I love this Starbucks so much. My mobile order(iced green tea latte) is always ready on time. Emily is the cutest barista she is so nice and so polite. Anytime I want to make an adjustment to my order she’s so accommodating and never gives attitude. She’s so social with all the customers it puts everyone in a good mood. She makes my drink perfectly and she’s never messed up. I come here hoping she’s the one that’s going to make my drink because she makes it perfect. And any other Starbucks I go to always messes it up. Love this location!

We’ve stopped in a number of times when heading to Descanso Gardens. One cool evening there was a long time to get hot drinks. Seemed to take a really long time to place and receive our order. The crew was hopping; just was surprised to see that long a line. It’s a fairly small space in a shopping plaza that features a variety of businesses, including a multiplex movie theater. Parking availability varies depending on how popular all the other businesses are at a given hour. Not the most laid back of Starbucks.

The worst worst Starbucks only because there is no management no sense of urgency or customer service — there are a couple happy people and that doesn’t mean anything because they chit chat with people! Minimum takes 20 minutes usually for one damn drink kid you not I have one simple order good job you morons seriously.

This Starbucks is my go to Starbucks. The workers are excellent, the drinks taste amazing, and the wait is always short. They have an area where the younger college students can come out and study as well as nice patio area to sit and relax having their amazing caramel frap. They also have a wide selection of mugs and coffees on display. Thank you Starbucks for your kind service.

We stopped by this Starbucks on the way to descanso garden to look at the craving of the pumpkins. The person who took our order was having a bad day or something, she gave us attitude, very rude. The barista who was making the drink was yelling at her the entire time I was in there. Maybe that was why she was in a pissy mood. No excuses though, find another job. I did not pay $ 5 for you to be mean.

Solid Starbucks with friendly employees. Because parking is so easy at this location, it gets SUPER busy during rush hours and weekends. This is my favorite Starbucks in the La Crescenta/La Canada area, however, and I think it’s the best one to get some studying done at.

This is the worse Starbucks ever !!! I waited forever! I was wondering why it was taking so long… well the lady didn’t even start my drink! Once I told the cashier he told her AGAIN to make it and when she did she didn’t even let me know it was ready! I will not becoming back here! I give this Starbucks one star and that star goes to the cashier guy with glasses for noticing because if it wasn’t for him who knows how long I would of been waiting.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks and I’ll tell you why. If, God for forbid, you have to be somewhere early on a Saturday morning and pop in for a coffee before you hit the 2 anytime between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. you will find one of the most interesting and beautiful collections of cars parked out in the lot. You also find a most interesting group of mainly gentlemen hanging out at Starbucks, drinking their coffee, and talking about what else? Cars. This Starbucks is the meet-up location for the Early Rodders group of car enthusiasts and you will see all kinds of impeccably maintained classic cars outside: Rolls Royce, VW bugs, hot rods of all type, and dozens another gorgeous and historical vehicles. It’s a lot of fun and everyone seems to be having a super great time. Also, the service at this Starbucks is usually pretty good and it’s your basic typical Starbucks experience. Free Wi-Fi, decent coffee, and lots of seating especially outside on the patio. But for the free car show, make sure you go Saturdays between 7 and 9 a.m. It’s a pretty cool way to start the weekend.

This is HOME! I love this location. The patio set-up and the inside is set up perfectly for anyone who wants to study, chat, read, or just to simply enjoy a cup of joe. My experience with the baristas here have always been top-notch friendly and outstanding. My drinks are always consistent and parking is never a problem. Highly recommend it!

Brenda was the lady who made my hot coffee what I notice was she read all the details on the cup before making my drinks. I will love that all workers pay attention to Coustomer details.

I really like this particular location for Starbucks. It is right at the freeway interchange of the 210 and the 2 freeways. There is plenty of seating outside as well as inside. It is also really nice that the store is outfitted with the powermats. At least at this store, people don’t steal those chargers that are needed to charge your phone.

So today I got coffee with my ice. Ordered a venti iced coffee at this place and the ice was packed in there. On top of that, I ordered a sandwich. I was waiting for about 10 minutes when I decided to go ask. When I came up to the counter, they were still sitting on the counter. Other than the lack of urgency, it’s just like any other Starbucks. Enjoy!!!

They’re pretty fast. One barista looks like Christian Bale. Great outside patio for working on computer. Under freeway, so hope for no earthquake while you’re there.

Barista is a rude bit*h. Handed my husband the wrong drink and when we told her that it was wrong she tried to blame my husband. No apology! Nothing but a stuck up attitude. After she made the correct drink she just looked at my face and put it on the counter! If you hate your job so much, quit! I’m sure there’s someone who needs the job and would be a better fit for human interaction. I didn’t get her name but she was the barista on 04−23−15 at 9:00pm. Oh and this specific location always has an overflow of trash falling out of the trash bins… Eew

For me(as a former Starbucks assistant manager), I have a fairly high standard when I visit a location. In order for a Starbucks to get 5 stars, something amazing has to be happening in that particular location. If I give 4 stars, it means everything was as good as it should be. This location has plenty of parking & shares the nearby space with a fantastic bagel shop & average movie theatre. That’s always good if you’d prefer top-notch bagels along with your S-bux coffee. It’s also nice to catch a cup of coffee after a good(or bad) movie. You’ve gotta love the ample seating both inside, and outside. I loved the coffee wall art. What better way to decorate a coffee shop than with pictures of… coffee? I guess pictures of french fries or sushi would have seemed weird… Everything seemed great — the food case was clean & well-stocked. The lobby was clean. The area for sugar/cream/napkins wasn’t messy(as is the case in quite a few locations). I was concerned about the giant line when I walked in, but they kept it moving. The total time I spent in line, ordering, & waiting for my beverages from the barista was around 7 minutes max. Not bad. The cashier was friendly. The drinks were made correctly. I left happy.

I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, but Starbucks is a huge fan of the area. There’s literally about four Starbucks within less than three miles of one another, between La Crescenta, Montrose up to La Canada. This Starbucks is a great location. It’s near the freeway entrance and exit. And it’s one of our go to places to kill time before seeing a movie next door. They also open late on weekends, so it’s also a great stop after seeing a movie. (Coffee addict, guilty!) They do get very crowded when movies let out, so I suggest you grab a seat before ordering if you plan on staying. The barista is super fast and efficient. I must say, they do provide good service here and their mochas and lattes are prepped well.

It’s not like me to leave a bad review, but this location got me sad trippin. I’m here in a Friday night at 9:30pm, the location closes at 11:00pm. –Absolutely no pastries(the display was completely empty) –No coffee creamer –Tables and chairs in the patio were being put away at 9:45pm
