, etc.

So, thanks for the food poisoning. Maybe if the inside of your restaurant wasn’t a sauna, the meats would be held at the proper temperature and the turkey sandwich wouldn’t have made me take a sick day from work. Also, the employees just seemed sad to be there. Probably because the other Unilocalers say the boss keeps their tip money, oh and they have to work in previously said sauna.

Today I went to get a sandwich here and noticed it was burning hit inside. I told the employee I would open the door for her to cool off bc she must have been or soon would be over heating. A few minutes later the employee passed out. She hit her head and we(the customers) begged her to call the manager and to go home. I feel she may of been afraid of getting in trouble and went back to work. A minute later the manager(same girl has been there for years and she’s never had good customer service) came in and myself and another customer told her that her employee passed out and hit her head. She nonchalantly said«oh okay». She didn’t tell her to sit down, go home or anything! On top of completely being cold hearted and just dumb for not sending her employee home and leaving someone working by themselves during rush hour, my sandwich was horrible. Most times I come here my sandwiches aren’t very good. I only go back(rarely) bc I’m hungry and it’s the closest to my house. I’m sure I will never go back again after seeing how this subway treats their employees. In top of ALL of that, if you tip these employees the manager/owner(I’m sure they’re related) takes the tips for themselves! They’re just horrible people all around. I feel for all the past, present and future employees that work there.

This Subway is terrible, they need to fire everyone and start over again. Today I went into Subway for there buy one 6-inch get one free before nine deal. I showed up at 8:45 and there was only one women working(I believe her name was Amanda) As soon as I walked in she asked if I could wait one moment she answered the telephone and was talking for ten minuets! I was furious I was on my way to leave and she was like I can make your sandwich(I could kick myself for going back) the women made my sandwich in a rush and when I asked about my other six inch she refused to make it she said it was to late. ITWASNTEVENNINE yet I had gotten there at 20 minuets till nine she made me wait and refused me my other sandwich she said her clock said nine and when I got my receipt the time said 8:55!!! I was so ticked off I couldn’t even stomach my sandwich. The worst part about this is this Subway is so close to my house and I actually have to drive out of my way to go to a farther chain. Don’t go here EVERYONE is horrible. If I could give them a half of a star I would’ve.

In trying to convince myself that I am a fan of Subway, I was aimlessly driving as my tummy was growling but wasn’t sure what I should feast on when I stumbled across this Subway. I wasn’t sure if the place was still open given how late it was but it was open. I had quite the rude worker there. I asked a question about some coupons I had and her response was full of annoyance. It’s not my nature to be quiet about things like this but I was in Subway for crying out loud. Anyway, I make my selection. Not helpful in asking what I wanted in the sandwich. It’s not rocket science but I was very open and honest about what I’d like. She couldn’t stop looking with disgust at my outfit(yes I wore sweats, leave me alone) and i asked for a drink. She hadn’t smiled before, why smile now? She reluctantly handed me a cup. I mentioned how I could use some iced tea, she states that they had cleaned out the tank for their iced tea. The store was supposed to still be open for another hour. She made me uncomfortable, and sighed with every thing I asked or said. So, no I will not be going back to this location, that’s for sure. Oh, and I went home to eat my dinner … I realized she didn’t put something I absolutely had a dialogue about. Thanks a lot, not. You are all right about this place. 2 thumbs way down.

I am a fan of subway. I’ve eaten their sandwiches for several years. That being said, I think this subway is probably one of the worst I have been to. Very very poor customer service. There were three employees behind the bar, helping two men. And then when it came to my turn, the employees moved as if they were still in a rush.(even though there was no one behind me and I hadn’t made a big stink about the line and waiting). I ordered a 6″ turkey breast with cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, onions, bell peppers and cucumbers. And when the sandwich artist folded it up, she folded it so hard that the sandwich ripped down the middle. There was no reason for that! I was the only one in line when ordering. I don’t expect perfection really, and I realize that sometimes the bread isn’t going to work that well, but there was no reason for these employees to act so rushed when they didn’t have to be. Scout out other locations if you crave subway. This one is not worth it… even for a five dollar footlong.

I like Subway– made to order sandwiches, what’s not to like! Having said that, I am never going back to this Subway. This was the absolute worst service ever. There were two employees, both of whom were helping ONE customer, while a line formed behind me. Then they finally headed back– one was busy attempting to flirt with a customer behind me, while the other one made the worst looking sandwich ever. All the while having a personal conversation with a woman that had walked in, who I presume also works there, but not at that time. They were also out of straws, and their regular coke was all foam. Never again.
