Bella Bouquet Flower

I received flowers from my sister today. This is the worst arrangement I have ever seen. How can you guys call yourself a floral company?!

HORRIBLE!!! My son in law bought me flowers for Christmas. Where suppose to be delivered Christmas Eve — never delivered. Then re-​delivered in a couple days. Waited and no one showed up. On January 20,2015 they called me and said I had an arrangement to be re-​delivered from December and if I would be home on Friday Jan.23,2015 said I would be. Waited almost the entire day and no flowers delivered. I called them and the lady apologized and asked if I would be home Saturday the 24^th. Promised to delivere first thing in the morning. Again nothing delivered. I called on Monday 26^th and asked what happened? Now she tells me she has to check and see if the order was cancelled. I told her should that not have been checked out before you call and tell someone that flowers are being delivered. Said she call me in a ½ hour to let me know what is going on with this order. I don’t think I will see these flowers.
Don’t bother with this florist! There are a lot of good ones around in that area.

My father is overseas in the middle east, and unfortunately misses some holidays for that reason. My parents wedding anniversary is December 24^th, so he had ordered flowers for my Mom to be shipped to her. She never received them and of course, was disappointed.
We called FTD and got our money back, and it was the end. Then Tuesday Jan 20^th, they reached out to my Mom promising to make it up and sending her flowers the next day. Surprise surprise, still no flowers.
Here we are, January 26 and still no flowers. Very disappointed.
I guess where I am getting at with this, is we will never use their services again.

Horrible! They were supposed to deliver my order anytime after 3 pm. No show. I called the next morning and it was agreed that I could pick up my order anytime after 4 pm. When I arrived at their shop at 4:15pm — no one was there. I waited for 45 minutes until I finally gave up. There are too many other GOOD florists in this area — don’t bother.
