Went to the drive thru and ask the girl what is their largest size of mash potatoes. She says«Large.» The correct answer should have been a pint. KFC needs to train their employees with better product knowledge and not give stupid, unless answers.

This location tends to be fairly slow in their service but I finally have had enough with finding bones in their pot pies! I had this happen on one occasion before and wrote it off as a fluke. Now having this happen on a second occasion is inexcusable! It’s pretty disgusting to bite down into a bone and feel like you’re going to chip a tooth.

This is the Mrs’s go to spot for her Chicken fix. We usually get 10 piece grilled to go. Pros: Whenever we ask for all drumsticks in the grilled 10 piece, employees immediately verify and indicate they might not have 10 but will include as many as they have.(+1) Root beer float is an amazing drink(+1) Very inexpensive for the amount of food(+1) Cons: Have to repeat our order twice due to their drive through ordering system(–1)

After my girlfriend bought dinner, they told her they were making the hot wings fresh so would take longer. When she got home there was blood still dripping on the chicken. Nasty! Unhealthy! Sick! I went back calmy to show the manager and at a minimum get a refund. Not only was she extremely rude to me but her staff. They were nice trying to help me but the lady manager was extremely unprofessional to me and her staff! I asked for a refund and she said no because was 10 mins after 10. Said they were closed and nothing she could do. She got pissed and yelled at her staff for not closing quickly. I felt bad for her staff as well. After 10 – 15 mins of saying sorry but friers are off and she closed the registers already and didn’t want to close unbalanced. I said that was her fault and issues not mine. I asked nicely last time for a minimum of a refund. When she said no I said she left me no other choice but to contact corporate office and social media. She said she could get fired for talking to me after hours. I said i doubted corporate and her wouldn’t an unsatisfied customer. But she didn’t care. She said she cooked the wings as she was suppose to. What I found funny was how did she know it was the wings the issue and not the pot pie, or other chicken plates? She hesitated giving me her name and after I asked for a business card I realized it wasn’t even hers. She said her name began with an M, but thats if she was even honest. I hope KFC&FDA read this message. She needs help. I feel so bad for her staff having to deal with her yelling at them and treated badly.

Picked up a quick meal, got the $ 5 chicken breast meal. Drive thru girl was nice. The meal itself was ok but the corn was over cooked. Hard and just gross! Chicken(original flavor) was good, lots of chicken but the corn really makes me question the food overall. Prbly won’t be back.

Horrible, horrible service. When my daughter and I walked in there was a family of 3 standing in front of the counter. I have no idea how long they were there, but after about 5 minutes without so much as a greeting, they left. As soon as they started walking out, the manager walked up and said to their backs«Can I help you?» When they ignored her and kept walking, the manager turned to her minions and said she couldn’t understand why they left. Really? Not too bright. I wanted to follow them out but I promised my daughter some macaroni and cheese and KFC happens to have the best according to my 5 year old.(They also have really good cheese curds and of course, root beer floats) Now, if they could just get this pesky«service» thing down. Nostalgia and cheese curds aside, not much reason to visit this one.

Food is like any other KFC. The difference here is cleanliness and service. This store has been filthy last three times I have come in on break. Service is terrible. Even with no other customers in dight you stand at the counter and are ignored. When raising this issue to the manager I got rolling eyes and patronizing pablum. Save yourself the hassle and swing through another fast food spot.

This is franchise restaurant and own by polly’s pie, well you can see the quality of the food and service always bad, i had an incident i was going to school and i thought take a snak bonless orignal(over rated commercial) order couple piece of bonless orignal and ask for water they gave me a plastic cup in drive throu ask for bigger cup was told $ 1.00 i said no thanks and chicken was hard and sitting around in heat cabinate for a while, ask for fresh one was told it will take 15 min so i said give me a better pice employee responded you want money back and i told him that i would like fresh chicken so he insisted to return the money and upon return him the bag the crushes the bag in a threatining way, i did not like the behaviour of the employee and called corporate office of KFC response was some one will call you back no response call back to see what happen the second response was they have escalated the comlaint to the higher 2 weeks latter someone called to the response and start defending the employees behavier i told the man i dont need any thing from you and stop calling me .so my question is is that the standared of service of a greese spoone god for bid if they have good product what they will beet people up.

Salty, greasy chicken with fat deposits — the way KFC oughta be! The place looked clean and the staff was friendly. The older lady at the front register gave me coupons so I could buy my food cheaper. There is a sign saying the place is owned and operated by Polly’s Pies. It also had good foot traffic at dinnertime.

Pondering what to eat for lunch today I decided to eat some popcorn chicken since we got a advertisement in the mail with coupons. I got the the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and a medium drink for $ 4.99. It was really filling for me so I gave a few little popcorn chickens to my doggy lol, he loved it too. I’ve been to this place quite a few times just if I needed a root beer float or if I was craving some fried chicken. I barely actually tried popcorn chicken about two months ago and I actually like the batter and the flavor ! Yes this is bad for you but sometimes you should be a little bit bad !! :) This location is close to Carrows and on Beach Blvd. :) Oh also this place accepts credit cards even American Express!
