Just stopped in. Waited a few minutes at the counter to place our order. The place was empty. Three employees in the back looked out at us but never came to take our order. After waiting a couple more minutes we walked out. With all the restaurants in walking distance hard to believe how this place stays open.

We’ve been ordering Fireside delivery for quite some time now. At first, we really enjoyed the pizza. However, the quality and service has declined. We have recently had two occasions where the pizza was burnt. I do like crispy crust, but this was dark BLACK and inedible. Tonight, due to the appalling customer service, we will never order from them again. The pizza we received was burnt black again tonight. This time we called to complain. The person who took our call, asked a bunch of questions about the pizza and argued with us about it being burnt. She said, «I cut it myself, and it was fine.» When I explained to her that it was black on the bottom and inedible, she said«well, I’m sorry you don’t like your pizza to that doneness.» She said she couldn’t give us a credit because they’ve «gotten screwed by customers in the past.» She offered cash back but was not about to admit that they made an error. I asked her if they could remake the pizza for us. She was abrupt and short but agreed and quickly hung up. After a few minutes, she called back and asked us to make sure that we give the pizza back to the driver because she didn’t think that it was overcooked and wanted to see it. When the new pizza arrived about an hour later, the crust was raw in the middle, cold, and there were barely any toppings on it at all. As I said, never again! Inconsistent and declining food quality. Horrible customer service. Appalling. Rude. If only there were a zero star rating.

Went here with my family to try something new. The staff greeted us with a smile and provided us with our drink orders. There is a plentiful beer and wine selection for a small, quick-serve restaurant! It was quite nice, because there was a beer to suit all of my family members’ needs. We ordered appetizers and pizzas. The appetizers came out quickly and were delicious. The pizzas came out just a few minutes after finishing the appetizers. The waiter who brought us our pizzas was very kind. The pizzas that came out were very flavorful, and the woodfired oven made the taste unique. After finishing our pizza we got the bill. For 6 the bill was about $ 100. Can’t beat that for appetizers, beer, wine, and several pizzas!

Friendly service, casual atmosphere and the best thin crust pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had make this a top-notch place for pizza! The 12 in thin crust is a perfect size for a hungry person or for sharing if a little less hungry. One of the many nice restaurants in downtown LaGrange which I’ll return to in the near future.

Delicious lunch! Friendly counter service started it. Our food arrived fairly fast. I had combo salad and ½ sandwich. The chicken pesto sandwich was really good– bread was fresh and had a nice crunch after the wood burning oven. Salad was on the small size but the sandwich was on the larger size considering it was a ½! My friend got the G-man and ½ Caesar. This was my second visit– the first time we had pizza which was delish. LaGrange has quite a few pizzerias and this one should be close to of not at the top.

Hands down the best margherita pizza I’ve had in the states! Sauce is bright and fresh! Crusty is perfectly chewy and crunchy in all the right places!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. Food was great and servers were great! We could have used a little more privacy, but other than that it was great. I don’t think we even had any food left from our pizza buffet! Everyone loved it!

Great lunch spot! The chicken pesto sandwich was generic but delicious, and the homemade chips were pretty good. Definitely will want to come back to try pizzas, salads, and other sandwiches. It is a little on the expensive side($ 10 for my sandwich) but it tastes good and service is friendly.

Stopped in for a sandwich as usual and they always seem to impress me. The chips are also very good. I really enjoy the food.

Tried take out from here for first time. Had 2 pizzas — Tuscany and Veggie. Both were very good. Not greasy pizza — which some people like. I will definitely return for the Tuscany, which has prosciutto, black olives and artichokes. Delicious.

This is my second visit. Really love the pizza here. Pizza is made on a actually wood burning brick oven. Had the chicken BBQ the first time. Really good, Bruchetta is great also. I’ll be back again for a future visit.

