Pizza Hut

This is honestly the worst service I had for a while. Had to wait half an hour for one ham pizza. Slow service and no greetings until I said hi. Don’t come here if you’re expecting to enjoy a great night with your friends.

Do not come here! Here early on a Friday evening, there is only one other table of 2. Carry out orders are taking an hour and we waited 45 minutes for a pizza. Was not greeted when we walked in until I said HELLO a few minutes later. Service is terrible. If they are overwhelmed by 2 tables I can’t imagine how they will handle the rest of this night now that it is getting full.

Worst service I’ve had in awhile. It’s a shame I love Pizza Hut pizza. Waited an extra hour for a pick order for two pizzas. It was not even busy. Four people standing in front of me had been there for longer than me.
Haha I hope they hire a few people to push a faster attitude.
Anyways still standing here… hopefully the pizzas good!

This Pizza Hut is one of the best Pizza Huts in the area. The pizza is always nice and cheesy and has that «Pizza Hut» quality and taste that we love.
We dined in and was seated right away.
Got the two medium Meatlovers and they were delicious. Also ordered the side salad, which was very fresh lettuce and tomatoes with croutans.
Very impressed with this Pizza Hut and will continue to come back.

Spent most of my lunch with an empty buffet. They seemed think being short handed was a good reason for no food on the buffet, I was expected to pay full price for no service.

This Pizza Hut never disappoints! I always get take out, so I can’t comment on the dine-​in experience but I have never had a complaint about my pizza.
I always ask for extra sauce and I always get extra sauce (never the case with Dominos). The new crust flavors and drizzles are AMAZING! My favorite crust flavor is the pretzel and I get the BBQ sauce as my sauce and I also get it as a drizzle. It is sublime! Add some pineapple on there and you’ll feel like you’ve gone to heaven!
I’m so happy that they brought back the Cheesy Bites crust as it’s just incredible and you can also get the pretzel flavor, or any of their other flavors, on that crust.
If you haven’t tried Pizza Hut in awhile I really think you need to give it another try! They have a whole new menu and it definitely works!!!

This pizza hut is a bit tucked away since the expansion to Turkey Creek. It has been some time since we had visited a pizza hut.
If you haven’t been to one lately you might want to give yourself some time to look over the menu. There are a ton of selections to choose from. They have a lot of choices for crust toppings and Pizza Hut has changed to be a little bit more like some of these custom pizza places that are popping up.
They have a bigger selection of premium toppings and this location is great to get in and out without having to wait like many other restaurants in Knoxville on a weekend night.

Service is so slowwwwwwwww!
