The last time I went here I waited for 45 minutes to even be served water so I didn’t get to order food before I left all around horrible customer service

Recent trip to this location I had a problem with my discount coupon. I thought the staff could have been a little less combative and adversarial. I usually have a better experience at this location. Food was OK, nothing special. I think some entrees are ok and some a little better. I had Sliders (mini cheeseburgers), baked potato and salad. The little bit of cheese looks like it was torched onto the bun. Baked potato was smaller than a Wendy’s baked potato. My wife seemed to like her chicken dish more. Her side of spaghetti squash also looked good. Will probably go back but not anytime soon. The coupon incident turned this lunch experience kind of sour. Even though the restaurant was less than half full Manager never asked us if everything was OK. Maybe that’s why the restaurant was less than half full?

The meal was a lot better than last time we came. The prices are still above average for the food that is served. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk with. They didn’t rush you out the door. We were visiting with family & wanted to spend a little more time than just eating. They were ok with us staying. Nice!

We have never been disappointed by Ruby Tuesday’s. The ambiance in their restaurants is pleasant and we have always received excellent service. Their menu is large and has some really interesting offerings. Two of our favorite meals are grilled shrimp skewers and bourbon hickory bbq glazed salmon. I really like that they offer healthy choice sides, too. And, their salad bar is one of my favorites. I’m a fan of this restaurant chain.

love this place i got the half rack ribs they were so delicious fell off the bone tender love that they put alot of BBQ sauce on them my hubby had the rib eye he said it was tender juicy and tasty are server was excellent will definitely be back

My server was poor, very poor. I am not a negative reviewer, but I have to be honest. The burger was good, but… No mustard for the burger. No ketchup for the fries. No drink refills. Took forever to get the food. A bad experience all the way around

I want to love this place, but I can’t get over the hump. The service here was excellent. The first time I went here I sat at the bar and the bartender provided me with a $ 2 off card for eating at the bar during a certain time frame. She didn’t have to do that. Their salad bar is middle of the road, but the small plates make it difficult to load up. I came back a few days later really trying to have a healthy meal. I did my part until my server brought out two complimentary cheese biscuits and a red velvet cupcake for dessert. My bunless turkey burger with broccoli and squash were negated because I didn’t have the discipline to turn down the cupcake or biscuits. I loved his generosity, but he should have been more attentive to what I was eating. Carb/Sugar fail! Lovely staff, but they have room to tweak a few things to make the overall dining experience even better.