I’ve been going here for over a year and today when I kindly asked for a serving of ketchup the waitress rudely stated to me «55 cents». I have never been charged for ketchup anywhere in my life and I have had ketchup here before without being charged for it. Sadly I will never go to this establishment ever again. Either This waitress, who happens to be one of the owners, was having a bad day or she had specifically something against me eating there.

Their pizzas are made from scratch and taste great. The only thing I was disappointed with was that on pizza Margherita they put tomato sauce instead of fresh tomatoes but I would definitely return. For what they offer, they are reasonably priced. I think the ambiance of the restaurant can be improved. When I first walked in, I felt I was at a fast food joint and right away had doubts about the quality of food; I was happy to be wrong.

How pizza is supposed to be made. Crust is perfectly crispy and chewy with a hint of smoke from the wood fired oven. Cheese has just the right amounts of funk, saltiness, and stringiness. Even the sauce is super flavorful. Only negatives are that the crust trends to get a bit soggy toward the middle after a while, and the sausage is just decent.

Thank you for your gluten free options! Purchased a Groupon for my kids and myself, went there today and it was fantastic! Absolutely delicious, thank you again for your gluten free options, having that allergy really limits what/where you can eat! The staff was excellent, & friendly, the older gentleman came to check on me and the boys, which just shows old fashioned hospitality that most places lack now and days! We will definitely be back for the delicious pizza and awesome hospitality.

I wanted to like this place. It’s a local business featuring woodfired pizza in a great location with reasonable prices. It just didn’t happen. Let me explain. I had a groupon for two pizzas. The place is tiny, super tiny, and not accommodating for groups. It ‘s also bathed in passive aggressive notes(GROUPONSCLEARLYSTATETHEYDONOTCOVERTIPANDTAX — BEPREPAREDTOPAY and PLEASEUSEBOTHHANDSWHENAFFIXINGLIDTOAVOIDSPILLAGE0. Despite offering groupons, the staff is pretty salty when you used them. The food was just OK. I had the four cheese and the tuscan harvest, both of which were stingy on toppings and tasted bland to me. The pizzas feed one to two people, as an FYI. I could get over either forgettable food OR an unfriendly staff, just not both in the same place. There are better places in downtown La Grange.

Great little pizza place in La Grange! Was brought here by friends who are local. Pizza is large enough to feed 1 – 2 people depending on how hungry you are. It is all thin/crispy crust with very high quality toppings. The restaurant is very casual — order at the counter, get a number, seat yourself and wait. You also fill your own drinks. If the review was just of the food it would be 5 stars. I took one off because the service can be a little bit awkward/slow, and it is a little bit pricey for a pizza(ranging from $ 10-$ 12 each). I went there the other night and my bill was about $ 15 for one pizza and a fountain drink. That being said, I dare you to find a better quality pizza in the area.

I enjoyed my experience here! I was here with a friend, taking part of a groupon deal, but I would definitely come back without one! The restaurant has a cool vibe to it, with nice art pieces, high and low tables, and their menus coming out of the wall. Everything on the menu looked great, and from what I could see on others’ tables, all their salads and other pizza choices looked fresh and appetizing. My friend and I ordered a margherita and tuscan style pizza. My tuscan style had artichoke, prosciutto, olives and cheese, and hers was the standard basil, cheese and sauce on it. Both were extremely different but great flavors! Staff was friendly in helping us decide, we got our food quickly and it was good and hot. Pizzas were 11 – 12 a pie, generally, and my friend and I both took home 3 pieces. They have 2 red and 2 white wine options and about 8 beer/cider options, which was totally sufficient. I appreciated the signs posted asking parents to make sure their kids used«inside voices» and were not running around the restaurant, too! It was a great overall experience, and I will be back! Thank you, Fireside!

Was here for a lunch with my friend and the pizzas made in a brick oven is what brought us in. We had the pesto with artichokes and red peppers and the very veggie. Both were very good. With a crisp crust and fresh ingredients it was a great lunch. Pizzas are the perfect size and the service was surprisingly quick and good. Although it was a good find not something that sticks out for a second run.
